I took my jeep for a bad oil leek thought I knew what it was.They could have told me there was two oil leeks and said they fixed them both and charged me for both. They told me what was really leeking fixed the oil leek and charged me just to fix it. Great job guys.

I brought a vehicle to have the fuel pump replaced and the repair was no ordinary fuel pump replacement. The vehicle came from up north and the salt from the roads in the winter time completely rusted the underside of this vehicle to the point that everything involved in this repair literally fell into pieces. They did everything they possibly could to keep the repair bill as fair as they possibly could. The repair was completed in a timely manor even when faced with all the obstacles involved. I would highly recommend this repair facility. Honesty and integrity is becoming harder and harder to find and these guys operate on those principles. I am very grateful to these guys.

Dependable honest hard working mechanics with great prices. I would refer them to anyone in need of any kind of work done on their cars, trucks, & motorcycles. I've use them several times from simple oil change to full motor replacement.

I was hoping to leave a 5 star review however my repair did not go as planned. I was left requiring a tow on the side of the interstate and told its my issue. No attempt was made to correct the failed repair on the part of the shop. I was offered excuses and blamed for their inability to complete the repair. The vehicle computer was damaged due to the mechanic failing to secure the upstream o2 sensor wiring harness, it melted due to preventable contact with the exhaust manifold . I rewired this and then found the engine would still not start. I learned from the shop owner the vehicles computer was ruined. No responsibility was taken on his part for the damage caused or the expenses I incurred due to their lack of attention to detail. There was no mention of a plan to get the vehicle fixed. I was left without a solid plan.I do believe they tried to do a quality job but the trust was broken when they failed to stand up and be honorable by owning their mistake which led to damage to my vehicle. Inspect your work prior to releasing it to a customer. I would have purchased a new vehicle computer just to have the job finished.As a result I had my vehicle towed to another shop at my expense to have the damage from the original repair completed properly.

WOW!! I can't believe how well I was treated and how honest Ritchie is! Not only did he save me from spending alot of money but was honest with me with what I REALLY needed for my car other than what another place told me i needed but actually didn't. I am so beyond grateful!! I've already told many others of my experience and gave them Ritchies business card! Thank you Ritchie and to your crew!

In this time and age it is hard to find a trustworthy mechanic that knows what he is doing. Yall look no further this is the place for your mechanical needs. Honest, reliable and fair. 5 stars is not enough!!

Owner has no current knowledge of new automotive technology stay clear unless you have a 60s 70s model ...very unsafe equipment lift locks up seeps down don't make safety repairs no fire extinguisher on sight
