First time at this location. Needed alignment on a car which just came from the bodyshop. The shop waiting area is very clean and well kept. The bathroom also very clean. The work area also very clean. New state of the art equipment. Brand new machines, which appear to be top of the line. Friendly staff. Specially the young man at the front counter. A total gentleman. Big friendly smile. Spoke to me very nice on the phone and also in person. Makes you feel welcomed. Got the alignment done in a flash. The tech was also very friendly. They gave me a print out showing the adjustments made. The work is guaranteed for 30 days, so you can come back within those 30 days and have them take a look at your car again, in the unlikely event that you feel that the alignment needs to be adjusted again. They also do oil change, tires, etc. Check them out. Highly recommended. Thank you very much for checking in. Have a blessed day.

Great Spot I ve been coming here for years! Great service and the staff super friendly! Daniel (the other Daniel not me) the guy with glasses, he s great! Warm and friendly always. I don t know if its a family business but they work like they are. Highly recommend!Free Hot Drinks & Water!

Do not come here. The manager a guy with glasses tries to screw you over. He looked at his employee which is an airhead with the phone next to his ear and told me the screws for the back of the car were $150 and his employee looked at him with a face. They didn't even fix my car correctly. Now my alignment is all messed up. Do not come here

This is the worst place ever. The manager Marco is fraud and a liar. I brought my Range Rover due to the AC wasn t cooling. He told me it may need Freon and said he did a diagnostic and I had a leak and my car would be ready in a few hours. Long story short after one week he kept lying that he hadn t received the hose I needed. They told me to come in and pay because I would receive the car on Saturday October 7th. After paying and sitting for 2 hours. I was told by the owner Juan that my car was damaged during repair and had a loud knocking noise and was shaking and he good let me leave with that car on good conscience. He told me to give him until Monday. I go on October 9th they call me to pick it up and they give me the car and the car is unable to dive due to shaking and a loud knocking noise in the engine. I had my car towed ti Prestige European Auto Repair and was told and provided a report that showed my car misfired and the computer system no longer worked and there was damage to my engine that occurred during they re attempted AC repair.I asked them for a full refund and they refused despite the invoice they provided the work were not completed. They refuse to provide me with their liability insurance and they refuse to provide full refund. I went there with the cops and they only want to give $2400 back despite I m without a car due to their negligence. Marco and Juan s wife and everyone from the shop also refuse to let me and the police know when Juan the owner will be back.Do not go there! The only person with a conscious is the owner Juan. That manager Marco is a scam and the karma he will receive in life will be far worst then leaving a mother of two without a car despite them acknowledging their negligence.

Before you do anything else. READ THIS REVIEW!!! I've been going to this shop since they first opened it. They had a manager named Roger who did phenomenal job going above and beyond for the customers who came in for repair. Ever since Roger left, this shop has been a mess and with the new manager there, it will only get worse. What broke the camels back was when I came in for a power steering leak and they told me it was the hose. I paid $250 to change a hose!!! Then I left the shop and was having the same issue occur so I came back again 1 week later and then the manager says it's the power steering pump thats leaking. So because I had trust this shop when Roger was here, I gave them the benefit of doubt that they diagnosed the issue accurately. Boy was I wrong. I left the shop and the car was leaking power steering fluid in the exact same spot from the previous times before. They made me change everything except for where the actual problem occurred. I was so disappointed. I spent good money with that shop maintaining my vehicle when Roger was there because he did a great job. Now it's a manager scamming people out there hard earned money. Don't got there for major work on your vehicle because you will be paying top $$$ for a temporary fix. Don't say I didn't warn you!!

Average prices on tires but the staff is what makes this store. Very nice people and they got me in and out. This being my second visit to this store, I am confident in my review.

The best service I've seen in Miami. changed tires and camber, everything quickly, efficiently and professionally. I advise everyone, the prices are excellent. In Europe, everything is much more expensive. Most importantly without appointment.

I want to recommend this tire replacement company to everyone. The approach and service are at a very good level, both for employees and manager. Without any problems and excuses, they did their job at 5. Everywhere is clean and a working tool on the ground, this is the first thing you see and then you come across a service!

I arrived from Orlando, FL, with a serious brake problem, and I was really worried. However, I found this place, where I simply explained what I needed. I left my vehicle, and in 3 hours, they called me with the job done. My truck is running perfectly now, the service was 10/10, and the prices are reasonable. They truly don't want to take advantage of your money because I asked for new rotors, but the mechanic suggested machining them as they were still functional, and it turned out to be much cheaper.

These guys use to be my go to mechanic shop when roger was the manager. Ever since Michael has taken over it's been horrible. I take my car to get serviced for one thing and everytime it's always something else. I had multiple mechanics look at my car before taking it to these guys and they all said I had the same problem. I take it to these guys with the part already and then get a call the next day telling me I need another transmission. My mistake was probably taking my mechanical problems to a tire shop in the first place. They need new management

Fist visit to this location for A/C inspection &service ,Clean Environment,Friendly Staff,Fair Prices,quick service Quality work .Paid for the service Fan needs to be replaced by my mechanic,to charge my A/C with Freon.Replaced the fan,came back& spoke to the manager Mr.Roger,he took care of my situation. My A/C is running ice cold Thanks guys!

These people are real deal running a scam! Stay away from this place at all cost! It's never going to just be the problem you have, they are going to tell you things like oh in order for us to change that, this needs to be changed as well. Every since roger left that place hasn't been the same

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.At first it seemed very clean and professional, but unfortunately what you see is not always what it is in fact.I did alignment here about three weeks ago on my BMW M5. AFTER the alignment was done the manager recommend me to change the upper control arm. I asked if I can still drive without replacing it, he said yes, you can still drive without a replacement for 15 to 20,000 miles and alignment will stay normal . After about 2 weeks I was driving on a highway and my back tire got exploded almost causing a huge accident. It happened to be that the back tires were on wires on the inner side. When I came back to speak about the situation, manager was super unhelpful and aggressive. Refused to listen and said that I didn t have a warranty so it is my problem.I don t recommend this place! Stay away from here.Service: Wheel alignment

My car needed alignment. Check vehicle and Chris stated forward upper control and back shock need Replacement. Forward upper control was replaced but never replace shocks..... charge $2084.36. not mad about the price but never did the job very dishonest.

This place is amazing, very well organized! Took my GF car to get a engine Repair/Swap took them about 1 week to repair, the car running brand new, after 1 year of the car not being able to run going from shop to shop because it s hard trusting people for a job like that but these people are super reliable they deserve 5 Stars.

These people where kind enough to change my car battery for me after hours. I didn't have the equipment I needed to keep my computer energized while the battery was replaced (necessary for my car to avoid issues), so I would have been stuck without a car for a whole night if it weren't for their kindness. The staff was friendly and it was overall an excellent experience! Thanks!Service: Battery

Please go find another place to fix your car. These people are SCAMMERS! You will pay thousands of dollars including the diagnosis just for you to have more problems after the car is fixed. I was charged 1000+ to fix a part of my car plus diagnosis. Just for a couple days later my car to be leaking and making booming sounds, upon return they told me that I had another issue that was now 1,300 dollars, car was leaking, plus brakes yet no one mentioned any of these issue during the initial diagnosis when the car first came in. They sent me home with the car saying it was all good but honestly something is not adding up. Upon, initial diagnosis why did none of these other issues pop up? Or even when I picked up my car why did nobody saying anything. He claimed he forgot to put it on there and there was nothing he could do about. Its a SCAM.

I have tried so many car servicing centers including the commercial places and I have to say that this is the best one thus far. Mechanic Roger serviced my vehicle right away and was professional and courteous. He made some no-pressure recommendations on my car. My oil was changed quickly. The waiting area is clean and the complimentary water and coffee is a nice touch. I felt like a valued customer and not a number. Will go back for my next servicing.

I love coming here getting work done to my car. The prices are great, the work bays are clean and free from clutter, and the mechanics are honest about they're work. Overall superior customer service here. If I could rate them with more stars, I definitely would.

Pay close attention. My son went there and I know they see him gullible $2000Not going to elaborate. They know what they did As a female what they charged for what they didI would have backed out on 2 wheels but he was a regular meal ticket.but I think this last visit last week was a Done deal.Be for real 30 min diagnostic 1200 to replace compressor week 2 replace plugs 800.and only because told him to write down what they didn't do.Only because I have seen other reviews I am giving mine to confirm my suspicion of preying on him being trusting I'm sure management will not he responding. But as soon as I get receipt I will repost .Service: General repairs

I am confused as how I walked into a tire station and drove off with my tire still needing air The tire pressure light was on. I did advise the gentleman that I wanted them to have a look at all my tires since they usually go low, I know I had a nail in one tire and requested a plug, which he kindly suggested a patch and that was fine because it's safer. But as a service they could have added air to my tires as a courtesy, or at least offer to put air for an additional price if they can't offer a courtesy. They truly don't care to go above and beyond for their customers. I've been to many places where they try to upsell or offer other items that may be needed, and that's always a plus because sometimes we don't always know what our cars need. But this place is a never again for me.

Good customer service and very easy to talk to... been coming here for some time for both of my vehicles. The work is top-notch and the prices are fair. They do honor their warranties. I haven't had any problems with this shops' mechanical work. Quick turn around and honest problem solving. This shop is very clean I might add with free WiFi while you wait... lol I get most work done here because I don't have to worry about any mechanical issues later. Same mechanics you deal with, not a new face every week. They do everything!
