If it s possible to have a nice experience regarding a car issue, we just did. We fly back to WI in a couple days, but last evening realized we had a problem with our car. Our son s family will be the next ones to use our condo and car, so we are so grateful Piney Auto worked us in this morning and fixed the problem.

Very nice employees!!! Very sweet and they will listen to your concerns and stuff. If they find new stuff, they'll let you know and they'll tell you the cost before anything. Super kind people, and the cost seems really good and affordable. They are very thorough.

Bought an older used car and wanted to have all the mechanical systems checked out. Made an appointment here and waited while they spent almost an hour going over the car in detail. They gave me a comprehensive sheet listing everything that was checked, including tire tread depth and brake pad depth. All components looked great and their comment was "you have a great car there". It was very reassuring. After all that they didn't even charge me. If I do have any car issues in the future, I will return here.

Very very nice people! I was in a bind with a blown radiator and they told me to bring it in and they could have it fixed in a few hours. They fixed it in less than three, and the price was less than I anticipated. I talked to their wonderful (and very pretty) lady named Kesha that runs the front office. She was so nice and knew her job well, I really enjoyed talking to her. I would definitely recommend trying this place for your next car repair.

Great.atmosphere. comfortable lounge.Also fair and honest pricing. Had tires balanced and installed but would not hesitate using this shop for any other repairs

This is by far THE BEST shop around for quality auto diagnostics , service, and repair. Keith, the guys in the shop, and office staff are all professional,knowledgeable,and friendly. They do quality work quickly at a fair price. I am a senior and have been to auto shops for more years than I care to admit, Piney Road Auto Repair is one of the best if not the best I have ever dealt with!

Mr. Kieth is the best ever. He is as honest as the day is long. He has been working on my vehicles for almost 3 years. On more than one occasion, I had told him about a problem that I expected a certain repair. In each case, Mr. Kieth came up with a less expensive option. How many repair shops would do that? Honest, trustworthy and an excellent repair facility.

I'm in town from Chicago visiting family when we noticed oil leaking from my Passat on the driveway after the 20 hour road trip. Piney Road Auto was able to look at it right away and quickly identified the cause (the oil filter). They even offered to check it over the day before I started driving back to make sure the issue was fixed.Overall they are very accommodating and fair, only suggesting repairs you need to get you on your way! Highly recommended for anyone in the area!

Keith and his staff are very friendly and have a high quality of service. I really appreciate that this is the type of place that will recommend what is absolutely needed, make me aware of what needs to be fixed on the horizon, and allows me to make the choice of how I would like to proceed. I was having battery issues on my old car, and called around a few places to try to figure out where to go. I don't know much about cars so I was worried that I might get duped. Keith talked me through my issue and had it fixed within the half hour. It was such an easy fix that he didn't even charge me.As someone who's new in town, I'm happy to have found a mechanic I can trust, and I definitely know where to go next time.

Outstanding! I am so happy to have found talented trustworthy mechanic. I purchased a vintage dodge and have been looking for qualified mechanic for 8 weeks. Unfortunately , I have been dismissed and ignored when discussing this classic car. My repair came in under quote, a day early , and exactly what I discussed, no trumped up repair estimates. In fact they offered advice and comments saving me money on future repairs. Without hesitation I recommend Keith (owner) and his team at Piney auto repair.

I was traveling to Fort Myers and my car started making a humming sound while driving. I am not familiar with this area so I looked for an auto repair shop with high reviews to check out my car. This repair shop had 5 stars so I called And spoke with Keith on the phone about my issue. Despite it being a very busy Monday morning he agree to look at my car to let me know if it was safe to drive. Everybody at this shop was super friendly and professional. They took my car out for a test drive and put it on the lift at no charge. I cant thank this shop enough for Giving a complete stranger a piece of mind. I really Appreciate you all for taking time out of your busy day to check out my car. If I'm ever in Fort Myers again and need car repairs I will definitely come back.

I went to check out my car yesterday $50 for a diagnostic test . mechanic guy said that my transmission was bad And that I needed a new transmission. I was like wow no way!! It just didn t seem right so they sent me down the road to speak to a transmission person I guess they do Business with them He quoted me for$2800 . so I decided to go to a few places to see if that was true. This place totally lied to me!! Now my car is getting fixed for less than $500.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Estimate was accurate; friendly service personnel answered all of my questions and advised which repairs could be safely put off for budgetary concerns, or if alternate aftermarket parts could be used. Repairs were completed quickly, correctly, and slightly below the estimate. Everything you want from a good mechanic!

Great place to take your vehicle. Never any surprise costs. This is not a big chain service. I'm thrilled I found them. Won't use any other garage for repairs. They stand behind their work

Took my car there today to have the timing belt and water pump put in costed me less here and less time down without my car. Excellent customer service and gave me tipps about another issue I was having with my car. I d recommend using these guys for all your car repair needs
