I had a great experience with this shop. They completed the work on schedule and cost. My experience with this shop both before and after was very professional. I had the brakes and spark plugs replaced. They also fixed my check engine light. Because there was a lot of work, they had to keep it overnight. I will be a repeat customer.

While on our way from Orlando to the Panhandle our car stopped running. Thankfully we were only a couple of miles from Pineywoods. They not only took care of our car right away but Jean was beyond gracious as we waited. The team is knowledgeable and professional. Appreciate the way they explained the problem and the costs were fair. Definitely recommend!

These people are very irresponsible left my truck sitting for almost 4 months without even calling me to tell me that they were not even able to work on the truck and that you guys were short of hand on mechanics. When I first brought the truck the lady in the front did mention that they were short on workers and that it would take at the earliest 3-4 weeks to start on the truck. Never once did they call to say come pick up the truck because they were short on workers, instead they left my truck sitting there without no call, thinking that these people were taking care of it. I 10/10 would not recommend this auto shop to anybody that really cares about there vehicle.Service: Engine repair

Brake pads are brake pads. Just because a car is a BMW, does not mean that there's something magical or difficult about changing the brake pads. All cars have wheels, rotors, and pads. Tried to get service here twice and both times it was a waste. They work on cars much older than what I brought in, a 2018 in great shape, but thought somehow for some reason something may go wrong if they took the wheels off and refused to service the car. Please get a mechanic who actually works on cars or just be honest and say you don't want to do the work because you don't feel like it. Don't know how this place has a 4.7

How automotive should be done. Treat the customer fairly and honestly without gimmicks and engender trust and word of mouth support. I wasn't fortunate enough to actually use their services, but even the phone conversation put my mind at ease and encouraged me to recommend them. Like the Macy's of car care. Will look to them in the future.

I love Piney Woods Automotive! I took my pickup truck to them with a check engine light on and the airbag light on. They resolved both problems for less $$ than the Nissan dealership was going to charge me to just diagnose the problems. I am a single lady who knows not much about this kind of thing, but they didnt take advantage of me. I really appreciate their honesty and skill.

First time visiting and had an amazing experience. Was referred by an old friend from high school and decided to check it out. Called and spoke to a very pleasant women over the phone who was quick to give me quotes and detailed explanations of the service they would provide to fix my problem. Got me scheduled to swing by and when I did they had my car in and out in no time. Went to pay and ended up costing less then I thought. Wonderful place and I plan on coming back with any work I need done.

We took a newly purchased 2008 car in to have it inspected for any needed repairs. It seemed ok but I wanted to be sure since someone was going to drive it about 800 miles away as soon as the repairs were done. I was thinking there would be a long list of items that they would suggest since the car was old. They suggested two things only: wipers, and 2 tire replacements as they were from 2010. That's an honest shop!!! I will use them again.

They replaced a front CV axle but neglected to fill up the transmission fluid after had leaked out. Wouldn't recommend them.

These guys do great work at a really fair price and don't try to upsell or mislead you. Super honest, salt of the earth people here, this is the only place I'll go if I ever need work done near Ocala. Highly recommended!

Called for quote on job. Gave my first name and phone number for call back. The guy on the phone was rude and hung up when he asked me for my last name and i said that i didnt want to give that at this time because I was only calling for a quote. A shop that will rudely hang up on a potential customer when calling for a quote is a shop to stay away from. I have not one car, but many I need work on and they lost a potential forever customer that would have been bringing in at least 4 cars per month.

I'd say I stumbled upon a little luck discovering Pineywoods Automotive when my car's serpentine belt snapped in Ocala. They found the root of the issue, went out to retrieve the specific components for my car, and fixed everything in a timely manner. The customer service was outstanding, as they went out of their way to drop my girlfriend and I off at a restaurant for lunch. I only wish the company was closer to my home town!I would trust these guys with my car any day. There's definitely not enough good things I could say about Pineywoods.

I just had my car power steering hose replaced by this shop and I had a great experience again. I was in the auto business for for over 50 yrs.and appreciate this shops honesty & fair pricing. This is the 3rd.time I had them do work on my car or my wifes.I w ould highly recomend them.

Ted has serviced my vehicle ever since I found out about him back in 1995. He and his crew are the best! I recommend Pineywoods Automotive whenever someone mentions they are in need of car repair.

My daughter and I were on our way home to Orlando from a Dr. appt. in Gsinsville when our truck started having trouble...I called Pineywoods (it was about 4:15 they close at 5)and the woman on the phone was suburd, I was told I could come right in and they would do all they could to help me...well they did...the ENTIRE STAFF was GREAT!!! Thank You again...if im ever in a pinch in your area again or anyone I know I will be certain to recommend Pineywoods Automotive and there very very affordable too!!!

We travel in a motorhome and finding a repair shop that you can trust is not easy. It a joy to have Ted and his crew work on my vehicle. They are Honest and Pay attention to detail. Piney Woods Automotive is a rare find these days.

Ran over a small cooler that must've bounced from someone's truck bed. Was afraid I had damaged something under my car. It was looked at, promptly, no charge!!!! I will definitely go back, when I need repairs or questions. Thank you Piney Woods Automotive!!!!

Women who answers the phone doesn't know what she is talking about and is quite rude. The first time I talked to her, her first statement was that the engine needed replacement.
