Took my car into the local Honda dealership for routine oil change/service, left the car there for the service. A few hours later I was called by the service dept and told that a chip in the glass had a small crack extending from it, was sent photos that confirmed. They said they happened to have someone there at the service center that could take care of it - Pristine Auto Glass - and that my insurance company would be contacted for me. The repair was completed at my home, and I have no complaints with the work performed. Eight months later, my insurance company contacted me to say they were never notified of a claim and had received a bill. The bill from Pristine was $11,521.68. This is unbelievable, but true. I could buy a used car for the price they charged. I am embarrassed and feel that this is a predatory company. They did not notify my insurance company as I was told they would, and the price charged for a windshield with a single chip/small crack was ludicrous. My premiums will likely go up with this claim. Will not use them again.

I got my windshield replaced for free! Bailey made the process super easy and went above and beyond making us laugh the whole time. They showed up two days later to replace my windshield just as they said they would. The best part is that they come to you, so I didn t even have to leave my home to have my windshield replaced. 10/10 recommend!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Logan is THE sweetest and went above and beyond to help me set everything up to get my windshield replaced. Jorge & Mike showed up to do the job and I am very impressed with how quick they got the job done. My windshield looks beautiful now. They were very friendly and professional. Kayla was the sales rep that went above and beyond to help me get everything set up to get my windshield replaced. She was very polite and so sweet. These guys are a scam. They're just trying to cheat the system to get money. My issuance denied the claim. Even though I'm not out of pocket for this because they've guaranteed me they won't charge me in denial, I feel dirty for having even participated in this scam to cheat my insurance company.My windshield didn't need replacing, but the salesman convinced me that the law required replacement from the few rock chips I had.All that said, the installers were great and seem to have done a good job. They even pointed out some things about my car that were good for me to be aware of.

Very nice and polite people!Brian went above and beyond to explain how I can get my windshield fixed for free by my insurance!I had no idea . They were fast and friendly the next day to install my front windshield. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I can!!Brian also came back to my job (where I might add That's where they changed it due to me working at time of an opening spot)to make sure I was happy with the turnout. They are very professionally run. They also helped me with my insurance company so I didn't have to pay any deductible from my windshield to be replaced due to damage from Florida turnpike construction.

Austin B. was professional, knowledgeable and advised me of Florida laws regarding window replacements and insurance practices. Pointed out the issues in my windshield that were in immediate need of repair. He also was able to promptly schedule an install for a time convenient for me, at my home. Jacksonville area, Caleb got me set up on everything on our two cars to get the windshields replaced. Caleb drove for an hour to our house to check the glass and set everything up for my insurance. I appreciate the effort. The installers were polite and professional. They told me what not to do after they replaced the windshields. Just got notified by my insurance company that Pristine has filed a lawsuit against them for the window replacement on my vehicle. Apparently they aren't as legit as they let on to be. I never imagined I'd be leave a rave review about an auto glass company but I have to brag on my experience with Pristine Auto Glass of Ocala. I am BUSY. It is difficult to make appointments during normal business hours for me so after seeing many positive reviews, I gave Pristine a call and they came to me SAME DAY. Naydi assessed the damage, took pictures and explained my insurance benefits. This company guarantees your insurance claim (which they take care of start to finish) will be paid and there is no cost to the customer if for any reason it isn't..... And they put it in writing for you! They got my new windshield ordered immediately and in less than 48 hours, Josh and his crew came to my office, on time and installed it in less than half an hour without disrupting my work day. Ms Hailey Love was excellent right on point explaining to me all the steps that was going to take place to get a replacement window put in and with no charge to me. Also the three technicians that did the work was right on time and was done in 30 minutes. I am so pleased with the replacement of our windshield. Both installers were professional and worked efficiently. They also cleaned my head lights with a home remedy and it worked! Also guided me on how to check the freon in my car. I was a lot apprehensive about giving these guys my info for my windshield ... Insurance and personal information ... I have once before and never got a replacement from another organization however . These guys are the real deal . Do not hesitate they showed up . Replacement was free and they were courteous and quick I work so they came to Levy county Tire and replaced it while I was working . The techs were great had all the details of my windshield correct the extra tint strip the 3rd. Visor in the middle . The staff, especially Naydi was so friendly and knowledgeable! She knew everything! And explained it to me in a way that was totally understood! AJ was the most knowledgable and helpful person i have ever met when it comes to windshield replacement. He verify my coverage via my united auto insurance app and showed me how to get a new windshield for free. He was very funny and made the process a lot of fun. He also set up the appointment so the installer can come to my work and do the replacement without taking any of my free time. I will recommend to friends and family as well as Pristine auto glass.
