DRIVERS AVOID From this placeI wanted to give 0 star,but there is no.Ver RUDE People are working there.They over charched me just to change tires and they damaged my truck.I have video record in my truck.They do not have own tires, i brought tires with me

This review is a late. I scheduled a service on my Class C that has to be rescheduled due to there mechanics having to deal with roadside emergencies. Totally understandable they were very polite and rescheduled me appropriately. In this world and my business it s not what happens it s how it s handled. Knowing there mechanics were working numerous hours , it s only fair to be understanding. I was able to have my service and I ll never go anywhere else. There service Mgr was great the mechanic was very informative and apologetic, no need my friend. MY RV HAS NEVER DROVE BETTER. Now the people responsible the staff in the office, skills way beyond there years. ITS not very often were an inconvenience becomes a success thanks all?

My semi broke down on the Turnpike about 3:am. Trevor came out in about an hour and towed my truck to the shop with no problems. Very professional, social and friendly. I definitely recommend them to anyone that may need there services.

I needed an alternator replaced on my F350 and everyone I spoke to or dealt with was very kind very friendly, the service was done quickly and at a fair price. I definitely recommend.

I have used The Truck Shop for many years for all of my vehicle repairs and tows and I have a few vehicles they have been nothing but friendly, honest and get the job done as promised. I recommend them to all of my friends and family

Won t sell parts over the counter even in a pinch.Money hungry and greedy, not out to actually help anyone.If they don t get their way and can t charge you labor, then they cry about it like little girls. They got so offended when I asked for a part over the counter because it s a 5 minute job and I don t want to pay them 500 dollars in labor lol.That speaks volume about how much they must be overcharging unaware customers.Says their not a parts house but fails to have any company description on overview page of google maps and expects you to know they don t sell parts over the counter like every other shop around here.Ended up getting the part 15 minutes down the road for free from another business because the owner felt sorry I even called the truck shop in the first place.I wouldn t even recommend this place to Biden due to how nasty these guys are.

Totaled my truck. Drivers took care of business and cleared the road. Staff at the yard were very professional and friendly. What else can I say... I need a new truck. It sounds like a country song. But getting back to The Truck Shop, they have tow trucks that can handle every size and have a repair shop on premises.

What a true professional company. These guys towed a 40ft motor home through heavy traffic. They were very careful not to harm my coach. The situation albeit not good was made a lot better with these guys Trevor and Dale handling my rig. I recommend them to handle your heavy hauling!

This company is totally amazing! Service was an A+ ! they did an amazing job replacing parts so we could move it and then towed it all the way to gator Ford not precise but approximately 80 miles as we followed he did an excellent job, making sure our unit didn t hit potholes ! he was straight on! Thank you Dale for putting the part on and Trevor for towing it! You guys are exceptionally nice ! service was great I will only use them in the future!! Handling our 30 foot Motorcoach as if it was there own! Wish you had 10+ stars on there because you deserve it thank you again the Jorgensen s

They don t have no option tires. You should bring your tires, over charge, very rude, they no hear you, no experience, no communication, they don t like immigrants,slow working.Tires problems just call road service!<<<<<<FOR All DRIVERS NOT COME>>>>>>

I was broke down in Groveland Fla. My fuel pump was having some problems. This team came to my complete rescue! The service call, tractor tow and the trailer tow team was phenomenal! They not only towed the trailer in, they took me to deliver my load and took me to a hotel as well. The shop team, led by Nate, was also phenomenal! They got me on my way in a very short time and saved me over 3k dollars! I would go out of my way to utilize the Truck Shop's services any day!Hooooah!Top GService: Auto engine diagnostic

Not a fake review. Truck blew a brake chamber this morning. I called The Truck shop, was told a 30 minute ETA. Was given a price , parts not included. Dale showed up 31 minutes later. 1.75 hours from when I shut down, I was rolling again. Service time as promised, repair done quickly. I've used these people in the past. I have zero complaints. If you had trouble with them, maybe it's you... Thanks again to Dale and the rest of the crew.Service: Brakes

Needed to be towed. Waited for 3 hrs for our insurance company to get us a tow truck. Finally found The Truck Shop number and they were there to help us in 15 mins. Kenny our driver was awesome. Very knowledgeable and polite. Thank you for rescuing us after Auto Owners Insurance told us they couldn t help us.

My wife and I where on a road trip towing our 5th wheel camper trailer. Last Sunday, the left front trailer tire and wheel decided to part company leaving us stranded about three miles south of Howry-In-The-Hills on SR 19.Got in phone contact with this company. They were willing to provide emergency road services to me. A technician named Joey called me and ascertained what was needed to bring to my location. He responded with a hub/brake drum unit with bearings and seal, a new wheel and another tire. The roadside efforts were dashed due to the Dexter brand unit not being compatible. Off to the Shop we go. About 14 miles. I was able to tow my trailer with one side tire missing. Joey following.My trailer required load range C tires. I run load range E tires and this is why I was able to proceed. The tire never overheated.Left the trailer at shop. (Sunday). Joey ordered the needed parts Monday morning and I was out of there the same afternoon.My hat is off to Joey. A tremendous asset to your wonderful company.Campers. Put over rated tires on your rig. Don't need to run maximum pressure until needed.Service: Brakes

I found out that just about every wrecker company in the area doesn't care about your situation after 5 o'clock. I finally got in touch with Trevor from The Truck Shop and I could hear his kid in the background of the phone call. He didn't hesitate to help me get home to my kids even though it meant he had to leave his family. I truly appreciated not only the tow but the conversation we were able to have. He wasn't a condescending guy nor a complete know-it-all or the one-upper kind of person. He has a great sense of humor and is willing to get the job done. Trevor, I so very much appreciate what you do and have done for me. I could've been left on the shoulder of the highway until daybreak with a blown motor, but the guys at The Truck Shop took care of me. Too bad you guys aren't in every city of every state

Not a great place to take your vehicle. Any 5-star reviews on here is a fake. They are a tow company that doubles as a repair shop and treat all their customers with the same hostility they treat those whose vehicles they have impounded. I broke down less than a mile from this location. I knew my truck needed an air compressor. I first asked for a tow to their shop. I was told that it would be cheaper and faster to do a service call. 30 minutes after the tech showed up, he informed me that I needed a tow. However, they would charge me for the service call in addition to the tow + the shop service. No consideration for the fact that they are doing it all. That is beside the point. The office individuals are very rude when speaking to you. The shop manage never wants to speak to customers. The office always says he will call back, but I never got a call in 4 days. I was held up in a hotel and had to decide each morning by 11am if I had to extend my stay or leave. They made it very difficult to get the simplest info. At one point, the service manager told me that I need to be more appreciative that they are even working on my truck. He implied, do not call, I will call you (which he NEVER did). On the 4th day, I called at 10:30 am to have them pick me up from the hotel. I was told someone would be there as soon as they can. By 12:30, I call again to remind them. By 4:30, dreading another confrontation, I called again. I explained I have been waiting since 10:30. They close at 5. The lady told me We are a truck service, not a taxi service and if I needed to get there, I should call for a taxi (they claim to offer curtesy transport). I took a cab and got there, after they close, with one guy waiting for me, and received a bill of $4,807.00 for replacing an air compressor. Rates are extremely expensive, and service is extremely poor.

Their service is one of a kind. Very efficient. Their hospitality and knowledge of repairs and honesty is to be admired. We have never had such quick response on a moments notice of our RV break down. Thomas Stevens

I had never used this company before & never will again. I looked them up to call b/c city PD had my car towed here. I was taken by ambulance quickly to go to ER. I saw their google rating is 3.1 (84 reviews) and after my experince with them, I now understand why their rating is so low. I was in an accident & seriously injured in that accident. I was in the ER & my boss was willing to get my keys for me so that whenever I was released I'd be able to get inside my home. Sheila told my boss I either needed to be present or have a notorized note. I asked my nurse if she knew of anyone that was a notary. My nurse offered to call the Truck Shop to see if there was an exception that could be made given my unfortunate circumstances. Sheila was very rude with the nurse on that phone call. My nurse stated I was in serious condition & may be transferred to a different hospital & couldn't physically be there to get my keys. Sheila responded with saying the following "I guess she doesn't need her keys that badly then, now does she". The heartless & rude behaviors don't end there. The person that hit me doesn't have insurance, so it was my full financial responsibility, which I understand. I called days later after my surgery to see if the fees of storage could be reduced at all (not free). I am on disability & have a long road ahead of me. I know they are a mom n' pop business & provide services & need to get paid for their services. I was just hoping for some help on the bill. Trevor (mgr)called me back and explained it was not a decision he could make (he & Issac were the only 2 nice people that really seemed to care & was compassionate about my unfortunate circumstances) The owner (he never said his name, just that he was owner) called me a few days later (after I had to call & inquire two seperate times, if the owner was going to follow up with me) The owner said " those are basic fees & I'm not going to reduce any fees for you." I said "oh, OK. I don't get paid for another couple of weeks. With everything going on I'm not sure I'll have the full payment even by then." He stated "well, you know the fees are charged daily & aren't going to stop". I explained "I understand, but at this time I don't have the funds or you would've been paid by now . I really wish I did." He hung up.I have a friend who knew my stress that I had re: my car. She offered to pay storage costs b/c my insurance was covering the cost for tow itself. My insurance agent called & spoke with the young lady who answered & she was willing to help & email my insurance invoice so the Truck Shop could get paid. Well before the young lady could honor my insurance agents request, the owner jumped in & was angry & stated the bill couldn't be split up & it needed to be paid in full. My insurance agent explained that she just wanted to pay their portion. The owner said "I've explained to her many times what she needs to do & she wants me to reduce fees, that's not happening! She needs to pay her bill all at once!" A friend picked me up, I went in w/crutches (broken rib, leg & foot). I stood in pain & asked what fees & costs is the insurance paying for? There was the tow $160 labor $45 + admin fees plus $25 a day storage fee. Total cost was $629. I needed it towed to collision place & cost jumped to $869!!! I asked her if she could call my ins. Sheila stated "no I'm not calling anyone, I don't know who I'm calling, but you can call." I asked if they had a chair so I could sit, my pain was really bad & leg was starting to swell. She said "yup, here ya go" from a customer service stand point that should've been the first thing she could've offered so I didn't have to be in any more pain or discomfort than I was already in.You know, just as I am having to go through this awful time, it could just as easily be someone else in my shoes. I hope that nobody in that office ever has to go through the situation I am in. If they do, I hope & pray they don't have to deal with anyone like them or be treated as awful as I was

Excellent repair shop, experienced mechanics and honest assessment of needs repairs for our Motorhome. Great job on our alignment. JD even gave us sound advice when we had mechanical trouble on the road in Arizona.

They did the oil and filter change on my diesel motor home last year and they over tightened the oil filter and used an impact on the drain plug causing me a great deal of problems with the next oil change. I won t be back and I caution any one else. If I could have found the recite, I would have driven the 150 miles out of my way to hold them to it, but without it, it might have been just an unpleasant discussion. The name on the work order was Milan Esser.

This company The Truck Shop, came down my road that was a good dirt road and the driver got stuck and tore up my road leaving deep ruts and they refuse to fix it. The Supervisor tried to tell me that my road was already messed up which is a lie. I've lived here for many many years and this has NEVER HAPPENED. Its a shame that they just left my road like this.

Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. The Truck Shop had my truck for 9 days. The only time there was any communication was when i called them. They finally call me to tell me my truck is fixed and I can come pick it up and when I get there they charge me 306.01 for a O2 sensor only to drive a tenth of a mile down the road to turn around and take it back because it's running the same as when I towed it in there. After complaining and asking to talk to the mechanic that worked on my truck I was told he already left for the day. When asking them what they planned on doing about the money I already paid them they told me I could leave the truck and they would look at it again but would be charging me another hourly rate for a job they failed to complete the first time. The owner is rude and very unprofessional!! So rude that we were in a yelling and screaming match right there in the middle of the office. Instead of trying to defuse the situation like most professionally ran companies he basically told me to kiss his ass. Never in my life have I experienced such lack of unprofessionalism and caring!!! They are a scam and will never go back or ever recommend them to anyone!!! What a joke!!!!!

Car was impounded and got it back with big dent on the side of it with the door handle ripped off. Lucky I didn't know about the laws here in Florida or I'd taken you to court. Be aware an make sure you don't sign no papers til you see your vehicle

So our vehicle was towed from this company. My vehicle broke down and I had to leave it on the side of the road, well my tag ended up getting stolen and they cut the catitllc convertor out of it. The vehicle has no value at this point. So I called to try and figure out how much Shelia" answer the phone acting like she can't hear me.. asking me to repeat questions before I can even get to ask info about what it owed she gets rude and snippy saying to pay or thier is gonna be a lien on my tag etc.. not once did she even let me ask what I was needing like how much it even cost. I'm a business owner and this is no way to treat a client . I highly don't recommend I was going to pay this now before it accumulate to much of a bill. Very rude and one of the worst customers experience I ever had the owner was rude herself and got nowhere when trying to speak to her this is worse business

***STAY AWAY*** I sure wish I would've read all these reviews before having them come out on a service call. Trust me, the 2.4 rating is higher than what they deserve. They came out to my home, looked at my vehicle, told me exactly what I already knew (I have a brake fluid leak and the calipers need to be replaced). Said they'd have to tow it to their shop, made it sound like they had a "guy" who could do it for $295, but it turns out they have their own tow trucks. They wouldn't be able to give me even a ballpark figure of what this might cost me, until they had it at the shop and taken apart. But that's not the best part... their service call fee, which included travel time (20 minutes) and 1 hour of labor (5 minutes looking under my vehicle and telling me they needed to tow it to the shop), was a total of $350. Is it just me or does that sound like a ripoff??? After calling the office and disputing the charges with the manager, they brought it down to $275. Wow! Thank you for reminding me to always check reviews before calling any service company.

If you ever need a lift I highly recommend The Truck Shop to be your first call! The response time was immediate and the professionalism from Joey was highly impressive! I was stranded from a blow out after I hit a curb on my way to work. I was totally stranded. I hit the AcuraLink assist button and they said yes, they would tow me but to the closest dealer (in Sanford) I declined as I needed my car to stay local and I knew that would take days and extra money to get back. One call to the Truck Shop I was on my way with a ride (the inside of Joey's tow truck was impeccably clean) to J & J Tire Shop in Eustis and they replaced my tire and I was able to pick it up the same day! I was also able to keep my business local and not in Sanford which would've been a hassle to pick up and in the long run cost way more for the tire/parts. All the employees of The Truck Shop are always super accommodating and highly customer service oriented. A Huge thank you to The Truck Shop and J & J Tire Shop for saving my day!
