I came here because of all the great reviews . And am very happy I did. I am from Virginia and needed a Volvo specialist to look at my cars. The work was quick and efficient, and he was very thorough with his explanations. if you are looking for someone who is honest and fair with reasonable prices, you can t go wrong here.

Very much like the rest of the reviews, I had a very positive experience.I called them up last week to schedule a service on the vehicle and they were able to accommodate me on my requested day and time.I came in a few minutes before my appointment and was warmly greeted by the small team there. They collected some info, I signed some papers and they took my keys to start the service. I was able to do some laptop work in the office while I waited.The service took about an hour and change and Wally explained what they did, recommended frequency of future visits and suggested new tires within a few months. Wally definitely comes across as I genuine guy who cares about his customers. He also knows what he is talking about based on our conversation.I will definitely be taking my car back there for all my future needs and I would recommend you doing the same. A clean shop with knowledge of Volvos, reasonable prices and good people working there. What else do you want???!

Also came here due to good reviews when my car died. Had a complete engine rebuild and a/c compressor replaced. Also came back for regular service and another issue. However, the invoicing process is confusing. That being said, Waleed is very nice person and provides good service.

I have an older V70 that has needed some upkeep over the years and a chronically broken headlight. These guys were able to tune up the car and finally fix the headlight that no one else was able to fix. This shop is a little out of my way but it is 100% worth it to bring your volvo here. The guys are great, honest, available for questions, and more than reasonable.

I am very grateful to have recently found this shop for my 13 year old Volvo. It s great to have someone that knows the car so well and does good work. I don t feel taken advantage of either here. I ve been there twice in the past few months and my car feels like brand new. They have excellent customer service and it is now the only place I will go for anything more than an oil change or alignment.

I rarely write reviews but these guys deserve a good word. I have a 2013 XC90 that needed a new blower motor. I had been driving for a few weeks without functional A/C since the Volvo dealer had quoted me over $2,200 for the work. When I called VolvTech, I told them I had the part and they were able to complete the very labor intensive replacement for 1/4 of what the dealer was trying to charge. They also were able to replace my air filter and only charged me for the part, not labor.As someone who is weary of mechanic shops, this shop is truthful, trustworthy, and honest; and they have no desire to squeeze extra money out of you. If you have any issues with your Volvo or need any service, this is 100% the best place to go.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

This guys Wahlid? He's about the coolest guy ever. In the spring time I was roaring around in my 04 V70 and the timing belt let go and blew the head into tiny pieces. I lived the Keys- dropped my car off at the regular place. Regular guy gets covid- I don't think he made it. I called Volvo Tech...now? I'm in California. I explain the problem, my situation...and the car- AND? I have most of the repair parts in the car "can you help me out?"of course.Holy Hat! had the car towed up to his shop and he did exactly what he said. It was done way earlier than I expected. It was also cheaper than I expected! The car runs like a scared rabbit. When I got it back, it leaked a ton of coolant all over the floor. Panicked, I called the shop. he walked me through everything and sure enough- what he said worked!I'm totally grateful. His big problem now is if I lay my hands on old junky swede-built cars...they're going to his shop. 5 stars all the way down the road!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was wonderfully impressed at how quickly my vehicle was serviced. Speed, competence, and professionalism are all I look for in a mechanic. I will gladly return for anything else my Volvo requires.UPDATE: 2023.09.14I can't stress enough how excellent this place is and how much I trust bringing my Volvo there for all of my repairs. These guys are fantastic, fair, and above all, friendly. It's always a pleasure to walk in the doors knowing my car will be diagnosed and repaired correctly. Thank you again for all of your help!

This shop and owner- Wally is probably the best you will find in a Volvo mechanic. I love their honesty, extremely fair prices, quick service, and great customer service. I don't have that feeling of overpaying for something or feeling cheated with them. I know he and his team provide top notch thorough diagnosis for any problem (regardless of prior diagnosis from another mechanic). They get to the root of any problem and even suggest preventative measures (without any pressure or forcing something you don't need). I've saved so much money with them compared to the dealer and even other volvo mechanics (without sacrificing quality of service). I have a 2012 S60 and it's still in great shape thanks to Volvo tech. If you're considering going here, don't hesitate. Even if you don't live close (it's worth the distance). It's hard to find all of the qualities I mentioned above in a mechanic. Their value is unmatched!

I just wished I had met Walid and Volvo Tech before, the service we have received shows not only the knowledge from years of experience, but an exceptional attention and care, I felt like I was talking to a friend that shares our passion for Volvo cars taking care of mine as it was his own car. Walid is assertive and direct in the diagnostics describing in detail the job with no hidden and/unnecessary costs. We are a family of Volvo fans, having owned 6 of them, we usually have our cars serviced at the dealer, with few regrettable exceptions. Had I known him before, I would have saved thousands and some aggravation from the local Volvo dealers.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, A/C installation & repair, Auto maintenance

I went to Volvo Tech for the first time to get a second opinion on some repairs to my 2010 XC60 last year. Never looked back.Wally and his team treat me like family (literally from the first visit)..They are knowledgeable, fast, very very good, and reasonably priced -- including sourcing spare parts at great prices.My Volvo is in tip top shape, and I feel SO much better letting my kids drive it.Thanks Wally!

Wally and his team are the best! He and his team have always been fair and professional with me. I had my silver c30 and now my red c70, they know what they do. I always take my volvo to them and now that I am back in naples, I don't mind driving to them and paying for the service they provide. The team is kind, and there to help you and to make sure you and your vehicle are good to go. I only trust this team as the dealership always want to sell you things you don't need and over priced. I recommend this volvo shop as they truly are worth your time and every penny. Thank you Mr.Wally and team.

After spending over two weeks at Bomin Dealership with no results. We took our Volvo 2012 convertible with a malfunctioning top to Wleed. He diagnosed the problems and gave us several straight up options to consider from total repair to just close the top. He was honest and transparent as well as communicative. Really a pleasure to work with in the unscrupulous world of car repair. I would highly recommend his services.

Volvo TechI took my first Volvo 240 to Wally in 1990. He replaced the Turbo at the time. From that point on I continued using his service. After selling my 1989 240S, I bought my next Volvo from Wally which he made sure it was always running in top shape. After several years, I decided to purchase another beauty he was selling so I upgraded again to a newer Black 4 door 1999 240S that was so clean and just what I wanted. As you can see, I have owned Volvo's for many years now. I have never taken them to anyone but Wally. His mechanics have been with him since I found them. I feel he has always been honest, fair and reasonable with his price's. I have checked the dealer's many times, and he has the best price and service. He's become a friend too; I enjoy my times when I do have to take the car in for a checkup we make time to talk just about everything. Wally and his staff are always willing to help you out. My car now is a 2006 S60, and he is keeping this one in tip-top shape too. Thanks Wally for 26 year's of keeping me on the road in the best car "Volvo s60"

Very nice experience at Volvo Tech! I took my Volvo XC90 2007 to this shop based on the good reviews I read. I was Not disappointed! They fixed one of the problems my car was having, in an hour. I will bring my car back to have other minor things fixed by them. Am happy I found a decent and experienced Volvo mechanic ! Their prices are very fair too! Like me, you will not Be disappointed, give them a try you will be happy you did!,

Car broke and this company fixed it. They were reasonable, straight to the point and not trying to screw me over. I had my car towed 40 minutes from where I live to get it fixed here; calling everywhere around me to fix my volvo but I'm a young woman and people were continuously trying to screw me over regarding the issue with my car. The repairs also came with 1 year warranty. Thank you!

Wally was amazing. I initially took my car to Volvo Bomnin they had it for 3 weeks and did nothing. Wally in 3 days fixed it and gave us 3 honest estimates! Strongly recommend you to take your car here

I used Whalid for repairs on my Volvo XC90 2019. The car came out great with everything fixed but I haven't had such a positive trusting experience with a car mechanic for a very long time. Whalid is an old-fashioned, honest, trusting and trustworthy business owner who cares about his customers and offers great service at a great price. Communication is direct, by text for the most part (with photos of the repair in process) and I never had to call once for an update. When I did call it was Whalid that I spoke with every time and I got straight answers when he could give them and simple "I don't knows" when he didn't. Simply put, I trust him.

This is great place to have your Volvo repaired. I have been using this repair shop for a few years now and I have never been disappointed. The service is excellent and the mechanics are knowledgeable. I have a 2007 XC90 and they keep my car running great. :) Yes, it costs, but I am totally satisfied. I only wish they open on weekends or extend their weekday hours..

Professional, efficient, personable, excellent value. In pretty much every car repair encounter I've ever had, I've had to pick 3. Today, I had the pleasure of all four. Volvo drivers in Miami are fortunate to have this business available. Their shop is meticulously clean and well-organized.

I recently took there a Volvo I wanted to buy to have it checked. I was impressed by Walid's profesionals, knowledge, integrity and honesty. Hard to find such good auto mechanics anymore! I just bought my Volvo S80 and wanted to do some preventive maintenance that was a bit a bit more involved as well as requiring specific tools and software. I came across this place and the reviews were good so I took a chance. Right away I had a good vibe just seeing the place and some older volvos on the lot, that told me they work for fair prices and customers are not just the ones with deep pockets. I was a bit late but Wally was very accommodating, he attended me right away. I had a bad experience in the past with shops so I did my homework and asked questions about the procedure itself and Wally was nice enough to explain. I know these cars a bit and it's obvious he knows them VERY well, hes been in business forever. As I was waiting for the work to be done (a couple hours) I saw people walking in and overheard conversations and it made me feel even more comfortable with the place as Wally was giving smart, honest, economic advice and explaining to people what they should address or leave be. I noticed he also does little things, little fixes "while in there" that most shops dont bother with, the kind of thing you only do if it's your car. He asked if I wanted him to check the car and i initially said no, thinking it's an extra charge like at most places but then realized it's just something he does as courtesy to his customers. I'm really glad I came here. While ill be doing most of the maintenance myself, it's nice to know there's an honest, knowledgeable volvo tech I can rely on for anything that I cant do myself. Prices are fair, shop is clean and felt safe in COVID-19 times. Great place and people, use them with confidence!

When I bought my Volov 5 years ago I was looking for a Volvo certified mechanic that wasn't the dealer because of obvious higher prices at the dealer. I found Wally and have been extremely happy with his service! He is friendly, his quality of work is good and he is honest. These are all of the important things that aren't so easy to find. I am really happy that I found him for my go to mechanic on everything. He helps me keep my wagon running in top shape! I highly recommend this business!

We have been using VolvTech for our many Volvos over the years. Whalid and his team have always been fair and professional and stand behind the quality of their work. Recently had a turbo replaced on my 2006 XC90. He communicates with me throughout the process and always presented me with options for repair. They fixed my car for a fraction of what Volvo of North Miami wanted. And ran their own diagnosis which was a good thing because the dealership wanted to change another part for twice the cost.They fixed my power steering and a bunch of minor issues. It s been a month and my car drives smoothly. I m going back to that garage from now on.I always stuck to dealerships for all my Volvos in Canada and NJ. Volvo of North Miami are so bad, I decided to steer away from a dealership for the first time. I m glad I did :)

Volvo Tech is the best mechanic shop i have ever been to for Volvos. The dealerships, price gauge like the rest of Miami. This place gives you a fair price and excellent work. I have Been taking my car here for years and have never had a problem they couldn't fix. Thank you Volvo Tech!

Excellent mechanic for Volvo's, my only compliant is the they close too early, and do not open on Saturdays. It is difficult to drop your off and get to work without being late, or miss a day of work. Plus they were close for summer vacation, by the way I am a teacher. Once again the service is excellent.

They are not cheap, but they get the job done right the first time. Also excellent trouble shooting when there is "that noise" or things don't behave as they should. If you're done with the "trail and error" mechanic bring your car to those guys, they know what they're doing. I have a 1964 1800S, so they know how to work on classic cars. I went through several shops before Volv Tech finally diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it. They did charge more than the other places that didn't diagnose the problem correctly and didn't fix it, but you get what you pay for.
