The best repair shop in Ocala as far as I m concerned! I drive a Mercedes AMG sports car and it s very difficult to find shops that can work on it. These guys had no hesitation and while I was there, they had high-end Audis and a Bentley. At the same time, my son has an older Chevy truck they gladly work on as well. Everyone is extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. They offer a cash discount as well as various forms of financing. Highly recommended!

We were heading back to Texas when our Truck had unfortunately overheated. After multiple attempts calling different auto repair shops in the area that were closed or couldn t help us - Pals Auto Repair DID THE JOB and got us back on the road! Chuck was wonderful and even recommended Carters Towing Truck to get our truck towed. Let me be honest with you- when I called Pals Auto Repair Shop Chuck provided me that peace of mind and assurance. Thanks Chuck!!! US Texans love hospitality and customer service- Chuck, his wife and their staff did an incredible job and provided just that! Chuck was so thorough at explaining our trucks diagnostics. Shoutout to Pals Auto Repair in Ocala, you guys are the BEST!!!!

This is my 2nd time I entered pals only to receive negative energy for some peculiar reason. lady at desk got an attitude when I wanted a quote .. so she calls the owner because she doesn t know and he s upset for the way she called him and immediately opens the convo with me sayin first of all you re very foolish .. (he was explaining the warranty clauses) when I asked him to not call me foolish he tells me to leave but he immediately regrets his actions and attempts to apologize outside. Clearly racist!

I have a 1999 Toyota Tacoma that was running very rough. They said it needed several things repaired that I already knew about. I also asked to have the brake switch repaired because the brake lights were staying on. The truck runs like new and everything was repaired as requested. This truck has 143,000 miles on it and it runs like new. Thank you Pals.

Took my car in because the oil was leaking. After 4 days & $1,900 later I was told my car is not in running. I asked for a portion of my money back as my car was not fixed still. The owner said he won t return any of my money. Honestly, I feel I was cheated by the owner. What a shame. He has great employees though!

Pals Ocala Auto Repair went above be and beyond for us. We were coming from Illinois to Florida and our water pump went out in bumper-to-bumper traffic on I75 near Ocala, Fl @ 3:30 pm. We made it to a Loves gas station. We then proceeded to call a Chevy dealer in town who told us that more than likely they would not be able to get it done the next day. We called Pals and spoke to Chuck, who told us they would take care of us and could probably fit us in the next day. He recommended a hotel to stay overnight that had restaurants that we could walk to. We also needed a tow truck and he gave us the name of a towing company. We proceeded to the hotel and Chuck had already called the hotel and informed them that we would be arriving. Chuck was very informative of what needed to be done to the vehicle and costs prior to. We also did not know if we were going to have to Uber it to pick up our vehicle. Chuck informed us that his wife will pick us up and take us to the shop to get our vehicle. During this stressful time they took our worries and made it so easy for us as we had no idea what was around in Ocala. Needless to say, our vehicle got fixed and we could have not felt more appreciative for all they did to help us. I would recommend Pals to anyone that needs service for their vehicles. I cannot say enough for their outstanding service and customer relations!!!

Upon moving to Florida 12 years ago, I was in need of a maintenance/repair shop for my vehicle, I called around to a few local places and ultimately decided to try Pal's and they've been taking care of my vehicles every since! They're warm and friendly, professional, knowledgeable and affordable. Best auto maintenance/repair in all of Ocala!

Quoted me 8 Grand to replace an engine that was totally fine after using a faulty compression tester. Took it to Advantage Automotive and got incredible service there instead.Advantage has good prices and my car is running fantastic to this day

Thanks for the prompt repairs to the ABS system on our 2012 Prius. We are so glad to find an independent shop that works on Hybrids and actually knows what they are doing. Very professional all the way and fair pricing. We will return.

Place is no good, brought my car into this place when it broke down. They replaced a couple things that didn t actually fix the vehicle and I got left with a $1,000 bill. Had to get it towed backed to my hometown for proper repairs. Please stop spamming my emails about your services and leaving you a review. Now you get a 1 star instead of no review at all. Terrible business.*** The business "PALS Ocala" has now responded with the wrong invoice, I did not receive a "Fuel Pump" from your business. Why would you make a statement like that?? This business continues to do bad business whether it be the unsuccessful repairs/ predatory emails/ or blatant false claims such as the one about me receiving or getting fuel pump work done there. ***

Had to cancel my original appointment but they were able to fit me in the following day. Kept me updated with what was going on and were able to get my 11 year old Fiat 500 back on the road despite my worst fears. They even sent me a you tube video of them working on the car. Very pleasant company to deal with .

Everyone here was extremely nice and helpful. I was given plenty of updates on my vehicle and it was fixed much quicker than expected. Will definitely come back here when work needs to be done on my car in the future

Do NOT take your car there they will lie about what's wrong with your car and charge you diagnostics, they have no idea how To inspect a car, Trust me im in the car business i know, they just erase codes. I was told I needed a whole new tranmission because my car was in safe mode when the whole issue was my crank sensor, almost cost me 5k going there instead of the $120 I paid BMW for the senor. They are a bunch of micky mouse mechanics with the number 1 liar and thief Chuck. STAY AWAY.

Repaired professionally & efficiently. Parts markup a bit steep? 72% on Blower Motor Resistor ($139 @ AdvancedAuto $239 on PALS invoice)! Be sure to ask for Senior discount on labor charges.

I took my Jeep for an engine repair at this place a few months ago, It was supposed to cost $2.400.00. They realized the Jeep needed a new engine, so they didn t repaired it. They still charged $1.200.00 just for checking the engine . They add a little coolant because it was low and charged $80. (I didn t ask for this service). I drove the Jeep back home with $1.200.00 less in my pocket, and nothing done in my Jeep, except for 8 onces of coolant. I don t recommend this place.

I recently had a problem with the convertible top on my Jaguar. I was totally prepared for it to be a major problem, as most things are with Jaguar.Luckily, I found Chuck and Pal's Auto Repair. What a great bunch of people! Not on did the provide the best service I've ever received from an independent auto shop, they were an absolute pleasure to deal with and reasonably priced.My Jaguar roof was no problem for Pals. They took it in on Friday and it was back in my driveway on Saturday. If you've ever owned a Jaguar, you know that was a near miracle.Whether you own a Jaguar, a Bentley or a Chevrolet, this should be your "go to shop" for any and all auto repairs in Central Florida. Today I brought my Trailer there for a bearing issue. The guys looked at it and fixed my bearings in what was an amazing fast time for being a walk in. Every other shop around told me it would be a few days to get looked at and fixed. Super friendly and very professional staff . Great place to get your vehicle or trailer worked on!

This was my second time using Pals, I m very impressed with the services. I love the customer service, I was informed to what work my vehicle needed by Chuck., he and his wife go out of their way to take care of their customers. I will always take my auto work to Pals.

I have had my son car in the shop for over a month usually any car shops would have called and ask to pick it up but not here! They are very precise and making sure everything is done correctly and accurate they don t just give you your vehicle half done they're the most patient repair shop I have ever dealt with in the past..if you want your vehicle half done and an rush job this isn t the place.they care as if it was their own family members driving it..thank you chuck!!!

Just a had a issue with my car and stopped at pal's and because we were traveling they got us right in so we could be on our way. There work was very good and in a timely professional manor. We were grateful for their hospitality
