Amazing experience and customer service.Brought my Acura MDX in to have the windshield replaced and was greeted by Tony right away. After taking down all my info, Tony had my insurance carrier on the phone with me the same day and he also confirmed the new glass from Acura was available. Dropped off my car the next day, new glass installed and ready for pick that afternoon. Most seamless and efficient car repair service I could have hoped for. Thanks guys!!!

I got referred from Germaine Lexus. I called ,they made the appointment on the spot. They are busy but very courteous and provisional. The technicians call in advance. I receive an email confirmation a day in advance. Technician Freddy was very professional and on time. New what to do. Had all the neccessary parts. He had a nice demenir. His scheduler Chris B was first class and returned calls quickly. I highly recommend them.Smith Dawson in Ave Maria.Service: Auto windshield replacement

These guys are awesome, first class workmanship and reasonable prices. Have electric hookup for your RV so you can be onsite first thing when they start working on your windshield 8AM. Best in class in my opinion!!!

Absolutely worst customer service i ve ever received. spoke to Matt and confirmed my windshield would be done that day (i called at 8am). He said i would be contacted by someone about a time. At 12pm i decided to call because i hadn t heard from anyone. The phone line just rang. I tried multiple times to contact them to no avail. Ended up calling glad depot who not only did my windshield cheaper but actually answered their phones and showed up. These guys have bad reviews for a reason. Avoid.Lol this place exists still? They literally use stock Images. Are they even real?

After two days and two damaged replacement windshield, I will never do business with Glass America again. The price and the scheduling process for an at home windshield replacement installation were very good, but everything else that followed was extremely disappointing. After waiting over an hour for my first appointment, I was notified that my windshield was not in stock and I would need to reschedule for the following day. The next day I had an appointment timeframe of 2-3pm. After waiting an hour and a half, I called the technician and was told that he had been cut off by a car and had damaged my windshield when he slammed on the brakes. A replacement windshield was on its way on a truck from Tampa. When I asked how long this would take, he wasn't sure because the driver of the truck was not answering his phone. As I needed to run some errands, we agreed to a new timeframe beginning at 5pm. At 4pm, I received a call from the technician. He had the replacement windshield from Tampa but it had a scratch on the driver's side. He would take $50 off the price if I still wanted to use it. He came by my home and after inspecting the windshield, I felt the scratch was not acceptable. He offered to reschedule, but at this point, I did not have anymore time or patience to give to this company.

The worst customer service in the industry. They lied to me about having the glass in stock. They told me that they would be in contact me the next morning between the hours of 9 and 10. They did not. I had three different people call me from their company asking for my insurance information and vehicle information. One was at 8:30 at night. Don t waste your time with these people there are many other reputable auto glass companies Around that will treat you better and with respect. And don t let them lie to you about having the glass in stock.

4 appointments scheduled and cancelled day of due to scratched windshield, broken windshield, windshield didn t arrive...spend a little more and try Safelite is my advice.

Stay away from this company I wish I had read the reviews prior to selecting them. Luckily they never started the job so I was able to get a refund.

waited on the phone for 12 minutes. after they told to hold on a minute. and no one got back to me.....I don't know what kind of service that is!!!!!!!!!!!
