I was so impressed with this repair shop and the technician, Daniel. I called and explained to him the issue with my iPhone XS Max and he knew that it needed a new screen immediately. He told me to come in and stated that he could fix it in one hour. He delivered on time and did not disappoint! His cost was the most reasonable in all of Naples and he was professional, courteous and his store immaculate! I am bringing in my MacBook Pro next to have the battery replaced. He is charging me one third of what the Apple Store quoted me. Seriously, do not go anywhere else, this place is the real deal!!!

Came here because my daughter's iPhone stopped working. Prepared to buy a new one earlier today, thank God, I didn't. Stayed an extra hour just to help us. Friendly, great suggestions, very helpful. Would recommend to EVERYONE if you need any help with your devices.

While I am pretty good about keeping my screen protected and not cracking it, this was the second time my iPhone 12 back glass broke. I left a voicemail yesterday and he reached out to me early this morning. I dropped it off at 10 AM and he had it ready by noon. This was by far the fastest and best experience I ve ever had - and phone repairs are never fun. Apple quoted me around $550 and I paid a quarter of that can t beat that price. Daniel was so helpful and gave me a camera protector so hopefully this doesn t happen again. Before you go anywhere else, go here!

I brought my iPhone 6s in for a screen repair a few days ago. It only cost me about $50 and the phone is like new now. A great experience. I highly recommend this business.

I got my screen fixed couple days ago, and It was a great experience with this great place. Good price,and It was done less than an hour. The technicians were so helpful and kind,I highly recommend you to get your electronics Repaired at this store .

Went here to have my Iphone screen replaced prior to deploying. They had the cheapest prices in town. I went in and they said it'd be an hour, I should've known better when it was done in about 20 minutes. I could tell right away it wasn't a quality job as i could see background behind the screen. But as I said i was deploying and had to leave town. Now that I'm deployed my phone took one fall about 2 feet with an otterbox case and the screen was destroyed. Not one crack just a terribly installed screen. Half of the screen is black and the other half purple. Now I'm deployed with no way to replace my screen. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else!

Great timely repairs with reasonable pricing, along with nice used devices/computers. Replaced my iPhone screen, my Mega UEBoom battery, among other software issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!. I wrote an Honest review because I want them to succeed.

Would recommend Mechanicomp to everyone! I have been in to the shop twice now for a broken screen on my IPhone 6s. Only takes 30 minutes to fix and the prices are amazing! Great quality work! Definitely will be going here for all my electronic fixes!

I thought I broke my iPhone screen. After reading all the positive feedback regarding MechaniComp s service, I decided to bring it to them. When the shop technician looked at my phone he discovered that only the screen saver was cracked. The screen was fine and therefore did not have to be replaced. I bought a new screen saver. I highly recommend this shop. The technician was friendly, professional, and HONEST.

Needed an iPad fixed. They said it ll be done in two hours. Dropped IPad off. Returned two hours later. IPad was fixed. They say what they do and do what they say.

After a harrowing day taking my daughter to the urgent care center I dropped my phone facedown. No surprise that it cracked and I had no tempered glass! Called Verizon and Apple and got quotes of $129 at Apple and $99 at nearby iPhone fixes. My mom found this place and I couldn't be happier . The owners were so kind and helpful and fixed my iPhone 6 for $49 and added a $4 tempered glass screen. What a bargain and done in 20 minutes while I sat there and chatted with him. Highly recommended!

Took my I phone in , wouldn't charge up on any of my chargers, They cleaned the port out and said nothing was wrong, I wanted to replace the plug port and they said wait and see if it keeps working. I has been working ever since. They are honest and didn't try to up sell me anything. No Charge was the answer, WOW.The only place I wold go to in the future if any phone problems arise.

Cheap price in town but now I know why non genuine iPhone parts the screen worked but they broke my antenna so my phone service no longer worked. Had to go to apple and they replaced my whole phone smh wouldn t recommend and they don t do refunds so it was 150 down the drain very disappointed

Knowledgeable, friendly and quick. I called and explained the issue I was having with my phone: the vibrate sounded like it was broken and making this terribly loud noise every time I hit the home button or someone texted/called.He instantly knew the issue... I was in and out within 10 minutes and it s working again!!!!I d recommend this place over any other phone repair place. Usually they re short with words, can t diagnose unless you go in, have your wait around and then they over charge you. Here, they know what they re doing and have exceptional customer service.

Amazing service, my charger broke off in my phone. I tried to get it out for 2 days and couldn't. Walked in and they fixed it in literally 5 seconds. Have brought multiple company phones here and their pricing is great as well.

Hats off to Daniel at MechaniComp. I went in looking for someone to help me with my phone. I m a little older guy with not a good grasp on electronics. Anyway, Daniel fixed my phone in minutes. This gentleman is fantastic. If anyone needs their phone repaired, look at going no further than MechaniComp on Airport Pulling. Once again, thank you Daniel.

Great place. Came in with three tablets and thought there was something wrong. Instead of just taking the business and charge me for new charge ports he checked the tablets and found that there was nothing wrong and just the charging cable at fault. Besides that his prices are great. Wish we had more businesses like this. Super service. I will be back if I need something repaired or need accessories.

Just purchased my 2nd Samsung Galaxy phone from them (Note 8 & Note 9). Both of these were used, and in excellent condition. Their prices were very fair, and they were very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome. I went in with an iPad mini with an inoperable home button. They showed me how the switch for that button is actually built into the rim of the screen. To properly fix would require replacing the screen. Although the quoted price of $75 did not seem unreasonable the tech said I could create a virtual button with the iPads software. He went into the iPad settings and made a few adjustments and now it has a virtual button that shows up on the screen. It works perfectly. The best part was he refused to accept any payment. I was most impressed and pleased. I highly recommend

Great service and real honest price, they change my broken glass and fixed also a problem with microphones of my iPhone. In the past I have been to other places but this is the best. No more heart attack when my iPhone drops, now I know where to go.

Phone died in Chicago and I tried to get it fixed there, but they told me I needed a new SIM card reader and couldn't fix it. I took the phone to Mechanicomp and talked to Sert. He ordered me a new SIM card tray and told me to check back the next day. He left a message that the tray was in, so I brought phone in next day and voila, it was fixed. In Chicago they wanted $85 for a SIM card reader repair. All it took was a new SIM card tray, which cost me $10. Sert was honest and helpful and even showed me how to unlock the phone after inserting the tray for me. I would trust Mechanicomp for any phone problem.

Three times, we've been here to have an iPad screen replaced - they're awesome. And recommended products to help avoid breaking the screen too.... very helpful, great price.

3 months with this phone screen and it s completely glitching out and you can see glue all along the edges. Overall unimpressed, unfortunately nothing can be done because I m not in town anymore so this review will have to do. For that reason, I wish I d gone somewhere with more locations.

Best place in all of naples for quick and affordable phone repair and cases. Also a great hidden gem if you're looking for almost any gadget! Bluetooth noise cancelling headphones, bluetooth speakers, cell phones, Mac Computers they have it all. I'm a very big fan!
