Richard in service is great! He always keeps you updated and informed. The only issue I've had is that it takes too long for parts to come in and each time my car stays for a week.

Williamson Cadillac recommended me to purchase this Roll N Lock Cover in June 2023 in less than 6 months time the paint was defective. Neither the dealer or the manufacturer will take responsibility for repair or replacement. $3000.00 and this is what you get?

This company is definitely out for themselves and not for the customer. One particular associate in the service department is the epitome of a chauvinistic, condescending man who thinks that he can talk down to women as though we are morons. I knew my facts going in and yet this associate tried to convince me otherwise and consistently putting blame on the warranty company, the pandemic, etc. And now I am out hundreds of dollars in wasteful rental cars with no fixed vehicle to date. Shameful and they should definitely look and realize that customer service does matter these days. Williamson Cadillac take a closer look at this employee. He is doing you all very dirty.*I would also like everyone to note the comment that Williamson made on my review*.My extended warranty company has nothing to do with this salesman and his attitude. He is probably one of the worst salesman I ve ever dealt with in my entire adult life. It s truly goes to show you that Williamson has no idea what they are doing as far as who they employ. The lack of customer service is the issue. This salesman does not return phone calls, talks down to people and treats people as though they are idiots and he downright lies to them. He doesn t hold himself accountable for his lack of initiative and his poor actions. Shameful that such a beautiful business can be so blinded by half truths.Dear Williamson, I suggest you reread my complaint before commenting on it with something that has nothing to do with my review.

Just purchased a vehicle here. To purchase my car I visited a lot of dealers and I just hated them and the process. Williamson just felt a bit different. Nice people, nice process and even though they stay very late with me they where willing to stay letter when I was in doubt about some details of my contract.

I had a great experience with Williamson Cadillac. I bought a used XT6 and the previous owner did not provide the wheel locks. These guys were able to back them out and were not going to charge me anything. Obviosly this could've been a costly job so I supported them by buying the new ones with them. I'm definitely returning and they're getting my business for any future parts that i need, or may even just get my next Caddy from them. Just wish their parts department opened on Sundays....

I had a check engine light on and thought I also had a volume issue with my auto cue system and the rear windshield. I choose Cadillac to take care of the issues and assess what needed to be fix and I was told I would have to replace the radio because it was bad and then upon driving my car I realize I wasn t using the volume function property but there was nothing wrong with the radio and still they were trying to charge me 1500 for something that wasn t broken. I was also told the rear windshield motor was bad and needed to be replace and once again upon doble checking my car few minutes after leaving the dealer I found I wasn t turning it but still they were trying to sell me a new motor and charge me around 377 for something that wasn t actually broken. The only thing they actually fix and was defective was an injector that needed to get replace. I wouldn t feel confident anymore having this Cadillac location take care of my auto needs. They lie to me and broke my trust. Beside that they also took more than a week to tell me an injector needed to be replace .

Mike Penn, Carlos, Ricardo, the sales manager. What a great team! I had ordered a new Escalade and I wasn't happy with the model I had picked out. They helped me out with some options. To say the least I am very very thorough on everything when it comes to purchasing a vehicle and they were very patient, detailed and they got me an excellent deal! Thank you to Mike and the entire team at Williamson. I had forgotten something in my trade in and Reggie ran my new Cadillac through the car wash as a courtesy when I came by. I had purchased my first Cadillac here 18 years ago and I was happy to return again. Everything was top notch and very professional.

Completely shady car dealership. I was speaking with a rep, and inquired about the asking price of a vehicle. They could not provide me their asking price, simply kept asking me to just come in to the dealership to see the car. If you can t even be forthcoming with your asking price, I don t trust your service at all.

Another great experience with Williamson Cadillac dealershipI ve been assisted by Mr. BRUNO ZEYAS sales department and Mr. TONY MERCADO in sales department two professionals indeed.The entire process very fast with no gimmicks playing games with the numbers trying to sell extras etc. explaining all the options and details in regards to my purchase.They prep the paperwork before I arrived at the dealership with the information requested and provided previously in advance.Vehicle was cleaned and ready to go before we finished the paperwork so I ve been able to get back home in time for dinner.Looking forward to work again with Mr. ZEYAS & Mr MERCADO in the future at Williamson Cadillac dealership.Great work ethics and thank you so much again!

"Take the time to set up a appointment." I thought my cadillac needed new brakes front and back so I took it to Williamson Cadillac and Mike G called me back and said I only needed a OIL Change! That saved me about $ 900 dollars. Thank you!!! Williamson Cadillac is honest, trustworthy and their service department is the best. They have my 2012 CTS 2 door running in perfect condition (65 thousand miles) and fixed previous problems extremely fast. Thank You!

Edited to add: I changed my review from a 1 to a 4 because the general manager called me directly to address my experience. I was impressed by her approach and professionalism. We always had a great experience with Jose (sales) and the service team. A company that listens to its customers and works to make things right will always be recognized by me. Hopefully they bring the employee I dealt with up to the standards of the rest of the dealership.Original review:Stay away - especially if you are a woman. They will tell you one thing and do another. Typical bait and switch + condescending attitude towards women is literally why the car buying experience has a bad rep.After many years with Cadillac, we will never come back. As much as we loved our sales associate, the process of turning in our lease was a nightmare. Angel Rivera should not be allowed to interact with customers.After multiple reach outs from Williamson to turn in our lease in early with the promise of waiving the remaining fees, that did not end up being the case. I went to the first appointment and there was confusion with the receptionist so we left. The second time I went Angel mentioned it was late in the day and I was his last appointment of the day and he wanted to rush me out. He had the audacity to ask me where my husband was even though the lease was under my name. I heard multiple comments throughout the interaction around how interesting it was that I was the one handling everything, and that my husband let me. I came with my carmax report that showed the fee they would pay for my car (even with a minor fender bender that I listed and shows with the vin), which was more than the stated residual value. I just did not want to pay the lease payment outstanding (1) or the disposition fee. Since I didn't want to deal with the hassle of going to carmax and didn't want to make money (just not pay out of pocket), Angel said they were going to keep my car as a loaner because it looked brand new and would do me a solid and waive the final payment and disposition fee. A few days later I received a call from GM financial asking if I had the car in my possession or not. I was confused and called Angel. He told me they didn't want the car any more and he didn't know what would happen once his manager sorted everything. He told me it's all "very complex and probably hard for me to understand". I never received any other call or paperwork until this week when GM financial reached out for an outstanding balance. After speaking with them about the situation, they apologized and said they cannot control if the dealership says one thing but does another. I will never trust this dealership again - Angel Rivera ruined GM/ Cadillac for us.

I got to my appt at 9am and the service person was no where to be found. When I asked for him they said he might be in the bathroom (again). I was standing by his desk until 9:25am. He took my car, then never called me to tell me the process could possibly take days. I had to call him to check on my car. On positive note, I would say they gave me a rental car. When I returned to pick up my car I never saw him again and he was definitely not nice or informative. If you go, get any other service person other than Mike.

From the moment I walked into their dealership, I was greeted with utmost professionalism and a warm, friendly atmosphere.One of the key aspects that stood out during my visit was the exceptional attention to detail exhibited by my service advisor, Richard. He went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my Cadillac's maintenance was addressed with utmost care and precision. My name is Vicente Arteaga, I left my daughter's car because the computer had problems after almost three weeks my daughter had to take it out of there with a tow truck because they didn't fix it, I took it to the Dealer where she had bought it and The same day they fixed it and took it to their house, on one occasion also to my Cadillad, they charged me for the oil and the rotation of the tires and they never did it, I had marked it with a marker because they had already told me Other customers there usually do those things, the only service that is good is the salespeople and mechanics who work on Many Street and Guillermo in sales, I call to receive information and they never tell you, the woman who answers the calls is the worst thing ever. I have known, will I ever be able to go there again? I think not!

Williamson Cadillac made my car buying experience an ease!! Ron Peoples and Benny make a great team. They got me the exact car I wanted even though they didn t have it on the lot. The signing of the paperwork was so easy as well. They day my car arrived I showed up and it was waiting for me. I signed all the paperwork and was out of the dealer in less than an hour. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from them.

The best place to get a Cadillac make sure you ask for Juan Alvarez for a no B. S. Experience! The atmosphere is amazing. Very comforting. Very clean. Sales managers were awesome. Everybody was awesome. Great friendly place to be. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. We'll definitely come back for all of my vehicles from here on out. Thank you Williamson Cadillac.
