Ena and her team have consistently gone above and beyond to service my cars. But this last time, she left me utterly speechless.My wife's tire suffered a puncture, and unfortunately, the tire shop she visited didn't have her tire size in stock. They said they'd need to wait until the next day for it to arrive. The problem? We were scheduled to leave town at 4 AM the following morning, and waiting wasn't an option.At 4 PM, I called Tire World and spoke to Ena, crossing my fingers that she could help. They didn't have the tire we needed, but Ena didn't give up. While on the phone with me, she called three different warehouses and finally tracked one down. The catch? It was located too far for my wife to make it there before they closed.But Ena didn't stop there. She came up with a brilliant solution: arranging an Uber pickup to deliver the tire to them. And she was willing to wait for my wife to get out of work and reach their shop for the service. Ena communicated with me every step of the way, and when the work was completed (30 minutes after their scheduled closing time), she called to let me know.Her willingness to go the extra mile turned a stressful situation into a smooth experience. Ena's actions speak volumes about why I continue to give her my business. She's a true professional who genuinely cares about her customers.

Good place to be but the woman mouth is bad to me (Good mouth complement good service)....Very enthusiastic workers (great guys), they are very fast once they get to your turn.To be on the safer side, buy whatever thing you need to avoid unnecessary spending.

Went to do my oil change for my acura mdx and charged me 30 for the labor, called to quote my BMW and they have a 15 dollars difference where they're no differences on the time spent, he stated that it's because they need to remove plastics lol 2018 BMW don't have those plastics, he literally said that they charge more just because is a BMW, and to go to the dealer if I don't like it...my timing belt was due in my MDX and I was considering them to do the job, they literally lost a 1500 job for 15 dollars...learn that customer service is important.

I have been a loyal customer of this place for 5 years now. They offer fast service at a good price. They are vey honest persons. Once I had a combustion problem with my car, I came here as usual with a fixed mind that the fuel injectors needed to be cleaned. The main mechanic offered me a $80 treatment, but when he ran my car, he said that I didn t need to clean the injectors rather than change the gas station that I was using. I did that, and in one week my car combustion problem was fixed. Now that s honesty. I totally recommend this place, is one of the few honest places in Miami.

Brought in my bmw to get a tire changed since it blew up on the highway and made me loose control. Nevertheless after this scary experience even after explaining it to the lady, she was extremely unprofessional. She gave us rude remarks and was very unwilling to help at all, she just wanted to sell us more tires. She said to change the rest of the tires and I asked if she can check them first and she said of course she doesnt know what shes talking about and the customer is right in a very sarcastic and rude way. Never coming again or recommend anyone to come here. I would of rather towed the car to another shop

Took my BMW M3 for an alignment and heard the service tech practically launching the car as I can hear it hitting 6-7k rpm s INSIDE the parking lot. I simply asked for the car not to be driven to that extent inside the parking lot. Upon service tech returning I am told to leave the premises due to the tech being immature over the request. After asking what seems to be the problem he consistently dismissed me without proper explanation stating I am seeking problems. The experience was extremely unprofessional over a minor dispute.

They have fixed my car for several years, but recently they ve decided to Charge $125.00 to put computer in your car. Every mechanic presently needs to use a Computer to determine your car symptoms, as it is necessary for all mechanics as cars are computerized. How many customers do they need to charge for a computer, that it s necessary for any service? After 20-30 customers the Computer has been fully paid, so at this time of financial necessity it is not business smart to impose a mandatory expense. I hope they reconsider as they will lose a lot of customers. The most expensive Computer Diagnostics range from $2,000.00-2,500.00 so how many times do they need to charge to pay off? Most people have a less expensive version and it only entails hook in it up. Correction made to $$$125.00.

Great place to get your car fix or get an oil change. They will not break ur bank. The employees are very friendly waiting areas very clean and neat. And their prices for repairs are reasonable and fair. I do recommend this place if you're looking for a mechanics that you could trust.

Today my car broke down and I had to call a tow truck. By chance, Tire World Auto Care was the closest mechanic, so I decided to take a chance to see if I could get my car fixed. Not only was the staff extremely friendly, they ordered the part I needed, had it hand delivered, and fixed my vehicle in 2 hours despite servicing multiple other customers. I am so thankful I stumbled across them and will be coming here for all my vehicle needs in the future. Thank you, Tire World Auto Care! I wish I would ve given each of you a huge hug before I left!

Absolutely necessary to ask for a quote, they don't want to give one and try to convince you to do the repair. Afterwards you will be really surprised!!!!!Once you have your quote (if you get one), go and search for other quotes. Even with authorized dealers you will get better ones. Basically, I am the one to blame, since I accepted a word of mouth qoute, that turned out to be much more expensive then if I would have done the work at one of the Ford dealers.The parts they use are really Mickey Mouse (no name who knows what brands), but they sell them to you as being top notch and the labour is horrible. I don't understand how the mechanic managed to leave such a pigpen under the hood. Oil, coolant, etc., and he told me that I should be glad, because he had already cleaned a lot?!?!?! WOW, I don't want to know how the motor comartment looked before his alleged clean up. It is going to take a few weeks until the smell of burned oil inside the car will be gone. I normally don't post reviews, but this time I do think that this needs to get out in order to help keepnig people to fall for this cheaters.

The bad: Front desk service is really bad. No good morning no thank you no nothing. The place itseft looks somehow unattended. I had to check by myself going to the workshop and asking the mechanic what service should I pay for then the lady at the front desk confirmed.On the bright side: The work the mechanic did patching the tire of my car was excellent and he was a nice guy.

I am a student in FIU I took my car to this place and they asked me to buy several parts which I went and bought them. It was Friday, I left the car at shop they told me come back on Monday it will be ready. I went back on Monday the receptionist acted like she has not seen me before and I asked for the car she was like oh Ford Focus omg we forgot they had not even started it. I just took the car and left. They also charge extremely high prices if you do not speak Spanish. And they do not speak English.

Top quality service. You're not treated as "just another customer" but moreso a FAMILY MEMBER. The owner, Ena, and her staff are very knowledgeable, detailed, concise, and highly professional. Plus very affordable: all down from the simplest oil change to the more complex engine problems. So if you're looking for OUTSTANDING---QUALITY--work to be done on your car, look no further! 5/5!!

My honda accord was struggling to start sometimes. Went there, they told me the battery was bad. They charged me 160 for the battery change !!!!after driving for 10 days the same problem happened again. This time jump start did not work. I called them, they said I have tow my car to them.I brought a mechanic. Turns out, THE TERMINAL CONNECTIONS TO THE BATTERY WAS SOOOOOO BAD. He charged me 70 for the dressing and fixing of the battery. I mean come on, you cant even do the terminal connections right ? Even though I paid you maybe 50 dollar more than the usual to replace the battery?

This is the only place that I have taken my cars to that I feel really comfortable with the quality and service any customer needs and wants.Always trying to help the customer and not trying to reap them off.Very fair prices!!

What a disappointment! I had a flat tire and visited this shop. I ended up with a broken starter! They first suggested to replace the front assembly for $500, which I later found out that did not need to be replaced. They are not good persons, I felt tricked and abused. What I though was going to be a fast and positive experience, ended up as a huge headache.Avoid this place and please tell every person you know too.

I don't have any negative thing to say about Tire World Auto Care and their service, they always have time for my cars repairs, they let me know any problems and they always give me the best and less expensive solution to fix them. Even when costumer are not allowed inside the shop, they let me check safely how is the work its done and if I have any other issue with the car. Since February 2015 I been taking all my cars there and they treat me like its been way more than that!!. THANKS T.W.A.C.!!!

The best shop I know in town! Just because they showed me they cover the warranties they give you. Bought set of tires a year ago one fail due to factory problems and they replaced all my tires with 4 brand new tires! My only advise.. try not to buy chinese tires, it is important to have good tires, they are the only thing keeping you away from sliding in the high and killing your-self.

Great place! They offer FIU students a discount and even drove me to and from the engineering campus so I could go to class while they worked on my car. I interacted with Ena and Jose, both were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

This was the only shop in the area that had my tires in stock. The two lady s at the front were very friendly and seemed happy to be there. The mechanic took my car right away and I was out of there in less than an hour. I m happy for what I paid for. Thank you
