Asked about reinstalling a glass rear window in an Audi TT roadster that fell out due to the glue failing in the extreme heat this summer, she didn t even let me finish explaining and immediately responded You need a new roof The window was installed by the Audi factory when it was built and is held to the convertible roof by a special adhesive tape that is easily replaced especially as the window itself was not damaged.She just wanted to sell a new roof

I came in trying to source some headliner for my vehicle, I was greeted by a nice young man who offered his help and even showed me a few tips, then an older lady I am assuming is the boss walked out already in a bad mood as if I had anything to do with that. Upon asking for help she told me to give her my visor so she can color and material match, i said I could today and in turn got rude in saying not today or mondays and fridays because she doesn t want to waste her time. Then proceeded to assume the nice car and nice clothes meant I knew nothing about hands on work so I explained I do automotive work all the time my self. She took offense to that some how then proceeded to demean me and my vehicle and force me to leave the premises. I could tell the young man was confused at this may have been a common occurrence. I m assume because I didn t want them to instal it she say no profit therefore the most rude person I ve met in my life and I ve met a few. Sure their reviews say they do okay headliners but as a person of character, she had none whatsoever and I will not be recommending them to any person I know. If i could give negative ratings I would. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! Go elsewhere;)Service: Upholstery repair

I spend ALOT of time - traveling and reviewing. Was shocked to see some "negative" reviews on this place - Chrissy was professional, well priced, polite, - truly fantastic. I will be back !!

Wow! This place is amazing! Awesome job doing a repair of the headliner in the van. We called her this morning and she took it in right away and got it back to us the same day! The car looks brand new and smells it also! She even detailed the interior! Very nice, professional and hard working! The price was much less than we had expected especially for the work she did!! She has won all of our business in the future!!!

Excellent experience ! Took RV in to have Chrissy look at recovering furniture. She spent quite a bit of time with us - showing us pictures, explaining what they would do, showed us different colors, & answered any questions we had. Called us within 2 days with estimate. We were very comfortable with her knowledge, etc. Brought RV back to have work done - finished in 4 days ! Love the finished product - looks fantastic ! Would definitely recommend her business !

We just had our seats repaired here. She is fantastic. She does quality work and does what she says she's going to do and when she says she will get it done. We got a couple of other bids and she was by far the most competitive.In speaking to her I know she had some personal issues a while back with a family member that took her away from the office a lot. I don't blame her. I would of done the same thing for family. She's back to a more normal schedule now. Highly recommend her.

I m so happy I went to her to repair the headliner in my truck. She was friendly, straight forward and her prices are more than fair. She got everything done in a timely manner and my headliner looks sooooo clean and perfect! I m looking forward to going back to get my upholstery freshened up. Thank you so much! :)

Chrissy's did an amazing job on my Porsche Boxster convertible top. I highly recommend them. They made special arrangements to fit me in so I could get back to Wisconsin. They are above and go beyond expectations, Thanks Chrissy and staff !!

Christy did an awesome job on the headliner on my 2004 Chevy truck. Her prices are very fair. She had it done in such a great time-frame. It looks brand new!!!

Good prices. Friendly people. Chrissy looks out for her customers and gives good deals. Great work with headliners and seats. Update: Chrissy's has expanded and is now my go to detailer as well!

horrible- hard to believe they're in business. I made an appt to get rug in my van evaluated for replacement; after driving 45 minutes Chrissy wasn't there and I had to wait another hour. she said she'd get back to me. Never did despite repeated calls. While i was waiting noticed how messy and unorganized it was. Her office was piled high with papers. Other people were waiting also. Very frustrating. Not recommended to do business with them.

Swindlers. Please save yourself the hassle. This place WILL rob you. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!Read below.No communication on added work that I did not request. Got just a call that work is complete. To find a bill for hundreds over The expected cost.The owner is never at the business. When I spoke to her (Chrissy)on the phone, she talked over me and did not listen to a word.

Went for a quote and was promised at least 7 times that she would get back to me. She always had an excuse why she hadn t called back. If I ran my business like that I wouldn t have any customers. She has no clue how to manage a business.

Had an Oil change a tune up and a few other thing done, and As usual Chrissy's work is top notch. She has always done the work no my trucks and my Mom and Dad's cars. I would trust no one else.

Great work on car, very reasonable pricing. Very thorough and great with older cars to....
