It's a story about a Nana and her grandson! My grandson saw a car at this dealership and really liked the car and the price. It was his first car. We thought going to a dealership was better than anywhere else. After several weeks of looking. We choose them. The car had some minor flaws, but nothing that couldn't be fixed. But under the hood was a different story. The check engine light came on right after we bought the car. We called the dealership. They told us that they don't work on the car. So apparently, they don't work on the vehicle like they say. When they told us that. We brought the car to Mazda. Found out that it was super glued under the hood. The wire that goes to one of the values. The warranty they gave us for the vehicle that we paid for over 2,000 does not cover emissions parts. So, reach out to New Smyrna Chrysler and tell them. This was after several attempts. It was going to cost 1,300 to fix. They flipped the bill. Thank you for that. Then, a few days later, the engine light came back on, so my grandson thought. Well, maybe Mazda didn't fix the car, right, and he wanted to make good because of the dealership He'd bought the car from paid for that only to find out that the Catalytic converterWas rusty from the inside out. Another part that is not under warranty. Now it was going to cost 4,000. Called the dealership that we bought the car from only to get the run around. No one would help us. No one would answer a call. I asked to speak to the manager. Never got that far, the salesperson who sold us the car and a few others. But lesson learned do not buy your car from this dealership. Because they don't make good on anything. The only thing is that they know something was wrong with that car sold it like it was. And we understand that as Is but not even to check that car out thoroughly before you sell it. And I believe that the only reason they fixed the first part was because they knew the car was in bad shape. I'm not a car expert. I don't claim to be, but when you buy a car from someone you trust. Especially a dealership, you put in good faith that they have your intentions in good faith. Wrong. Lesson learned. We put good money down. Actually, he put good money down that. His other Nana gave him to do so with some of his money and me, helping him to. And this is how they treated us they took advantage. Of a elderly lady and her grandson. What a shame. they should be ashamed of themselves. They made their sales, they made their money, and could care less to make good on it.I hope you sleep at night knowing that you sold an awful car to a grandmother and his grandson. I wonder if you would do that to your children or your grandchildren. Thank you for nothing . Sandra Marple

Just do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. If you do decide to get work done here, make sure you get everything on paper before you agree to any work because they have no clue what they are doing and they just lie to you to get your money.I went in for a cylinder 2 misfire which lead into needing a new head. Before we agreed on services we talked about what we wanted because we knew we needed a new head but we also wanted to make sure certain parts were also going to be REPLACED, not inspected and put back in, but fully replaced. Reason why is the engine made the year prior to ours had major recalls and these parts will fail after being put back into the engine. So we were very clear that along with the head being replaced, we were paying to replace the lifters, rockers, cam, and cam phaser. William told us $5700+ and we agreed and they quickly took our money. We get the Jeep back and within 2 months there is a terrible ticking noise coming from the engine. We do an oil change and find our same old oil filter from 6000+ miles ago. The dealership had the nerve to lie to us about changing our oil after fixing the engine, but they didnt even do that. If they wouldn't have lied I would have just done it myself but I didnt even think to look because I was reassured they did it already, along with brand new parts. So we take the Jeep back in and the lifters and rockers have seized (the exact reason we wanted it done the first time) AND it's not covered. Come to find out they never replaced those like they said they did, but they charged me the same as they quoted. William even confirmed it with us, when we picked up the Jeep that they were all replaced...Our big mistake was trusting them and not looking over the receipt with a fine tooth comb. Now this is even better they fought with me for ONE MONTH about how much it's going to be. First $2000+, then they admitted they were wrong and decided to help me out with covering the labor, but they still wanted to make sure to make more money off me on the parts. Finally they gave me the parts at cost. These people fought with me over $870 in parts for one month. They refused to stand behind what their employees say, so don't believe a word they say. Pathetic excuse for customer service. We asked to speak with Bruce "The manager" three times and he refused. Worst experience at a dealership ever. Now when I plan on buying the new Gladiator, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Super bummed because they are so close to our house. Had a recent issue with a key fob and they were not helpful, we only received one key fob when we purchased it vehicle. We have purchased a literal fleet from Dodge and since moving to Volusia, we hoped to create another beneficial relationship. I found the key fob myself, drove to Orange county to pick it up personally and had it programmed myself. I'm still waiting on the call to let me know they found one. They told me it was back ordered tll May. Customer service

What a joke of a service department. Took our grand cherokee in for a recall. Of course they call us and send us a service estimate for over $10k in repairs needed. New tires (I have Nitto Terra Grapplers G2 that have less than 6k miles on them), alignment, water pump (replaces 5 months ago and is very noticable), valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gasket, oil pan and gasket (gasket is leaking a very little bit but cost is over $1k to fix), and they refused to do the alignment without the purchase of new tires? What a joke! Daytona Jeep and New Smyrna Jeep both suck. If you need stealership service on your Jeep, head to DeLand at this point. Very disappointing!

Just purchased my second truck from this dealer. Another great experience. No game playing or trying to sell me a vehicle that did not meet my needs.Chase Firestone the sales manager talked directly to me. There was no game with the salesperson running back and forth to the sales manager to come up with a final price.Every person working at this dealership shows care and concern to customers.Tom my salesperson spent time listening to my specific towing needs. I was very impressed with his knowledge of truck safety options and individual package options.Great experience

Total ripoff on prices of parts , labor rate is $245.00 per hour. Had been looking for a used vehicle prior to getting ours fixed, after this experience, I won't ever buy a vehicle from this dealership

What a great dealership! They treated my wife and I like royalty from the moment we walked in, as they should when you re looking to purchase a new diesel truck around $60k. They were patient with us as we took our time deciding and even offered us lunch. When it came time to finish the deal they were fast and efficient with 0 hiccups in the paperwork process. They even drove the truck to my house 6 hrs away and picked up my trade in free of charge. Other dealerships should look to this one for how customer service should be.

I rate New Smyrna Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram at 5 stars and here is why. I have been shopping for a sturdier tow vehicle for my travel trailer for a few years. I visited numerous dealers around the country, some were OK, others were less so. I stopped looking a year ago but this past week decided to renew my search. After several failed attempts in central Florida, I decided to use google maps to try one last time and found New Smyrna Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram. Their web site offered a text message option so I messaged them as to what I was seeking. Within minutes I received a reply from salesman Savino Bellini Indicating he had just taken a vehicle in that met my requirements. He even sent photos of the truck. It was near closing time but I asked if I could come see the truck anyway and he replied to come on in. He let me take it on a test drive even though the dealership was closing. Savino answered every question in terms we could understand. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was likeable and funny. He put us at ease when car buying can be very stressful. We felt very comfortable with Savino and decided the buy the truck right then. He then introduced us to the dealer s finance manager, Nick Wingle who was also very easy to work with. He explained our payment options so we clearly understood how we could purchase this truck. Nick went through additional coverages recommending what he thought we could use based on his experience and suggesting what we would not need, saving us money. He saved us money on the tag transfer by finding an old tag to use as a replacement tag. These two gentlemen stayed with us 90 minutes after closing to answer all of our questions and address all of our concerns. When we went to pick the truck up, Savino had it filled with fuel, found a replacement hitch adapter that was missing as well as the fifth wheel prep package covers that were missing when we first saw the truck. When paying, Nick found another line item that saved us a few more hundred dollars. Before departing, both Savino and Nick conveyed to us separately to call any time if we had any questions or concerns. This made us feel that if we had trouble with our new vehicle we could call and get attention on the issue quickly.I will highly recommend Savino and Nick to any of my family members or friends shopping for a new or used vehicle. You should ask for them by name if you want a professional, timely, non-pushy, and transparent vehicle buying experience, with personalized attention.

I just purchased a "new-to-me" vehicle for my wife. My experience throughout the whole process felt quite pleasant and without the high pressure sales techniques that I had expected. I recommend NSCDJR for your new vehicle search and purchase; I would definitely head there first!

"BUYER BEWARE-BAIT AND SWITCH PLACE" went to this place based on reviews and good prices listed on line. Saw a truck with options we wanted on line for 44k with no trade yet. When we got to the dealership that truck was now miraculously over 20 thousand more even though the advertised one for 44 was still on line and active and they added things. After tap dancing around a while they found a "similar" truck but was 49 thousand, after the trade figured. Very disappointing, will be reporting them to BBB and state. They did not care at all that they were advertising things they did not have.

Asked and ordered a new key fob priced at $195. Picked it up the next day. At that point they informed us of the ADDITIONAL $100 fee to program it. We re here at the end of our vacation and now do not have the time to get it programmed. The dealer should have told us about the $100 additional charge when it was ordered.

Gave us a good deal on our truck. No hard selling and willing to make the deal work for us. Great selection of used vehicles in great shape too. Go visit them!

Dropped my jeep off for some electrical work over a week ago. Sitting in the waiting room because they forgot to hook up the last of the electronics even after I spoke with my service person this morning letting them know I'd be here to pick it up today. Was told it will take 20 mins almost an hour ago. Im looking at my car right now and it's not even in a stall. They had over a week to complete this job and I'm still waiting... would give 0 stars is possible

I have given up and I am now dealing with their corporate office Chrysler Corp. This dealership lacks integrity, sound morals, and customer service. They were no help.
