"I wish I could give this shop a zero-star rating." I've been a customer at this store for about three years, and the person who used to be at the reception always provided excellent attention and was very helpful. I'm not sure if there's been a change in management or if things are running out of control, but coming to this store has been a nightmare lately. My mom and I used to come here, and she mentioned experiencing the same issues recently. I visited for an oil change two months ago, and it took around 3 hours. Fortunately, I didn't wait there, but it was disappointing that they didn't have the courtesy to call when my car was ready. Today I came for two battery replacements, and the person at the front, Juan, consistently displays a bad attitude and lacks positive customer interaction. I dropped off my car at 11:30, and when I called at 3:30 to check the status (was ready), I wonder why they didn't have the courtesy to inform me. The store was empty, and I'm unsure of the excuse. I spoke with a manager named James, and he admitted that Juan just have a bad face . However, when working with customers, it's essential to know how to manage your facial expressions and communicate properly. It's a basic courtesy that we should all learn. It's disappointing that the manager didn't offer an apology despite my negative feedback for this unpleasant experience (not the only one with this guy called Juan). Not only was a bad experience, but they also returned my car in a dirty condition. Now, I understand why this business have a lot of bad reviews.

Horrible service and poor customer service skills over in an hour and a half waiting and nothing was done because I ended up having to leave of how long it took. Replacement of tires should only take 20 minutes. On top of that they started to try to remove one of the tires from my rim and damaged my rim. If they weren t able to do it they should ve just said it . Never will be using these people again.Service: Tires

Quite simply: James. I had basically boy-cotted this store, and one random day I walked in to 'complain' to the new mgmt about a terrible experience...and luckily Ja,es was attending the desk. We had a great conversation and he assured me that it was an isolated case. Since then, he's helped me a few more times with some tire services/issues. Hopefully, he stays in this location a long time.Thank you James !

Should be ZERO STARS, They refused my business because they could not guarantee that they would NOT scratch my rims. Even after offering them $20 tip and my own plastic covers for the tire spoons. If you care about your car DO NOT go to this location. Looks like they are use to old beat up cars and leases that no one cares about.

We went in to change two tires originally, one in the back had already pop and we needed a new one and the other one had some other issues. After an hour or so of waiting after they were done when we got into the car we noticed that they didn t even changed the tire that was pop and losing air saying that the other ones were in worse condition and that we were going to need another tire. We ask to change the one in the back because how are we supposed to drive with a tire with barely any air home. We told them that we would come back tomorrow for the third tire since it had to be picked up at a different store and honestly we were getting annoyed. We waited about another hour to just get the back one switch and once they were done they said we had to pay for the third one because they had gone to go get it to change it even though we said we would come back tomorrow we had already drop $400 and now an additional $200 for the third tire. They didn t tell us they were putting it on or that they went to go get it and we had told me we would come back tomorrow for it. At that point we were just annoyed and paid it. Horrible customer service and lots of attitude. Would not recommend this place.

Called to get 4 tires mounted on 15 trailer rims and they said they don t do those lol funny they are just like any car wheel and tires keep turning business down!

Not option for 0 stars. Arrived at 8am with an appointment, ended at 12:09pm because there was only 1 tech that was the answer the manager gave it to me. Insane I lose about $1,600 because this is a rental vehicle and I had a booking for 10:00am. Even I explained that to the front desk they dont care about it.

The left the inside of the van with grease, fingerprints and foot prints full of grease, doors, roof and seats nasty with oil and grease. Broken plastic parts, God knows from were on the floor, floor mats full of grease, didn t bother to cover it or protect, they were new floor mats, stained. The Manager and a skinny mechanic was upset when i confronted the damages, tried to tell me it was grease only, and i said the dent is still there, what you want me to tell you the manager said, well replace it, one thing is damaged and another is worn out, i said. He told me three weeks ago almost 4 he will call me when the new shifter arrive, i m still waiting. So sad that they are still open and the service is decadent. The previous store manager was excellent, his name is Marcos. Horrible experience, all was fine, until they finished the job, and it was not cheap either, only reason i took it there because all my cars were serviced there, but never again, NASTY AND DISHONEST PEOPLE.

Took my truck in for a tire repair. That was fixed, no problem. Few issues. They never called to tell me my vehicle was ready for pick up. Then, when I came in to pick up my truck, the guy at the counter didn't even let me finish my sentence and he told me to bring my car in on Monday because it was too late to drop off that day. I told him I was picking up my car, not dropping it off. It was annoying to say the least as the guy seemed super bothered. Lastly, when you pay almost $33.00 to fix a flat, you expect a shop to put your spare away. I got home and realized that they laid the spare in my trunk. Down right laziness and disappointing. Not to my mention they got my trunk dirty. Will not be returning.Service: Tires

I came here for a tire rotation and an alignment, after them working on my car it has been driving completely different prior to me bringing it. NOT IN A GOOD WAY!.. I hear what sound like metal rubbing together, I can t drive over 20 mph, and I hear a sound that I can t explain. It s like something is going to just fall off while I m driving and I ve had my car for 2 years and it never been like this! Even on its worst days. It never gave me a problem like this while driving.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I called before hand TWICE to make sure they had the tire I needed and they confirmed they did. After I drove over and arrived it took them over 30 minutes to tell me they didn t have the tire. Wasted my time, Sunday, 4 in the afternoon, every tire place closing. Do not recommend.

I came into the shop looking to have my new tires, purchased on tire rack and shipped to this store, installed. I am moving across the country next month, and will have to deal with snow. These guys gave me great advice, and were patient with me as we discussed other tire threads and options. I eventually stayed with the Michelin Climamax tires I purchased. They did a good job of installing them, and it was done in a timely manner. Good price too. Check em out!

I BOUGHT A BATTERY FOR MY CAR WITH A 3 - YEAR GUARANTEE.I REALIZED THAT IT WAS HOT AND SPITTING OUT ACID .MANAGER EGAR EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HIM AND HE ADVISED ME TO POUR HOT WATER ON IT AND THAT I, AS A CLIENT,CLEAN THE TERMINALS ,LITEN TO THIS PROFESSIONAL A TOTAL IDIOT IF THE CAR FIRE HIM IT WILL BE NORMAL I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE SERVICES OF THIS STORE THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE THEY ARE STANDING

This was my 3rd visit in 7 months for a nail in my 20" run flat tire. Not a situation I am ever happy about. Construction sites need to a better job with cleaning up their nails The employees at this location are generally nice, but Marco was extra special for this visit. He was friendly, informative, patient, and professional. He spoke with my husband on the phone and provided his professional opinion about moving forward with runflats. In the end, we chose his option and learned that Tire Plus will patch their Bridgeston Runflats. This option saved us $$$ for now. He ordered the tire and promised me he would call as soon as it arrived. He did just that. He stayed and saw me through the whole process, and I really appreciated that. Tire Plus should be proud to have you as a representative of the company.

My truck had a nail in my tire and I went to Tires Plus but i was worried they were about to close and wouldn't be able to help me. Chris, the manager came out and was able to help me even though they looked like they were closing. He was very polite and was able to patch my tire. The mechanic Jake was extremely professional and even checked the tire pressure in all my tires before I left. I was very pleased with the way I was treated. Much appreciated. I highly recommend this Tires Plus location. Thank you to Chris and Jake.

Do not! I repeat DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP!!! I took my car to get fixed a month ago exactly for oil and coolant and they lied to me saying that nothing was wrong with the radiator and that they filled it up. They did nothing! The radiator basically exploted and now to top it off, I took it back to this shop to get it fix, they had it all day long, did not even call me I had to call them 15 minutes before shop closed, the guy answered the phone finally and says oh yes, your vehicle is ready, to which I answered you didn t contact me. When I get there, the guy spoke to me in a condescending way that it took a lot from me to control my mouth and not reply back, but I digress. I told him to get to the point. Well, he did, they did nothing to the vehicle. All day waiting for them to just be like, yeah, nothing was done. I will look up the district manager and escalate this matter. This is the problem in Miami with service, it simply is terrible and people just don t care. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP!

I just wanted to share my experience with everyone. I walked in very upset and the manager "Jorge" took care of me. He was very calm and noticed that I was distressed. I tried to explain to him what was going on with my tire and that the Chevy dealer could not find anything wrong. At this point I just wanted a new tire. He told me " Go home, I will call you when I find the problem and fix it for you" I live up the road, so I did this. He was an angel. All I can say is that I am so thankful to Jorge and his team! Great Communications, very empathetic. I am a customer for life! Totally recommend this shop! Very detailed in their work and great customer service. I also found out that this company does not only tires but engine work etc. So next time I have a problem with my car(s), I will bring it to them. Thank you, Thank you!!!Arleen(Red Chevy Equinox)

Crowded, came in needing new tires wheel alignment and tire balance. Car had a slight pull to the left, after the job was done the car niw pulls to tge right. Overcorrection! I'll be back, that's for sure.

I had been taking my car here for my last few oil changes. A few days ago my car started acting up and the check engine light went off. I took the car to the dealer and they said whomever I had been taking my car to for oil changes had been stealing my money and not actually changing the oil! They literally showed me my oil was sludge thick consistency and super dark. They said it looked like I hadn't changed my oil in about two years, which is approximately how long I had been taking my car to this location. So be warned, they will tell you the service has been done and steal your money!!!!Service: Oil change

I called 610 for a flat tire ask if I can be there 20 min which would be 635 and he said they guys was finishing a car to leave. Not a good place for service.

I usually take my car to the Tires Plus in Palmetto Bay Fl. John and his team always provide excellent customer service. Unfortunately today they were very busy so I decided to take my car to the Kendal location on 137th st. What a huge mistake! I called at 9:00 in advance to see if they were busy and made an appointment for 10:00. I was told on the phone it would take about 30-40 minutes. I waited the hour for my appointment and arrived at 10:00. Edgar the manager said that they suddenly were very busy and it would now take an hour and a half even though I called ahead and made an appointment. Upset with the change, Edgar refused to help. He said there was nothing he could do. I decided to leave. When I got to my car Oscar a mechanic who heard what happened approached me and asked me not to leave unhappy. He spoke with another mechanic and asked for my keys. He took my car into the shop and honored my appointment. I guess Oscar knows that I have lots of options for servicing my car and that customer service is what keeps customers loyal. Good job Oscar.

Don't take your car here for an oil change unless you want them to rip you off. Turns out they will give you a BARGAIN price but, guess what?! They won't ACTUALLY change your oil. My truck started acting up and instead of going to this Tires Plus like I normally do, I had my neighbor help me change the oil myself. Turns out that oil hadn't been changed in FOREVER!!!! This business should be ashamed of itself for stealing peoples hard earned money.

DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE.THEY CHARGE ME FOR 2.WHEEL ALIMMENT AND DID NOTHING. Had to bring back the 2 cars the next weekend. After waiting for 6 hours the first time. There are no excuses for what should only take an hour for tire rotation and oil change at worst. (Speaking from experience as a former tech) Get better employees/management, and you'll get happier/returning customers.

Thank you for not turning me away on Sunday when I came minutes prior to closing. I felt safe to drive my vehicle, knowing that I had work early the next day and my kids to transport to school. You took care of my truck's RR tire that had a nail lodged into it with open arms. Keep up the great customer service and THANKS for being considerate, kind and receptive! Took Enterprise rental there and the Oil change was 45mins from when I arrived. Best thing is to call and tell them what car and how long will it take. Park in the back so mechanics just pull in. Saves a few minutes. Great job.Ty
