This is the BEST place to get your tires! My family and myself are a long time customers of this location for over 10 years now! The staff are friendly and are extremely knowledgeable. I have had several great experiences here, Pedro or Adrian both are excellent reps. Thank you guys for continuing to keep customers like me happy.

Be very cautious going to this location. They told me I had to replace my tire because an internal patch or plug was not possible do to the location of the nail. I took my car to a Firestone instead and they had gave me no hassle about a $20 patch.

This location is the best in all Miami the employees are like family and they care about your safety and your car needs. Their priority is the best service they can give and I would love to recommend Adrian he always takes care of us no matter what and when. I typically don t write reviews but when I recognize superb customer service I must share my experience with others. Adrian was extremely helpful in providing me with an excellent quote on my entire service. Not only did he go above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, but I observed him doing this with other customers as well. Because I felt so confident in him, I decided to purchase 4 new tires with an alignment, oil change and new wipers all at one stop. Living in a new city and trying to find quality service isn t always easy but I m super grateful I came here! Adrian, you re excellent at what you do. Keep doing what you do as your a great example to your team!

I went there because I had a nail on my rear tire. They told me they took the nail out and fix it with a patch and send me home but for days I noticed the same tire loosing pressure. Again I went there but the front desk attendant who by the way was always playing with his phone, told me they were busy and told me it would take 3hrs!!! When I refused, instead sent me to a Firestone shop if I wanted the issue fixed that day. At Firestone they checked the tire and showed me the air was escaping from the beal of the tire and said whomever fixed my tire damaged the beal. Because of that, Firestone told me I needed to return to Tire Plus to have the issue fixed as it is their responsibility. I again returned to Tire Plus, where they took the tire off and sent me home with the spare tire. They never called me that day and I had to call them the following day to inquire about my tire. They said it is fixed and I could go back to get my tire. When I got there to get my fixed tire, I think his name is JC, he was again playing with his phone, the shop was empty and when I asked how long will it take to put my tire back, he said 1hr!!! One of the mechanics saw my frustration and came over and said I got you and changed the tire in 5 minutes!!! Nobody gave me an explanation of what happened, they just said it is fixed. Horrible experience

just bought a 2004 car $2g and had it checked out. needs oil and steering fluid leaks discussed more $ than the car. no charge just keep adding fluids it's not worth fixing on this car. good and honest mechanics.

I was fearing the worst when faced with some issues with my vehicle. I brought it to Tires Plus at the recommendation of a friend. Mr. Yenner promptly assisted me and was so easy to work with. He listened to my concerns, explained everything to me in layman s terms which made me feel at ease, and was able to resolve my vehicle s issue quickly and reasonably. A great big thank you to him and his crew. Highly recommend this shop & will use them again for all my vehicles needs.

It was absolutely the worst tire experience i have ever had. I would recommend any other business instead. After waiting an hour after my scheduled appointment time, they tried to turn me away because my spare tire was not removable. I had to remove the spare tire myself because the professional technicians couldn't figure out how. To follow it up as i was leaving, i checked my trunk only to find one of the old tires I paid a disposal fee for.

Brought my Range Rover Velar 2019 for a second opinion. The dealer wanted to replace the tire rotos. Upon service Tire Plus did a thorough examination and found that the rotor were brand new without one spot of rust. They save me thousands of dollars. Not only did they provide exceptional same day service they didn t even charge me any service/labor fee. I cannot recommend Tire Plus enough the are honest and provide exceptional service. Dont think twice from now on I will be getting my cars serviced at Tire Plus!

Pedro Pineda worked with in finding the best deal for the 3 tires I needed. He explained all the charges & lifetime coverages or 1 year coverages. He noticed my tires were in bad shape so it was the safe decision to get new ones. I m a Tires Plus girl for many years.

You have to be on top of this people for your car .There is only one Cuban guy that really helps out ! The is this one man shorter heavier that has NO customer serviceDoesn t know where he stands., most of all he is just lostRUDE ! It s call common courtesyI get when your the only person doesn t it but not in a rude wayWhere it really gets to me that . I just had to do an oil change and it took them 3 days and didn t call when that car is ready and I had to call them to ask if it s ready even tho they have to call !And let me just say when you get your car back watch out ! You may have to go take it to a car wash after cause they left finger prints everywhere !!!! No where in helll this people even do something right !!!!I guess . Come at your own risk Service: Oil change

This guy is the manager of this location. He denied me service for no reason, and he s so rude to people of color. I was discriminated against because of my race, and he told me to get the eff out of his store before he calls the police. Mind you, now I didn t do anything but come in and ask for service because I had a voucher with Hertz. I will be making a complaint to cooperate about this guy. His name is Adrian.

I came here for a flat tire. They treated me like I was bugging them. Like my life would be better without these customers kind of treatment. I won t come back. The guy on the front desk was like a scene in a comic sitcom. With a smartphone on his hands, playing games, he said go take your place in line . I looked at the line and everybody there was like with depression. Bye, bye. Not for me.Update: I went to the place next door, called Tire Kingdom. Great job, treated really well and they gave me a full report of all tires. Don t waste your time here. Go next door.

Had my tire installed on 28th if December, came back to shop on 30th to complain that it has been leaking air. I was told that I have to wait for.more than a couple of hours. Why do I have to wait when I had paid for a job that was supposed.to.be done correctly before? My time.is not free. A warranty work should get some type of priority. Spoke to Josh and he was no help. This is not bow you run a business.

I stopped in 3 places for my car's alignment; after replacing my tires, Tire Plus stop in 3 places for the aligment of my car, after replacing my tires, Tire Plus was the one giving me the best rate, service and they went beyong making me feel good while waiting in their nice waiting room. One of the representatives also help me with an additional issue on my car not related to my tires. It was the custumer service you are looking for. I fell the work was well done, i trusted them. There are so many places that you get scamed. Thank you and I will come back
