I was told they don t have space to plug a tire and I have to make an appointment. Purchased 4 tires and warranty plus installation. Employees just don t care to help. Have 4 mechanics and only 3 bay doors. A lot of walking out business for no reason at all. You guys don t even respond

I have been here on 2 occasions, once for replacement of all 4 of my tires and now for a new battery. Excellent service, the wait time is acceptable. While I waited I went shopping in the store therefore it did not feel long. Once I was done with shopping I headed back to the Car Center and within 5 to 10 minutes my car was ready. I would highly recommend this Walmart Car Center.

DO NOT COME HERE ! I am very disappointed in the auto center service at store located at address 15601 sw 127th ave in Miami, Florida. They use to be great but service has decreased tremendously. No one answers the phone EVER but appointment can only be made on the phone not even online? but unable to reach anyone ever! I have been in store and hear the phone faintly ringing always and don t see any employee even making an effort to answer. I called the main customer service line and asked for an employee to walk to auto center to have someone answered my question and said it wasn t possible and that I would need to come in person to have someone help me this is unacceptable. Headlight restoration is unavailable and standard or semi synthetic oil change. Store is extremely disorganized!

Look, I really like Walmart....but the English. All workers on the floor need to speak English....I mean basic words, like restroom, etc. anything, something...for queen's sake...

I had a problem installing windshield wipers on my wife s car, I went to see if they could help me and what I received was beyond my expectations. Manager Claudio was amazingly helpful and a very nice person. We need more people like him

A bit under-staffed most of the time. Management needs to put up a 20 items or less sign. I waited 45 minutes in line to pay for my service because people had carts full of merch. Technicians are knowledgeable and patient. I would recommend.

Bad costumer service..They don't pick up the phone..It's not possible to make an appoiment...you arrive and they ignore you..If you ask, they tell you that you should wait two hours for them to take your data and put you on the waiting list. .so you have to wait twice as long...!!! The part of the mechanical service is done correctly and at a good price...Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Auto tire replacement, Oil change

Customer Service SUCK!No one answers the phone, and even as I was standing there calling the cashier looked at the phone and ignored it. In one instance she hit the ignore button.I told her it was me calling, and asked her why didn't she answer the phone, her reply was "it's rude to interrupt a customer to answer the phone".I told her I wanted an oil change she said it was a long wait and her next available appointment was in 7 days.Completely disappointed with this customer service and disrespect.

This is an initial review as the tires will be installed in four days. However, I felt compelled to write this review due to the excellent customer service I received from a young man by the name of "Izzy". I called in and Izzy answered the phone in just a couple of rings. He was EXTREMELY helpful, kind, and knowledgeable regarding tires and choices. Even though the Fla. City store is closer, Fla. City NEVER answers the phone and their auto care in-person customer service is poor at best. Thanks to IZZY, the 152nd Street location will have our business. Thanks Izzy!!!UPDATE: Fantastic experience at the Auto Center! We had an appointment at 9:00am on Sunday, and they took Truck right away. Four tires were installed and completed in less than an hour. EVERYBODY was nice at this location! How refreshing for a Walmart. I will now drive out of my way, passing MANY other Walmart's, to spend my money at this location.

Terrible customer service. I arrive by 4:15pm and the representa said o had to make an appointment. I asked how long do they take to do oil change he mention 45 min. He said appointment were full and they had 3 cars waiting. I drove to homestead Walmart Oil Express immediately the representative said yes. As of right now soon they will work on the oil change. And this Walmart closes at 7pm like the one in SW 152nd street.

This is the worst customer service over the telephoneThat I have ever experienced in my lifetime.Neither on the mainline Nor at the auto center, For many minutes Letting the phone ring And through multiple attempts, Was never able to get through. Finally when someone picked up the phone they said Auto Care Center and hung up. I'm taking my business Elsewhere for good!

These people NEVER answer the phone. And when I called to make an appointment for an oil change they said they don t know how to work the system. How hard is it to tell me a time when I can come in. I hate Walmart

I was in last week needing help with my BMW tire. Samuel at the auto center was amazing. Great customer service and he took care of my problem with plenty of empathy and skill. He was able to find my tire's airleak and quickly had me on my way. This is the type of employee every company should have! Thanks for the help and professionalism, Samuel!Service: Tires

The customer service they sucks!!! you schedule an appointment and when you get they tell you they don't have the oil that you use for your car.. for me to use synthetic I told them I schedule an appointment for a regular oil change they said well what do you want us to do we have a lot of cars coming in.. great customer service I tell you.. well it will be my last time going to Walmart
