As always, the experience was world class. Erik Fernandez helped me throughout the process. He s extremely professional and efficient and treated my situation with my truck with great urgency. He s also an amazing person and makes you feel very comfortable during an uncomfortable situation. Amazing Team Member you have there.The professional roadside technician, Manny, was just as amazing. His soft skills and knowledge of his craft is second to none. He helped me with my truck and followed up every step of the way. Great individual and also a stellar Team Member.Thank you so much for the easy feeling and getting me back on the road.

Unfortunately, I had to have my Sierra in several times for the engine light coming on for emission issues. My service advisor, Mike Valladares has been excellent. He was patient and validated my concerns, and worked with the team to get the issues corrected.

The service advisor was really the worst .he only thinks about making money with every customers he encounters . I understand this is a business and everyone needs to make money but his demeanor about it was horrible . Not empathetic to anyone ..selfish and this is not a great customer service .. as a matter of fact I will provide that feedback about this dealership to all . No one needed to be treated like a reward. I had a situation with my car that was out of my control instead of trying to help me to find solution I was pressured to pay a bill that I didn't cause .but I hope it does you well

I just recently bought a GMC Sierra, and the overall experience was great. Vanessa, my sales person was very professional and communicated very well. Even though early on, I had an issue with my key fobs and some electrical issue. They drove me home and offered to give me a loaner for the weekend.

My car would not start when at a parking garage. We had it towed to Williamson, where we have purchased our cars for well over 45 years. This service experience was excellent, just like all the others in the past. Mike McKesson is the best! And all of the other employees in the service department are very helpful and go out of their way to assist in any way possible.

Concierge service is a great feature, and sets Williamson apart from competitors. Service advisor was pleasant, easy to communicate with, and kept me posted at appropriate intervals. Service pricing was reasonable. Car wash would have been nice, but no worries. Overall a good experience, and I ll be back, but hopefully not too soon!

From the minute I called I was taken care of by John the service advisor. He was excellent. He had a loaner car ready for me immediately my car was ready within two days with a major engine repair when he called me to tell me my car was ready the minute I pulled up my truck was ready and I was able to leave within 10 minutes. Excellent service.

Please see the narrative and survey sent to Williamson for a complete understanding of my experience. Our service advisor, John Arevala, was unprofessional and condescending when communicating with both my wife and me and gave several excuses as to why our work order was not completed.

The service at Williamson Cadillac was as expected perfect. I had no issues. Placed my order back in November for an 2024 GMC Yukon Denali and It actually arrived 3 months earlier than anticipated. Bruno Zayas kept me up to speed every step of the way. Upon arrival I was in and out in less than 90 mins with my brand new SUV

As alway my service rep, John Varela, was excellent not only demeanor but his knowledge. I was disappointed because my 2018 Buick Encore has a paint peeling problem on my hood. Don t know why. I keep up on the cleaning and waxing of the car. John will verify this. I had no recourse to fix this only out of my pocket. GM should stand behind their products especially when it comes to the appearance of their vehicles!

Tony my service advisor is an exemplary employee and really takes time to inform you about your vehicle. He is trustworthy and has a genuine interest in keeping you and your family safe. He is the major reason I bring my vehicle to Williamson.

5* for our sales rep LUIS FAJARDO. 1* exclusively for YORNY FUNDORA, GSM. This review is intended for upper management as I can t let this person get away with his rude attitude towards an employee in front of his customers. Mr. Fundora who s representing these brands was both disrespectful and showed 0 education/manners. He has no idea on how to properly conduct a dialog between GSM, customer and sales rep therefore he should not be put facing the client. Mr. FUNDORA not only was rude to us in front of our kids but he was extremely rude towards Luis threatening him and diminishing his ability to perform a flawless sale.I felt so embarrassed for Luis, we left shaking hands and worried he might loose his job.The next day we received a couple of damage control calls but we don t do business with rude and uneducated individuals let alone supervisors who mistreat his employees. The GM should review the personnel training process and have them take a look at the handbook.

Terrible experience dealing with the salesperson assigned to us in an attempt to purchase our 2020 GMC Terrain lease. Expect them to mislead, stall and pressure you to the point of exhaustion in an attempt to squeeze every penny out of you.I was told their Chase interest rate was the lowest I could get and unbeatable until I went on my own and got a much better quote from Space Coast credit union. When I tell them I found a better rate with Space Coast, they turn around and tell me that they also work with them and could get me that same rate. Then I was told I cannot negotiate with Space Coast and would have to do everything through the dealership, which I learn is not true whatsoever. The level of dishonesty is truly something to behold.The car was approved by Space Coast for a purchase agreement that was sent on 10/25 only to be raised by $1,000 by the dealer on 10/31. What s funny is that Space Coast sent the check days ago and suddenly they raise the cash price of the vehicle when it s time to go and pay the license fee. My wife was pressured into paying out of pocket or have to continue this back and forth with these people.This is only the half of it as our salesperson is one of the rudest and most annoying business people I ve ever had to deal with. The constant unnecessary pressure and consecutive phone calls were already enough to let me know I m done with this dealership.

Terrible experience at this place, do not recommend anyone to come here. Salesman made promises to simply not keep them when the time came. Once they make the sell they do not care about you anymore, awful customer service experience. Make sure to have everything in writing if you ever make business with these poorly ethical people.
