I was in town visiting my boyfriend and on the way I popped a tired. Being in college on spring break I was not prepared to pay for a new tire. I stopped at another place in town and they were asking over $200 to replace the tire but I only needed something to get me back to Georgia. I called rite and Carlos was super polite over the phone and told me he would do his best for me. I pulled up and he was immediately ready to help. I told him the situation and he got me in and out for half the price with a great tire and made me, as a young girl, feel heard and respected the entire time. Carlos was extremely helpful the, wanted to make sure I was happy, and I he told me any time he can help, he will. I am now home safe thanks to Carlos and his shop. 10/10 such a good experience for something I really expected to ruin my day:)

I was just at Rite Tire yesterday (2/16/24) and Carlos and his team were super helpful and professional. They put on my tire and resolved my AC issue very quickly and efficiently. Being a woman, it s hard to find a good auto care professionals that don t make you feel like a big dummy or you re getting ripped off. These people are super nice and not recommending a bunch of unnecessary nonsense. I m glad I stopped in here on a whim. The owner of the company should be very grateful he has someone like Carlos representing his company so well. I was impressed (not an easy feat). I ll definitely be back.- Denise.

Very helpful team! Caught a hook in my tire during a quick visit and they ordered my replacement and had it replaced the next day. I was in distress but they did not take advantage and even informed me of possible warranties I may have had with my tires. Reliable for any tire issues when in town. Thank you so much.

I normally only go to the dealership for anything with my car, but I'll be bringing it here from now on. Very near my home, so super convenient. And the customer service was top notch. Went in for a screw in my tire, and Adam went above and beyond to advise me on the best option (patch or plug) and even found a second screw I didn't know was there. My new auto repair spot!

I chose Rite because of the reviews. I called in advance to be sure they had an opening today and to see what the price of an oil change it. Carlos spoke with me about the pricing, as well as pricing to get my brake pads replaced. I came into the shop and met with Carlos, they took my car back and let me know that I had a lot more to be fixed than just an oil change and brakes. My tires were bald, my rotors were shot, and my coolant was dangerously low. I had been avoiding maintenance for so long due to how expensive it can be. Carlos was incredibly kind and understanding, we fixed what was needed for me to drive off safely today. He also got me set up with a payment plan that has three months of no interest!!! It was such a relief to meet a mechanic who was not trying to convince me to do more than I could afford. We even have a plan for me to come back once the payment plan is paid off to finish up my rear brakes, another oil change, and another piece that needs replacement. I will NEVER go anywhere else but Rite for my car. My 2017 Ford Fusion has not driven this well in the last two years. If I had to recommend a shop to someone in my same situation, it will always be this one. I arrived at the shop 15 minutes after closing hours with a flat tire. Even though the shop was closed, the owner (or manager) welcomed me in and took care of the tire immediate. I highly recommend them not only for taking care of my tire but for the customer service and willingness to help.

I strongly recommend this shop for their honestly, fair pricing, and efficient work - I brought my car in for a starter replacement late in the afternoon on the weekend and it was quickly swapped with no problems. Saved me a huge headache. Adam was a really genuine person who I knew I could trust with my vehicle and delivered quality service. By far the best shop in the area to get your car serviced

They are working on my son car and gave us financing available with no interest for 3 months , my credit isn't good therefore this option was great , team is great. customer service great and shop was very clean .. thank you for all the help
