Lino, Ashely, Jamie, and even the new guy who started a week ago are all wonderful. My husband had a terrible accident. We weren t sure how to go about handling our car and the insurance. This crew made my experience easy. The minute they heard about the incident, they help me right away. Making me feel at ease. These guys know what they are doing. And certified with the major car companies, no after market parts. Certified! If you have a lease this is where you want to go. It will be approved by the major dealerships! Other places will put after market parts to benefit from the savings, but not good when turning in the lease. Thank you factory certified for helping me out!

On Nov 2021 I had an accident where the other car I Was tboned my car. My car was towed and in the tow company for about a week, and a guy that works there told me he knew of a shop that was a Toyota certified shop and they work very well. I just got my car back a few days ago and it looks as good as new! It took over 6months due to delays in materials and parts but I m So happy that my car got repaired as I pay it off in a few months and they did such a great job! Definitely would recommend! If you are looking for compassionate people, and excellent service, look no further than Factory Certified Collision. Javier the mechanic was diligent in making sure that everything possible was done to have my car in tiptop shape. The office manager Jaime was on top of everything all of the time and kept me totally informed of the progress. I have never received better service Thank you all so much.

Jaime the receptionist was AMAZING! Javier made sure everything was taken care of. They answered all my questions and communicated very well. They also set me up with a rental car. I highly recommend this shop because they are very kind and professional. Ms Jamie communicated with me and updated me until the end. In Apr 2023, by flood in Florida, my car was damaged internally and got taken to this shop while my insurance was working on the case. They always answered the phone, prepared paperworks electronically. When I needed to access to my car, they helped me right away. When I got into an auto accident, I sent my car here to get it fixed.Liz and Jamie, the receptionists, were the nicest and most sweethearted people to speak to. Service with a smile. What a great experience from the front door dealing with Liz, Jamie, and Javier. The follow up regarding my GMC 3500 repairs to the body were excellent. I am expecting to drop it off again to have more work done next week. I am a small company with 7 vehicles and will bringing all of my business here. These people are thieves. My car was supposed to be at a different place for repair and I received a phone call from a girl called Jamie. I told her that my car was going to a place near my house. She told me that she was representing the company. She misled me .They have arrangements with the towing company to steal people cars and drain their insurance. They have my car for almost 3 months and nothing is being done but asking my insurance for money..4 months still without a car. Javier is not pick up calls from my Insurance company.

My car was a total loss and was taken to their facility. If it wasn't for Jamie and Liz helping me out State Farm would have taken forever to look at my car, but with Jamie and Liz being on top of them and helping me out too they looked at my car within a week. These young ladies were extremely professional, quick, and very helpful. They were awesome!!!!

Love these guys! Excellent service. Amazing staff, got my car back better than before the accident. Had a couple issues insurance related but they were able to resolve and keep me updated about everything. I would highly recommend this company. This was my first car repair and I had zero knowledge of how the process works. I felt at ease after being greeted and helped by a member of the front desk team named Liz. She had great customer service, very professional, and was very knowledgeable. She has a very welcoming spirit and I felt comfortable asking any and all questions relating to my vehicle. I'd recommend people to this shop because of my experience with her from start to finish.

I had a great experience with the whole team! Was having issues with my hood and front bumper, they took great care of me and got me and my truck back on the road very quickly. I was rear ended 2 weeks after purchasing my 2023 Chevy Traverse Premier. I refused to go to a body shop referred to me by the insurance company, and was lucky enough to find Javier and his team for my repairs. Javi has kept me updated with everything going on meanwhile Jamie & Liz have been a pleasure to work with. When the insurance company was being difficult, Javi & his team helped me get my repairs covered at 100%. My car looks brand new again and I m so happy I used this shop. Jamie, Liz and Javier were kind and did everything they could to expedite the repair process. They also waived charges that my insurance (Progressive) didn't cover. The repair did take longer than expected, but I appreciate the efforts of everyone involved.

I was in a car accident and my car was towed here and I m pretty banged up and had my wrist in a splint. When I went in, I found the outside to be very misleading of what the inside would look like. It was very warm (color and decor, not temperature) and clean. I explained my situation. The front desk ladies Jamie and Liz were so kind. They did everything they could to accommodate me outside of signing my own name. They arranged for someone to help me get the remainder of my belongings out of the car and the gentleman that helped me was so kind (I forgot to ask his name). I told him how I lost my AirPods inside the vehicle and he promised me if he saw them he would call me, even took down my description of the case it was in since he knew he would be the one handling my vehicle. Not only is the staff kind and compassionate, their facilities are very nice and clean, and their customer service skills are top notch! Would definitely recommend!

Scammers and theives. BEWARE of these people who work with companies like A Superior Towing to swindle customers and charge ridiculous fees.No doubt their 5 star reviews here are either bots or articula as well. Check the other 1 star reviews here it s either 1 or 5 stars I wonder why!

I ve got into an accident with my car about a month ago thinking it would be totaled. Until a tow truck man from the impound lot referred me to factory collision, once I ve arrived Everyone there is super friendly and works with you. Just wanted to say that Javier is the man to go too.
