I was skeptical when I first saw the 5 stars.. I mean what mechanic ever has 5 stars??? However, These guys TOTALLY deserve it! Not only are they friendly and very helpful, they are knowledgeable and fixed my 2019 Cadillac XT4 the same day and did not price gauge! Never again will I go to the dealer service department. They are very HONEST which now a days is very refreshing my mechanic from now on.

Requested an evaluation of my 2012 bmw x5.Courteos, professional honest and quick appointment throughout. Although I did not have the vehicle repaired they provided the information for me to make a decision to sell the car.Highly recommend!!

I am so glad that I chose to call Clemente s! Broken down at lovers key and I called and Justin immediately gave me the guidance & attention that I needed. He admitted to me that their shop was quite a distance but with Justin s attention to detail, care and concern I knew that I would be in excellent hands! My used car purchase felt like a lemon but after their diagnostics check & repair I am back on the road and know that Justin & Clemente s will be the only place for any auto repairs and servicing! Thank you for going above and beyond- it is not typical anymore and I can tell you i am beyond grateful!

This was my first time using Clemente s and I was completely satisfied with their service. I was informed of the issues and cost involved in repairing them. I was impressed with their expertise and customer relations. I will continue to bring my vehicles to them and will recommend them to all my friends.

Quick honest, friendly serviceI was recommended to Clementes by my regular mechanic who couldn t find my electrical problem. I was getting a battery discharged error but the battery was fairly new and fully charged.Jason was very accommodating and quickly scheduled my BMW in for diagnostics. They found a minor issue that seems to have solved the problem at minimal expense.

Highly recommend this place. Justin and Brent were awesome! They did a thorough inspection of my car, and got it running better than it has drove in years. Very honest guys and took the time to explain the work that was done.

My service was both quick and inexpensive. They even did a couple of little things free of charge for me, Such as getting the correct air pressure in my tires. I highly recommend these guys.

Everyone at Clemente s was professional and caring. I waited for my car while the repairs were done and every time I walked past an employee I was greeted and asked if there was anything they could do for me. Whenever I checked my car the technician explained what he had done and what he still had to do.The car was completed when estimated. Being in the business prior, it was a very pleasant experience.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

Took the high road when they easily could have sent me down the road with a beat up used part repair.Complete transmission replacement on a F150.It works fine now,and I am very happy with the service. Nothing worse than not trusting a mechanic, not the case here. Thanks .

Very thorough check of vehicle, tires rotated, brake fluid changed per required service requirements. Can't say enough how pleased we are with the professional service we always receive on any of our vehicles. Brett is my go to guy. All employees in the shop are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. My 07 Pathfinder needed a set of tires and Clemente Auto Care was my 1st choice. I ve taken all my vehicles to Clemente for all repairs. They re professional and they don t try to sale you what you don t need. Their prices are very affordable. Brent answered his phone 20 minutes before their opening time I could sense his schedule was packed this Monday but he felt my sense of urgency and thought he could solve the problem quickly He told me just to come down right at opening time Within 30 minutes my issue was solved and charged a remarkably small fee. I was having issues with my car and I stumbled into this place. Thank God I found this place. Ppl here are kind, well knowledge, honest. Prices are fair. I will continue to bring my car here because I can t even express how great-full I am that I found this place and on the ppl that work here. Thank you guys so so much for fixing my car so quick. Clemente is a great mechanic, but then he retired and I wasn t sure what to expect from the new guy. I was relieved to find out Brent really knows his stuff and has great customer service. Highly recommended.

My 2018 VW Beetle air conditioning stopped working and it is currently June in Florida. They took me in immediately, diagnosed the problem, and were able to get me up and running by the end of the day! I ve yet to find an auto repair place that efficient. I came to get an engine light inspected at an agreed upon time and not only did Mike diagnose it, he was able to replace the bad part and fix my car in no time. He even showed me the part he replaced and explained everything and it wasn't too expensive. I'm extremely happy with this place and wouldn't go anywhere else. This is the best place with the best workers anywhere in Naples (maybe further). I've been to 3 other places in Naples and was lied to, cheated, and they just didn't care. Mike is the best mechanic I've ever found and he genuinely cares. I'm very glad I found this place and these awesome people!
