Took my car to this place for a simple flat tire repair, the dude here ended up scratching my wheel on the machine and taking a chunk out of the tire as shown in the photos, when confronted about this he kept denying it and saying it wasn t him who did that, I told him to go look at all 3 of my other wheels and try to find an imperfection in them there s none I know because I m an OCD person and keep my car/wheels in immaculate condition. The guy was also very cocky from the start trying to tell me what to do with my car and trying to sell me new tires that was the first red flag and I should ve known better and taking it somewhere else after that but the cherry on top was when he asked for $25 lol after damaging my wheel/tire I STILL had to pay him? Didn t even balance the wheel after patching .Guy is a joke telling me to over inflate my tires to 50 psi cause that s what says on the tire as MAX pressure lol .run away from this place

been coming here FOR YEARS! i love them. the owner is super honest and sincere. bring cash!!! very reasonable cheap price. i love this place and will never go anywhere else! literally my go to. they treat you like family not a customer <3

Vicky's Tire is one of those local joints you go to when you want to get tires put in, get a good deal on them, and pay cash. Roger and his staff will sort you out in a timely fashion and have you on your way. Now, disclaimer, if you have some fancy wheels or tires and don't want to risk a chip or scratch or whatever, go find a super-fancy, pinky-up tire shop that will handle your wheels and tires with gloves and a fine-tooth comb.

In less than 6 months; the owner sold me 4 new tires and their from 2020and said to put 50 air pressure in each tire . I questioned him of course, I thought my car tires don t need more than40. the owner said, no 50 is good. Late January, I went to the shop to since I got a flat, another gentleman said, the tires was warped and had a nail. Bought another new tire Today, my husband took my car to Firestone, the gentleman said There re Worn and warped. So we decided to bring my car back to the Vicky s shop; to get the same owner tell me there s no warranty and can not do anything . Owner states, he tries sell me more new tires. Instead of saying, I can give you 4 used tires verses 4 new tire which would probably been solution but he is so caught up with ripping people off instead of having a good reputation and bringing a reasonable solution, that I (or other people)would want to come back and help spread his business he did the opposite.I won t be back and I certainly won t be recommending this place to anyone.

Rip off first quoted me 110 for 2 new tires went to get cash when finished he then said 210. Ladies don't go here alone they scam women and rip them off

I would never let them touch no car of mines ever again they screwed up one of my lugs on my Mercedes it was tighten to tight it is hell to get off and also I have to get another wheel which sucks what ever you do avoid going there they do not use torque stems to properly tighten the lugs without over tighten if anybody reads this spread the word so nobody else have a nightmare with any European car
