Lester made it a very smooth transaction and very informative. Work was conducted in a timely manner. However, the young man at the counter during vehicle pick up (Not Lester) was the least bit interested in customer service." What car?" "Sign here" I waited for a receipt and or a description of service conducted or any findings and he had nothing to offer. I had to ask. At which point he was clueless to how to produce a receipt. I had to request for a copy of the work/inspection done to the vehicle. I walked out with a signed work order.Had to call back and speak to Lester in order to have a receipt emailed to me. Other than that, happy with the tires and service provided (by Lester)

Horrible experience! Do not bring your car here! I went in yesterday and spent $600 dollars on changing my rear brakes and an oil change. Before that the car was working perfectly fine and did not have any issues. Today literally less than 12 hours after I got the oil change and brake job. My check engine and traction light came on. The car also started to shake while driving. I took it back to the shop and told me now I need a tune up and had to change my spark plugs and coils. Now they are charging me an additional $420 dollars to get that job done!! This place is a total ripoff! Car was working fine the day before and now all of a sudden I need a tune up after they told me the car was fine after the oil change and brake job! Spent $1,000 dollars in two days at this place! Last time I will ever bring my car back here!! Please save your money and go somewhere else where they won t mess up your car so you have to bring it back the next day! STAY AWAY!!!!

If you want to deal with a super honest person and very knowledgeable ask for Lester he help me with getting the right ties for my VW ID4 he really knows what his talking about, no up sales with me just super honest advice on how to get the best mileage to my tires I give Lester a five for his outstanding customer service and support thank you I will definitely recommend him and the store.

I have a 3 year alignment plan at this place. Every time I go for an alignment, when I leave, the steering is not straight. When I went back, they said oh it s because your suspension is worn. But they didn t tell me anything about it before I left the shop. it s like they re always looking for an excuse for them NOT to do the alignment. If my tires are bad my suspension is bad, I don t care, just do my alignment, that s what I pay for.

Went in with an appointment for an AC refrigerant refill I had to wait 3 hours and I saw my car come out 20 minutes before and then I asked the guy if my car was ready and he was lost. He then said "yeah it just came out" and I told him he was lying that I saw my car come out 20 minutes ago and he stayed quiet. The owner and employees don't care about their customer base and they overcharge either way, naulins is ten times better. What really shocked me is how he lied straight to my face when I've been sitting in the lobby for two hours, because the first hour I went to eat something in the shopping center. He had seen me sitting in the lobby for two hours but the lack of awareness and care for their customers is so obvious and a slap to the face as to why the hell I am giving them my money.Service: Air conditioning

Took my car for a simple oil change. 3 hours later they tell me I have a massive oil change with bad oil pressure. They wanted me to leave the car because they couldn't tell me what's wrong. Car never had any issues before. And they left a towel under the hood. Completely untrustworthy or incompetent. Be careful.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN TAKING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. At the very minimum I suggest getting estimates at other places simultaneously. I was outrageously overcharged, for repairs that I may or may not have needed.

I caught a nail in my tire and needed a patch stop by this place sat for a hour and paid 32 dollars for a patch that is 12 dollars every where else.Instead the employees want to talk about how old the tire are which had nothing to do with the tire we are talking about. And the fact that they knew it was an old tire why would charge someone so much.they stripped the nuts to my car tire so I couldn't even change it after it went flat again. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR Vehicle just go somewhere else plz .Service: Tires

this review changes as much as they change employees. i have been a loyal customer for over 20 years, but it seems that my time here is ending soon. just as they have a new crew, i will need a new place to take my cars. it could be another tires plus, but just not this one. this crew doesn't care about their customers. plainly said.

I brought my car to these shop to have 4 new tires fitted and they did the job without first telling me what I needed to fix the suspension. The alignment was horrible and now I've been here for 6 hours waiting for them to align my car. I spent 1200,00 dollares and when I asked why the delay, the answered me pointing his finger to my face. They lacked respect for and still made a fool of me. Tire Plus never again. This is my go-to place for tires and oil changes. They always have the best prices and never try to take advantage of me as a woman walking alone into a mechanic shop. Lester is fantastic!

I bought 4 new tires with free tire rotation. When I took the car to get the tires rotated they would not rotate them because they told me the were bald, and had cupping, and would be too noisy while driving. They then tried to sell me new tires. This was an ambush tactic to get me to buy new tires - which I would have had they rotated the tires in the first place, instead of persuading me to buy them by telling me the old ones would be noisy . So I m taking my business elsewhere; there are hundreds of tire places in Miami.Service: Tires

It is so unfortunate that this so called "mechanic" shop is located conveniently for several residents in Kendall. To say that this place is legalized theft would be an understatement of the decade. While I have had terrible experiences with the place before, including, but not limited to: 1) failure to include brakes that didn't squeal upon using them; 2) having my weathertech wind guards mysteriously disappear while the car was in their possession, 3) upselling for services I didn't need, the experience that really took the cake was this last one.My car was experiencing what I knew for certain was a battery malfunction issue. I knew I either needed a new battery or the cable that connects to the battery needed to be replaced - both of which can be done for a sensible cost. Turns out, when I brought my car in for that, one of the employees (Mario) informed me that my alternator was on the verge of exploding if I didn't pay $596 for a repair that involved the battery, cable, and another part that was part of the package. After insisting several times that I only wanted a battery replacement, he let me know that it would not be possible to release my car in the "condition" it was in. Therefore, this TiresPlus held my car hostage for nearly 5 days while waiting for that "essential part". I've had enough. After calling several times to find out the status of the repair, I was told by another fill-in employee (Guillermo) that my part hadn't arrived yet (at this point this was 5 days). I decided to surprise them by demanding my car back. Once I was there, the chain-gang that runs the place tries to say that don't know whether they can release my car in the "condition" that it is in; that the old battery had "been thrown out", and a bunch of other nonsense that was NEVER authorized by me, btw. The only work order that was emailed to me was for a service inspection - for slightly over $20.Without my authorization, the shop had thrown away my old battery - without presenting me with an opportunity to see the battery myself - and said that they "probably" threw away the cable that connects to the battery. Ultimately, I insisted on just the battery at this point and all of the sudden, the car was "working just fine". There was no danger of it catching fire. There was no imminent explosion, or alternator damage. All of this was a lie orchestrated by the chain-gang to make a quick profit. What was supposed to be me coughing up $596 ended up being $222 instead - and I will no longer be patronizing them.For those who read reviews - don't listen to the na�ve positive reviews. Listen to the recent experiences. This store has degraded and the people that run it are a reflection of that. Avoid it at all costs.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I'm not going back here. I brought my car on two occasions, and both times left feeling like I got ripped off. I'm not a car expert and can't prove anything; but I was upsold a lot of expensive work both times ($1200!!) that I'm not sure was needed. For my latest repair I went to another local garage, they said everything looks good and only charged me $110.

This place has change management ones too many times, and service continues to diminish. They continue to up sale for service that's not needed. It's extremely frustrating bring your car for service and it doesn't get done, yet you get a call for additional work recommendation. Trust is very important and it lacks at this location. STOP using covid as an excuse for your lack of service!!!

WARNING!! I have been taking my car for an Oil change to this location over the last couple of years. During the month of October 2021, I dropped off my car for a routine oil change. Everything seemed fine when I picked up my car, however a couple of days later my wife finds that the car has a large oil spill on the ground when leaving her job. We called Tire Plus and they offered to tow the car to their location for inspection. They claimed that the Oil plug was defective and are going to replace it with a new one free of charge. Fast Forward a month later, and my wife find herself in the same situation, when leaving work finds the car with a large oil spill on the ground. Took the car back to Tire Plus, they began with the run around and claimed we must of hit something, that the oil leaking from somewhere else, they kept the car over night to continue inspection. the next day I get a call from the manager that the oil pan plug thread was stripped and now i have to replace the oil pan. They are the only ones doing oil changes and they ruin my oil pan. Now they want to charge me $2500 to fix a problem they created. Be very careful!! I would advise that you look for a different location or trusted mechanic.

The staff is friendly and that s as good as it gets I ve been here now 4 separate times to balance my tires on my truck and they do a bad job . Every time I have picked up the car they say they tested it and it shakes like crazy . Clearly no one has sat in the car and tested it . I already paid them and now sadly I have to return again and loose another one of my days off and hope they do the job right this time 5th times the charm

Their service leaves a lot to be desired. I left my 2 vehicles to have the wheels and tires moved from one to the other. The tires were worn on one I was willing to buy new ones. They did not give me that option. They tried to sell me lower control arms on the old vehicle. Because they couldn t align it. I wanted my new one aligned.

The staff at Tires Plus is great. Polite and extremely helpful. I blew a tire on the turnpike and had to be towed there for a new tire. Despite the fact that it was late in the day and they were busy, they were able to squeeze me in and get me on my way. Thank you Oscar and staff!

Hi there, I pass by this place. Wanting to replace 4 tires, just for the job, i had the tires and everything. They tried to charge me 130.00 dollars for the job. What a scam. As a plus I was in the lobby 30s only and I heard they will recommend a customer a tuneup that possible doesn t even need it. People, walk away this place!!!!

I walked in and was seen by 2 different people and completely ignored. After I waited for a while I went outside and asked if anyone was going to go come inside to help me. They said someone would be right in. So finally someone walks in and then gets on the phone where he proceeds to have a conversation at which point I walked out. So my husband walked in and was helped out immediately. This is not okay. And whoever owns this place needs to address this situation ASAP. Only reason we are even giving this place our business is because we needed something done quickly. But believe me, this will be the last time I will go there.So I got a response from Lisa the owner and it s all just for show. I sent them an email explaining the situation just like she asked in her response. And it s been a week and have heard nothing back. So don t be fooled by them responding and seeming interested. They clearly don t care. Don t give them your business! There are SO many other options!

The low reviews on here make no sense. If you come in with a good attitude and understand that repairs take time and money you will have no problems. Both Jorge and Richard are amazing people who have helped with my Nissan that I had to buy after my accident. The repairs have never had issues and I will be sad to move away from this place.

Awesome place with very helpful employees and management. Came in for four new tires and an oil change and am very pleased with the service. The manager was very informative and friendly. You can tell he values his customers. Also is VERY military friendly and goes above and beyond for service members. I would highly recommend using this Tires Plus location for tire purchases as well as general maintenance. Will definitely be back.

Great experience at this location. First and foremost, the the team here is knowledgeable from the tire guys to the manager and they are time efficient. They were very thorough and caught things that needed my attention while another location did not and even though I know about vehicles took the time to show me the issue even though it was small. I do recommend their road hazard protection if you buy tires, it will save you money when you hit that unavoidable object on the turnpike (or wherever). I'll be returning to this location again for a wheel alignment soon since they have some of the newest tech at their disposal. Thanks guys

Paid $1,300 to have my car fixed. It ran two weeks. Took it back. They said it wasn't what they charged me for it the transmission. They recommended Alonso Transmissions. Took it their. Not the transmission but the front axles that Tires Plus had charged me $1,300 for just two weeks previously.

This is my 3rd time coming here because I wanted to give them a chance and I also live around the block . The service never changes . Service is always super poor . I Highly don t recommend this place if your car is foreign. This will be my last time coming here . Employees are never rude , just really poor service that needs to be addressed in this place. If you guys are expensive, I expect Amazing services . I am a paying customer .
