This was my first time getting my car serviced at any Tire Plus location. I needed my brakes to be inspected and fixed because I believe something was wrong with my brakes. I made an appointment online. They called me back to confirm my appointment and it was all set. I arrived at the location about 30 minutes early but luckily they still took my car in. I did the drop off option because I wasn't sure how long that sort of job takes. The guy helping me was named Reggie who took my car in the shop and even called me to let me know what they found out what was wrong with my vehicle and the type of service they will do. He even gave me my total. He was friendly and informative about any questions that I had. When I got an email that my car was ready to be picked up it was quick and easy. Another staff member helped me by giving me my invoice so I can take my car home. I no longer have the Issue I was having with my vehicle. It was expensive for me, but my car got fixed with no issues.

Reggie was extremely helpful and patient with us. Even though as busy as it was he made sure we were taken care of. I'd definitely come back because of his good customer service.

Again Travis, and all the staff ( they fully staffed finally) They did a great job. I highly recommend them to anybody needing car repair of any sort. They are very reasonable with their prices.

Pricey$$ No protection used to cover seat or floorboard. But, customer service was descent and I did get a new battery and it was installed correctly for $221.87 and that's AFTER a credit of $60 for my last battery which was still under warranty. I have been a tire plus customer for 10 years. The employee turnover is frequent. I've had tires, brakes and batteries, misc. stuff done at this Tire Plus. The cost of repairs were always reasonable. This just seemed way to pricey, especially knowing without the credit. I would've been paying closer to $300.

I brought a flat tire in on Sunday. They were too busy to take care of it then so I left it and returned on Monday. Upon pickup, the tech replaced the " donut spare" with the repaired tire. He also put the spare back in the tire hole and checked all the other tires for tire pressure.Great service and very reasonably priced.

Tires Plus at the East Trail location is the best! They are always friendly and very accomodating if I'm running late and forgot my appointment. HA! I trust them with my vehicle care!

They were very arrogant and treated me horribly! I had an appointment and even though I was 15 minutes early WITH an appointment I would have 2 wait 3 hours to get new tires put on that I was buying from them! They gave me an estimate for a tune up and it was expensive and they added another $400 for something else they said I had to have because they do it to their vehicle. I have NEVER been treated so horribly in my life! I make barely minimum wage and can't afford $800 every time I walk in their door just to be treated like I'm nothing to them. I would recommend everyone to go ANYWHERE else if you want to be treated with dignity and respect because you won't get it there! I let feeling like I needed to take a shower!

This will be our new go-to place. Went in for an oil change, also we noticed on my wife's BMW it stated the brakes needed to be replaced. Picked the car up thinking there would be a whole list of things "we should replace" and was pleasantly surprised when they said the Brakes were just a warning to have them checked and not replaced. They still had over 70% pad left on the front brakes. They could have easily scammed us and told us we did need brake pads and rotors, but they were honest and told us that service was not needed. Will absolutely be back when we need more service taken care of.Service: Oil change

These guys are the best! When we were on vacation, we had a flat. AAA changed the flat to a donut tire and I drove to tires plus. I didn't have a lug lock/wheel lug key and they were able to assist by removing locked nuts selling me new tires and just replacing the old lugs with universal lugs. Next time I won't have the same problem getting the nuts off. Awesome job to everyone working!!!

This is a long review, but if you are considering Tires Plus, you'll see the difference their customer service has. So I had bought Goodyear tires online for a fraction of the price of any typical tires because they were models from last year and I called a tire company who I will not name first because they're next to my house and it's convenient. When I told them I already had the tires, they gave me an 'estimatr' of two weeks (in other words, get lost). Called later that day and said I wanted to buy 4 of the best tires and get them installed. They said they could fit me in the next day. Typical bs business practice. I called tires Plus and told them I already had the tires and the service manager told me to come on by (same day). I always go to tires Plus, and I just didn't feel like waiting on tires all the way across town, but it was well worth it and reminded me to stay loyal to them. They did a great job as always and never try to talk me into services I don't need,and under all the stress they constantly deal with, they are always nice as can be and have amazing customer service. They do quality oil changes too. The service manager is a multi tasking machine and was helping the mechanics while answering calls and dealing with 'when is my car going to be ready' people. Thank you for honest, quick and reliable service!

This place is great! Fast and friendly service. I needed new tires, and I was able to order them online, as well as schedule my apt online. When I arrived they pulled our car back almost immediately!! Not to mention, they were so friendly, and very accommodating (our toddler was with us). They had us in and out! I highly recommend!

3yrs ago I posted a 5 star review of this location. And the excellent service has led me to come back and give them a more updated review.I always feel taken care of at this location. Travis and his team are great representatives of the brand. I blew my tire a few nights ago and brought it in an hour before closing. Of course there were no open slots so late in the day, but instead of making me drive home on my spare, they let me park it at the shop, and they said if they had any openings tomorrow they would get me through. And by the end of day, the next day, it was ready for me. Every business in this town is busy, prices and inventory fluctuate, but its the smaller more nuanced things they do to try to make your experience as painless as possible that I really value in a company.

Highly recommend this place! Travis - store manager was terrific. The place was jammed, due to Hurricane Ian - aftermath.He handled me and all other stressed out storm survivors with aplomb! Also, great price and excellent service for my car!Service: TiresService: Tires

Real honest, hard working people (in the car industry ?? You read that right.) My tire was almost flat on a Friday afternoon nearing 5:00pm. I couldn t find anything in it, so I brought it in here, where I had never been. They told me if it was the valve stem it would cost me about $20. Not going to lie, as a woman I was leery and thought they would absolutely charge me more and find some kind of other problems. Well, I had to take all skepticism back as they took my car, inspected it, fixed it, and returned the keys to me within 20 minutes. Sure enough, it was the valve stem, and they stayed true to their word. My total cost was $21.39. I will be sure to return here with any issues I have in the future. Special thanks to the manager Todd who helped us out even though it was already late in the day, very courteous and professional man. Thank you all!!
