Good morning, first of all, I went due to a failure in the radio and it turns out that it took two weeks for them to call me but that is not the problem. They fixed the radio and they left the back part for me. I never thought they would do that and I didn't notice it until I got home because the back part was completely disassembled, that dealer needs to be more responsible, I won't be coming back again

Alfonso the Service Advisor was super! As soon as he came over he took care of my request and I was done in less than an hour. I was so happy since I didn t wait too long. I hope he continues doing his best on every customer. Great job Alfonso Robleto!

The gentleman who greeted me and entered my information into the computer was gracious and very knowledgeable. I needed my key fob programmed and he was able to quickly assist me. His name is John and I appreciated talking to him because he was able to clearly explain the process to me.I waited more than 2 hours and they were not able to program the fob so I had to return with the car in 2 days to get it done.Overall the experience was good.

5 stars to the customer service team for helping me. If you get the chance to have Kate Alvarado service you, I would highly recommend because she is awesome and extremely helpful.Not sure if it s just today but people (not myself) had been complaining that their car had been in the shop since 11am and 1pm and it s 5:21 and their cars are still not out. If I had to spend 4 hours in a car shop for a quick maintenance I would also be upset so I understand. I think they were short on staff today and there was a lot of people here.Overall I ve come in the past and they are quick to service me. Within the 45 minutes is when they fully service me and I leave happy. Today is a day of patience. I came in as a walk in and did not have an appointment so I also understand that.I would recommend this spot but try to come on a PTO day in the morning or really early on a weekend to make sure you are prioritized as one of the first people they service.Would not recommend you do a walk in on a Saturday mid day or during the week after work.They have restrooms inside and a cafe where I got Cuban coffee.I also ran into my uncle here lol so we chopped it up a bit algo light

West Kendall has great service. I was greeted by Angel Espinosa I let him know in what kind of car I had in mind and a certain range of how much I could afford. Within minutes he found a perfect fit. It was raining so he brought us umbrella and let me test drive it. Then we went into the garage so I could inspect the car even more. He was very patient and knowledgeable about financing, transferring of the tag and insurance. I was able to leave that same day with a 2023 Toyota Camry with only 18,000 miles with no previous accidents. I will recommend West Kendall Toyota sales and service department to everyone. All the staff is friendly and helpful.

Today after I took my car in for service I feel they only called me for a bait and switch.I have already spoken with Andrea at Kendall Toyota, but I feel sincerely that the push to schedule service was only a trap to sell and make money off my visit. Infact while I was waiting for my car in service while sitting in the lobby, I received a call at 8:11am to see if I was interested in buying a new car. Your pushy and persistent protocol is very unappealing and rather annoying.

Don't waste your time at this dealership. Find another one ASAP. THEY SOLD THE CAR WE HAD RESERVED!!! We went to speak with a sales rep about leasing a car. The sales rep didn't even gives us his name just told us to sit and he would be right back. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, we walked out and left. The online sales team we were chatting with (very good team by the way) asked for us to come back the following week because the vehicle we had reserved (we put $$ down) was ready for pick up. When we arrive we were made to wait, AGAIN, only for them to tell us that THEY SOLD THE CAR WE HAD RESERVED!!! terrible customer service at this dealer. They had no regard for our time and the money we put down for the car we were told was on hold for US. Very disappointing experience.

Mr. Alfonso Robleto has a great attitude, very helpful. Makes you feel like a human being, not like a number. Listens to his clients to figure out how to help us. I wish everyone had that attitude. I give him 5 stars.

The car service at West Kendall Toyota was exceptional. From scheduling the appointment to the final inspection, everything was smooth and professional. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and attentive to my needs. The service was completed promptly, and they even provided me with a ride to work when I dropped off my car in the morning . I highly recommend West Kendall Toyota for anyone in need of reliable and top-notch car service.

My Service advisor was Justin and he did amazing! He was super nice and knowledgeable and handled all the extra clients that needed their cars serviced smoothly. He had my car done in under an hour and even gave me a call when it was done. I also appreciate Abel and Jan for taking my car in and out so professionally and they were so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Justin , Abel, and Jan !

Took my car to Toyota of West Kendall for an airbag recall, the experience was awesome! Was greeted right away and had appt scheduled. They were able to get everything done in time promised. Very impressed with customer service! Highly recommend

Daniel who took my car in was super friendly as the mechanic was super friendly when I had left something in the truck and allowed me to remove the only reason four stars is when I called back for an issue that I thought needed to be addressed the people that answered the phone multiple times were not as friendly and not helpful you cannot even guide me to the right extension. So I decided to go the next day in person which I was able to speak to Daniel he even got in my car went around with me to hear the noise that I was hearing although we were not able to figure it out he took his time and attended me and for this I was very grateful all the work was done properly as far as the brakes are concerned I might still have an issue that we have yet to figure out what it is because the truck does not do it all the time hopefully it does not come back but if it does I'm sure I can get Daniel to take care of it you just need to work on your answering service they need a little attention.

I thought the reception and service was great. They did everything that I needed and told me what I needed to know.There were a couple of procedural issues though. The first one was that I tried to get an appointment online and as I was going through the input form, it asked me for the model of my Toyota the field was grayed out not available and I could not proceed to the next screen.Secondly, I went in to chat and I got the chat lady. She told me she would take down everything. She took all my information and asked me when I could come in and she asked me if I wanted to wait or drop off the car and I said we'll wait. She came back on and said she was sorry but her only option is to drop off the car. I didn't know what that meant. I thought maybe the waiting room was full or something so I asked if she would have a service agent call me. This was in the morning I believe and as of the beginning of the afternoon there was no call back.So I telephoned the service department. They booked my appointment and also told me that I could wait for the car which is what we did.

I would really like to express that I am satisfied with this visit today to West Kendall, but obviously I am not . To begin with, I arrived at the Service at 6:30 pm with a flat tire after being working 12 hours, the person that greeted me never move his body from his chair, and told me to look for a representative in the back offices. That gentleman at the beginning told me that at this time of the day was almost impossible to call to another place where they approve to change my tire, and offer me to replace my flat tire with my spare one, and of course I told no. After that they took my car inside to check the tire which was of course damaged, after that they told me that my insurance for the tires was expire in 2022, I end up paying three hundred something for a new tire. My point is , where is the good customer service that Toyota used to give to customers like myself that I ve been coming this place for years. Why do you keep the service till 8 if when you come for an emergency like the one I had, they show themselves not helpful, and you had almost to beg to get your problem solved. On top of all this when they brought the car out I realized there was a plastic cover under the car s engine that was loose and they had to take the car back to adjust it, this is unacceptable. As I mentioned at the beginning this was not a good experience at all.

Service advisor, manager and all staff excellent attitude, attention and expertise. Disappointed about that the schedule appointment is replaced by fist in first out, no matter of your appointment confirmation you have to make a fist in fist out line to be attended with any advisor available and there is no control if a costumer that s arrives after get attended first. I rather like the old sister with appointments with a designated service advisor.Thank you

I have not been going to West Kendall for couple years and decided to go back there to service my XB Scion and the service was phenomenal and excellent. The Service Advisor Daniel Horsham was super courteous and explained the service which was required. Will definitely be going there for future repairs.

Called and made an appointment a week in advance about a car battery and fob issue. Showed up and the service manager josue immediately started the process of taking the car for maintenance since apparently my issue was not noted despite me calling in specifically for it and he didnt feel the need to ask me. He then argued with me about my issue. Eventually they told me my car battery was being replaced (which i will now be confirming was done at a different dealership). It took them three hours to change a car battery despite the appointment. I had the the paper that said my car was ready and i still was forced to wait 20 minutes for my car. The car might be a year old and needed a battery replacement and apparently has fob issues and you cant even get good service on it from toyoya. I wish i could give 0 stars

Service wasn't excellent because I had to wait an additional hour for a lousy 3 minute car wash, when the cashier told me I will.have my vehicle back in 10 minutes. I had to.go.back to him TWICE just to get it done! The fluids were NOT topped off as informed from the advisor. I requested to have air put in my tires, but they neglected that also. I now have do it myself. I have an ATTENTION WARNING display on my dashboard but they didn't even care to pay any mind to it.Bottom line, they need more training and provide better service. I will think twice to take my vehicle back there again. It's really disappointing. My 1st service was the same also, but I wanted to give them another chance. I did explain my poor experience to the advisor but she didn't quite care I guess.

I leave the car at 8:00 AM to fix the door lock, I pick the car at 6:30PM and the door panel wasn t installed correctly, and no one was there to fix it, I have to leave the car for another day.Some one should inspect the repairs before call to pickup the car.

Andy was a fantastic sales person. He helped me find a car I loved and we came to an agreement on the price before I even arrived at the dealership. He was always available by phone or text which I really appreciated. I highly recommend him!

5 hours for an oil change. No tire rotation completed. I know because the same tire is had patched this week is still in the same position. No work order printout provided. Unacceptable

My car was serviced today in this clean, efficient dealer service shop. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. I was advised of, but not pressured, regarding some additional service recommendations.They have a pleasant and comfortable waiting area. Coffee is available at no charge. Unfortunately, they no longer provide donuts!The coffee tasted bitter, so I dumped it after a couple of sips. I mentioned that to the cashier, and suggested the equipment probably needs a good cleaning. Aside from that, West Kendall Toyota is excellent!

We are extremely satisfied with our experience at West Kendall Toyota. Both Mr. Fidel Galeano and Mr. Rafael Saba helped us find the car of our dreams. They were extremely knowledgeable and polite and made us feel as a part of the family. Mrs. Lizbeth helped us find the best insurance for the car and Mr. Jose Rivera helped us with the finances. Each of them made the process a wonderful experience and we would recommend them with our eyes closed. Hopefully, we will be able to buy another car from them in the future.

Horrible experience, all started great and take a turn to awful very fast. Received a coupon with my name, VIN number and address for an Synthetic Oil Change with filter for $39.99 plus tax during weekdays, left my car on Friday at 5PM and was told it will take from 2 to 3 Hrs, so I was offered a ride home and a pick up when the car was ready, I took the ride home and there is when al good ended... 2 hours and 30 minutes later the associate called me and told me the car was ready, I ask him to get the ride back and he transferred me to a dead number and hanged up on me, I was not able to get anyone to answer the 3 numbers available on the receipt to get my ride back, I had to call a friend in a rush to get a ride to pick my car before they closed and left me without my car for another day, arrived and went to pay and well $39.99 turned into $51.31 with nothing extra added to the Oil Change, I complained about it and was told dealer fees were added, not happy about that but at least I had my car back, checked the oil level and was overfill, and they spilled oil on the engine cover and left the oil cap dripping oil on front beam of the engine compartment and never cleaned it after... so now I need to wash the engine and the engine compartment myself. At least they put the oil inside the engine and not in the radiator, this was my last visit to this dealer, not buying my next Toyota from them either.Absolutely not recommend any service from this dealer, save yourself a headache and go where they appreciate your business.

Unfortunately the visit wasn t as good as I expected. There was a morning rush in which I expected. The wait was ok or acceptable. But when the service writer called to let me know that my vehicle was ready and to ask the cashier to call for my truck, it not only took over twenty minutes for them to deliver it but it took me to complain to 3-4 different people and they did nothing. They just said it wasn t their fault, in which it infuriated me even more. They kept saying, we can t find your truck. REALLY ??? This is unacceptable in many ways.

Craig was so helpful. I brought in my old RAV4 from 2003 to the shop that I unfortunately neglected for a time and they were able to fix all the issues with it. Its runs like when we first bought it. Highly recommend bringing your cars here.
