Yes!!!!! I would recommend.Joe took his time to explain and educate me. I live 45mins aways and I ll still make the trip to have these guys work on my trailer. Absolutely top customer service. Don t waste your time anywhere else.

Trailer Depot has done major repairs on two trailers for me several years apart. Both times they replaced damaged, rotted and corroded parts, put on new tires and changed miscellaneous hardware. They can do it all and they only fix what really needs fixing. Fair prices and great workmanship. Work completed quickly. Highly recommended. Also a great source for DIY parts!

Everything from buying my trailer to customizing it for my particular boat was handled by Joe and the Trailer Depot staff in a timely and professional manner. They took the time to educate me on not only hauling the trailer, but launching it, loading it and maintenance.Absolutely would recommend them

I have not had the opportunity to utilize their services yet but have bought parts here. They re inventory is excellent and they rarely stock out. I found my hard-to-find tail light brackets here! Their pricing is very reasonable and it s nice having a dedicated trailer parts supplier here in the South Dade area. Their website is also helpful to lookup parts, prices & descriptions up front.

Was looking around online and found Trailer Depot. Prices were very competitive, and shipping was pretty quick as well. Would rather support small business even if a little more than an amazon or walmart type place, however, these were less including shipping. Had a question, called up and this great knowledgeable guy answers my questions and helped out. Happens that it was the owner, Joe. Super solid guy. I will buy any of my boat/trailer parts from Joe going forward - support awesome small businesses! It's what America runs on!

This company is AMAZING ! They were recommended by a dear friend from Hopkins Carter. Joe the owner is one of the most pleasant and professional business owner I ve ever that the pleasure of dealing with. He was HONEST ! The price quote for installing a new torsion axle was the most competitive of all other trailer shops. He was booked out for 3 weeks due do the pandemic, however, after listening to my dilemma, where I was ripped off by a well known Hialeah FL shop, he squeezed me in the next day. He didn t have to do that. The staff at Trailer Depot was extraordinaire. Young, smart, fast and honest. I bought them all lunch. I highly recommend this shop. Best price. Best service. Best staff.I m a music industry executive and I can testify that they are in a league of their own. Kudos to you Joe.JCSony Music

I really recommend Trailer Depot of Miami! I had my trailer rebuilt, changing the leaf springs to torsion, all my lights and wiring upgraded to LED, the bunks were adjusted to fit my boat perfectly. Now my boat slides on and off without any problems. The guys in the back are the best. They knocked out all of the work in just a couple of hours. They had me in and out before lunch! Their prices are some of the best out there. Really hard to beat. Their customer service is great, Eddie, Josh, Jeremy, and Joe are really knowledgeable and helpful. They answered every question I had for them. I haven't experienced better service anywhere else. I think that the deserve more than just 5 stars. They have a huge variety of parts in stock. Anything you could possibly need, they can get it to you. Go check them out and see for yourself!

Finally got a new continental trailer from Trailer Depot. It's a great trailer and came setup for my boat from the factory. It was not right. The guys at trailer depot took some time and set the trailer up perfectly! The boat now loads with ease and rides so much better on the road. Great product and better service and competitive prices too.

Ordered parts for my trailer but forgot to order the washers I would need to complete the job. The guys at Trailer Depot took it upon themselves to include the washers they knew I would need to finish the job. Not may places give this kind of service these days, absolutely above and beyond what was expected of them. Keep up the great service. Thanks again.

I have been a customer of Trailer Depot for many years and have always found them to have the right part for the job. I recently took my trailer in for a full brake job and ran into a scheduling issue. The owner Joe personally called me to apologize and reschedule my appointment. He went above and beyond what most business owners would have done to accommodate me and keep me as a customer. He believes in the lost art of customer service. Aside from that, he is extremely knowledgeable and capable of diagnosing any issue you might have with your trailer. I highly recommend Trailer Depot for all your trailer needs. Whether it is to purchase an new custom trailer or repair your existing one, you will find that their prices are competitive and the service is excellent. If you dont live close to the area, it is worth the trip. I am a Trailer Depot customer for life. Thank you Joe!

I recently became a new boat owner. You have no idea how lost I was in the area of trailers. Josh was immediate in letting me know what and how things worked and what I needed. They could have made me pay for things I didn t need and yet they were beyond professional and extremely patient with all me questions. They have my business for life and I will always recommend them to everyone I come across. Thank you trailer depot !!!!!Great job josh your the best brother !!!!!!

The owners and staff at Trailer Depot are fantastic! They went above and beyond with customer service to make sure the used boat and trailer I had purchased in Miami was safe for the long drive back to Colorado. They had all the parts we needed in stock, and provided some much needed help and expertise to get them all installed. We made it safe and sound thanks to Joe, Silvia, and their amazing staff. Purchased a new Continental Trailer. They gave me the best price in town right off the bat. once boat was on trailer, They adjusted it and even went the extra mile to change out the guide post to custom fit my boat. Where do I begin?? Was in the market for a new boat trailer and found this place after getting quotes from a few other local businesses. Not only was the price on par or even better than the others, but the service was top notch! They were the only ones who insisted on coming out to see the boat, take measurements, and listen to my requests. I have a tight spot alongside my house, so the trailer had to be as streamlined as possible. They made it happen. Got a custom built Continental trailer for what others were charging me for a generic one.The owner and staff are all a pleasure to deal with. If they cant figure out a solution to your trailer problem(s) then no one can. The shop has everything you would need to add too or fix your current trailer as well.The pride taken in their work is obvious and I truly felt like a friend instead of a customer. Dont waste your time going anywhere else for all your trailer needs. They have me as a customer for life now.

Great service! I just had my trailer serviced by Joe and the team at Trailer Depot. I ve been a long time customer, having had Trailer Depot, exclusively, service all of my trailers and even sell me a brand new one a couple of years back. Stopped by last week and scheduled an appointment to bring my trailer for some repair work. Guys at the counter tell me to bring it 12/28, took my name and number. Showed up to drop off and they tell me they are not doing any trailer work, I said ok but would have been appreciated to get a phone call so I don't waste a trip. They asked if I had appointment I said yes and reply is we don't have you on our schedule but we are not taking any work anyway. Joe the owner was not there so I decided to leave why waste time when someone at the counter doesn't care. Too bad, this place did good work on my trailer trailer a few years back. Time to look for somebody else.

I had such a great experience at The Trailer Depot of Miami. Joe was kind and courteous, he went above and beyond to quickly fix my trailers problem.I was holding my breath when the bill came, but all for naught because the bill was much less than I thought it would be.I highly recommend The Trailer Depot and Joe. I ll be returning there for all my trailer needs.

I have been going to Trailer Depot of Miami for about 3 years. I have taken my beat up school trailer and the Trailer Depot Staff have been able to work wonders. Joe and the staff are honest, knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices are beyond reasonable, and their service and parts are outstanding. I would highly recommend the Trailer Depot. They are truly honest people and sell a great product. Joe, Nick, Josh, Mike and the entire team at Trailer Depot are the BEST! From pricing to fitting the boat on the new trailer, my experience was AWESOME! They are all in when it comes to customer service! Need a trailer, call them first!
