Sam's Automotive s is a great place to get your vehicle maintenance done. They were quick and detailed with the diagnostic sending over a very detailed report. Then when it came to getting the work done they were very efficient and delivered faster than expected. Check them out and see what they can do for you. Prices were fair as well. What a bonus.

Friendly and prompt service. In addition to being able to speak to someone on the phone they are tech savvy and you can follow your car s progress through the stages of repair. They also lay out recommended services and costs in an easy to understand fashion.

Went to Sam s for a tire patch. They got me in immediately, I was done in about 10-15 minutes, and the price was very fair. Spoke with Felix - he s a great dude. Overall I would highly recommend

If you have any problems or looking to maintain your car's health, Sam's Automotive is the place. Scheduling was super easy, Felix and Bojan were so responsible and they were right on point. They took my car and in short time my car was ready for road! Definitely coming back!!!

I've been taking my truck to Sam for years. Although they have changed owners, they are still honest and fair. Great customer service and they will tell you exactly what is needed. No fluff.

Highly recommended place for car repairs. Their charges were reasonable. They rectified the fault done by "Jiffy lube" who did not securely tighten my engine oil filter after I changed my oil at Jiffy lube. The staff is very courteous especially Larry and also Felix who happens to be a partner in the company. Overall it's an excellent place.

I had my car towed from another automotive shop to Sam s because I felt more confident with Larry s recommendations and quote for repairs. He was transparent and clear in what needed to be done. He exhibited excellent customer service. I really appreciate what Larry did to help me keep my car on the road. I feel he did not over charge me in cost of parts and labor. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. I would definitely go back to Sam s automotive for repairs in the future.Service: Transmission

Arrived at Sam s around noon to get some estimates. Very helpful very polite. Very informative. Filled out some basic information. Email contact received a PDF via email first thing in the morning with a complete detailed estimate of the multiple tasks. Authorized work ordered parts received the phone call around noon. Job was complete all tasks perform professionally very happy with the job and would recommend to any friends or family, and will return with my own needs in the future thanks again you guys at Sam sServices: Steering & suspension repair, Auto A/C recharge, Auto brake repair, Wheel alignment

My hood latch broke and called Sam s. They said to bring it in first thing the next morning which I did and the car was fixed in a couple hours. Fair price and they even installed the part I had already. As a Tire Rack approved installer, I knew that I could trust Sam's to replace my old tires with my new ones without any issue. The staff is very personable, they are willing to go the extra mile to help. You can drop your car off there after hours via their key drop service. They are quick and efficient in their service and they contact you as soon as it's done. I couldn't ask for anything better.Service: Tires

I have been a customer for over 30 years. Yesterday my car was serviced and I was charged $30 to put air in my tires which was a fee charge under old owners. I called and asked to have charge credited and was told no. I posted a review under their website and it was removed.

I was referred to Sams by a friend and I am very grateful I took my car for AC issues and they inspected everything which they did not have to do ; I not only have Cold AC now but can rest easily knowing other things were taken care of. The dealership became apathetic to say the least but I did not know where else to go because my car is no longer made. Thank you to Sam s Automotive!! Oh and thanks for the Car Wash which they did not have to do. Called first thing in the morning after another shop couldn't do the job that day. These guys got in parts right away and had a hours long job completed well before closing on the same day. It wasn't cheap but it was labor intensive so I'd say it was a fair price.I'll be using them again for any serious engine work.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We bring my family and company cars to Sam s Automotive and could not be more pleased with their service. Our former auto service was good at oil changes. If we needed additional services, we had to ask specially for them - including tire rotations! We were constantly having car problems in spite of having newer vehicles. I am not a mechanic and do not know what to ask for and when. After running vehicle diagnostics, Larry at the front desk gives us detailed reports on preventative maintenance based on the mileage of our vehicles (and I am sure other factors), along with pricing. Above that, Larry even went through the estimate with us and helped us prioritize the repairs as the years of neglect from our former mechanic had added up quickly. I would prefer to at least know suggested preventative maintenance from a professional rather than have to guess myself and wait for things to eventually fail. Additionally, they always answer the phone, their shop and waiting areas are clean, the techs are profesional and the customer service is friendly.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I had a really bad oil leak that was causing all my oil changes to be useless....because the car will bleed it all out into all of its other parts around the engine. Josh made sure to clean all of the goo of the oil that bled all over the car parts, fixed the leak, and gave me an oil change plus fixed a serious front train/shock issue i could feel whenever I drove my car. Now my car runs great and it finally stopped beeping for service. I am glad that I came to this place because any repairs of my BMW are very expensive anywhere else. I would have gotten robbed and at that time I didn't need it because I was dealing with a death in the family... and losing money to bad work plus a leftover problematic car would've been just overkill for me.
