Best of the best mechanics. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I saw nothing but kindness and professionalism as they dealt with many customers and tons of questions. Don t hesitate to use nfm discount tire and auto.

They are the most amazing and honest guys ever. I took my car to change my brake pads as I thought they were close to the end, they checked them and said I have still time to drive before replacing them. Also my AC is not working, they checked my AC system and filled it with Freon for free! I highly recommend this place and I will definitely take my car to them any time I need to.Keep doing a great job!

I initially provided multiple opportunities for this auto shop to rectify issues, but unfortunately, they consistently failed to meet expectations. While they may excel in tire services and basic auto repairs, I strongly discourage relying on them for complex tasks like AC repairs. Moreover, their appointment scheduling system lacks efficiency, necessitating persistent follow-ups just to ascertain parts availability, only to discover they lack the necessary component, resulting in wasted time.Today's visit only reinforced my concerns. Despite receiving a shop credit, my return for a fuel gauge repair ended in yet another disappointment a wrong part was once again ordered. This persistent problem has solidified my decision to seek automotive services elsewhere.

This place is AMAZING! Had to deal with them on many occasions! Always handled promptly, very courteous always helpful . He is the only mechanic I TRUST ! He goes above and beyond to make everything right . I will never go anywhere else . Very fair prices .

This place is 100 percent awesome! Very friendly from the moment you walk through the door. Great service I will guarantee you that they will not try to up sell you on anything. They tell you exactly what you need done. I simply had a flat tire repaired. They are my go to garage from now on for any work I have done.

I caught a nail in my tire driving through construction. Drove to the location was assessed and fixed within 15 minutes. Top notch service.

Terrible shop. They overtorque lug nuts like crazy, they used impact wrench instead of torque wrench to tighten lag nuts to the manufacturer's spec. Needless to say I will never visit them again.

Came in on a Monday morning with low tire pressure. The guys next to these guys (owned by the same owners), checked my tire and found a small piece of metal in my tire and then filled up all my other tires with air and said to go see the guys right next door. I drove next door, gentleman at the front said whats wrong, I showed him the mark that the other guys had just made. He said about 30-45 minutes and itll get taken care of. I walked inside and forgot I hadn't asked him how much. He walked in a few minutes later and I asked him how much the repair was, and he said they dont charge for tire repair. I was taken aback honestly. Still going to tip the guy who repaired the tire but next time I have any issues with tires - im coming here!Service: Tires

On a Saturday, one hour before closing, I arrive with a flat tire. They are busy.....Without hesitation, my tire was repaired. Never did I feel like I was a pain, being so close to them starting their weekend. What a fantastic business! Thank you all so much!!! Y

The shop was very professional . Prices on the tires was fair. Had one sensor replaced two days later sensor acted up I stop the reprogrammed the car to sensor works perfect ,. Would I use these guys again a big YESService: TiresService: Tires

I normally don't write reviews, but these guys are awesome and went above and beyond my expectations. I'm terrible at remembering names, but brother with the beard and brother from Michigan, good dudes! Very thorough in explanations, no hidden fees or charges, just straight up honesty and QUICK service. I'll recommend to anyone. Thanks guys!

Service was fast and professional. I went in because I felt it was time for brakes, no problems. I was just trying to be proactive. They told me I still have 75 - 80% wear left. Their honesty was refreshing

Hands down the most genuine and efficient mechanic I ve ever crossed paths with in SWFL. The whole family brings our cars to Mike when we re in need. Pricing is always the best in town, the work is always thorough, and he gets it done faster than anyone we ve ever worked with! His referral for cosmetic repairs was just as great as his work. It s so comforting to know we re in such good hands and no longer have to dread auto repairs! Thank you for all you do!

Had another driver on the road flag me down, letting me know I had a flat rear tire. Pulled over, sure enough, needed a new valve stem. Looked to see who was closest, since air was just pouring out. Gave North Fort Myers Discount Tire and Auto a call. Mike told me to come on in and they'll take care of it. Took about 30-45 minutes (decided to change all valve stems) and we were on our way. He took care of me and my kids ( offered my kids some hot wheels he had ) ( I'm extremely thankful for that, kept them busy while we waited) My family will definitely be using them for any vehicle needs and refer them to family and friends in the area! Thank you so much!

One word. AMAZING! I went in knowing my repairs were going to be costly. Chuck was so awesomely honest with me, saying the repair wouldn't be worth it for me for many reasons. Instead of seeing a vulnerable customer who he could have easily taken for $2000, he had a heart of gold and told the truth. That right there goes a long way with me. Even though I didn't get the repair, I will be a lifelong customer in the future. I just moved here and had the same mechanic for years , so shopping for a new mechanic is like shopping for a new hairdresser- you gotta trust them! If this doesn't prove trust, I don't know what does! They also offer the 90 days same as cash, which is a comfort knowing for those unexpected repair. Thank you for making my morning bright, even though it was bad news!Service: General repairs

New to the area and so glad I found this place! I cannot say enough about the helpful team of mechanics who always go over and above each time I bring my car in. They are knowledgeable and take the time to explain what services my car needs and the prices are reasonable as well. They are courteous of my time as well making sure I m in and out quickly without compromising quality service!

I highly recommend this business for tire repairs. I ve been twice, now since Hurricane Ian with screws in my tires.The staff is super friendly, polite and thoughtful. I had a nail in my tire, got appointment within an hour of calling, I was there 30 minutes, they fixed tire put it back on my car and said no charge. It was wonderful service and free. They probably don't do this often or they will be out of business but I sure appreciated it and would highly recommend. Very clean and polite people.

The service was excellent. After dealing with Firestone we were at our wit's end just trying to repair a tire. This business got us in fast and rebalanced tires that were leaking due to incorrect installation.
