I made an appointment for a tire patch and arrived the next day, they took me at exactly the appointment time, allowed me to watch the whole thing from a safe distance -- Jonathan, the mechanic, was very nice and knowledgeable. He suggested other services that my car needed to be safe (services they did not offer, so he wasn't trying to upsell me), and the work was done quickly. Will definitely be coming back next time I need service, tires, or air.

We all know getting your car serviced or tires changed is usually a painful experience... Not w/ the Tire Squad team! Was an absolute pleasure from setting the appointment for new tires to the expeditious service once I arrived. Best part was it didn't cost me an arm and a leg for (4) new tires! The car is riding great and safely once again! Thank you Tire Squad!

Found this place while looking for car alignment and having a bad experience with tire choice & jiffy lube. The service here was amazing, only mechanic that provided me a print out report showing me the car s diagnostic for the 4-wheel alignment. Jonathan provided great/fast service, the place has a comfortable waiting area, reasonably price. I finally left with peace of mind that my vehicle was well taken care of!

Had a nail in my tire and it was close to late afternoon and other tire shops were telling me I would need to leave my car overnight to get it addressed. Gerardo was so friendly and helped me get my tired fixed so quickly. Worth it! Prefer this kind of treatment and professionalism over the big chains that are generally less attentive. Definitely recommend!

Great service and reasonable prices. I had a nail in my tire and I went to Tire Squad. I was out of there in 15 mins. Faster and cheaper than getting a haircut. You can see through the windows how they handle your vehicle which makes you trust their work. You can tell that it is a family owned business

If you are planning to go here for an alignment, Don't. When I left here my truck was pulling hard left. So I took it to where I should have gone in the first place. Which is the Alignment factory, the alignment cost was also more reasonable. They even knew that my truck model was known for certain problems with alignment especially with non factory tires and suspension and they adjusted for that and now my truck drives straight. They even fixed my steering wheel which was off at no extra charge. This place will just show you green based on factory specs and not take any modifications into account. Save your time and hard earned money and call the alignment factory

Just had my tires changed at this location. Dealt with Marcus and Tania I just love the service at this place. You can tell it s a family owned business. You walk in and the service is nothing short of stellar. Great service great experience and excellent prices.

In hopes of sparing you from such an ingenuine little abode, working for or as a customer; In reading this, may it save you the trouble. Behind this amazing team of hardworking techs and salespeople, you will find fear, dehumanization, power moves, unappreciation and anxiety. You will find that the negativity is being generated from the third world style sweat shop being run in the back, where you will find the desk of the man pulling the strings of his puppets. Maybe even himself if you are granted such grace to be in the presence of the man with no heart for his company and employees, running the fog machine and lights of the facade in order to make his dollars. An arrogant, shallow, ugly man, needing a lesson in humility from karma and the universe. With no mechanical knowledge or experience himself, never will you see him touch a customer vehicle, proudly aware he has an array of powertripped employees in which knows nothing about and doesn't care to know. Such a person should not be in the business of service and you should conduct your business elsewhere and avoid this narcissistic slaveshow.

Got a nail in my tire when I was about to head out to a road trip to Disney. This place was near my house so I stopped by. I spoke to Marcus and he was really helpful, took 15 min to replace my tire (nail was on the edge). It was quick and easy, great tire shop and will be buying my next set of tires from them. Thank you so much on getting me on my way to Disney.

I appreciate that they were able to help me out quickly. The tire installation tech is particular was very helpful. And, they were able to order new tires for my order from their warehouse within an hour.The lady at the front desk, Nora (or maybe it was Laura), could use some customer service training however. Definitely a lot of room for improvement there, so I will ding the rating down to 4-star.

The service was fast and quick. The receptionist was very nice. The price for a patch was ridiculous. I was charged $28.99. This is the most I've ever paid for a patch. I have paid $10 for a patch before. The only reason I got it done is because I was on that end of town. From now on, I will go back to the other place that charges less if I ever need a patch again.

Took my SUV for an alignment. They charged me $150 but failed to do the job...I had to go to another reputable shop to fix their errors. The reputable shop showed me a printout from the alignment software (everyone uses the same system), which clearly showed that Tire Squad did not properly do the job...yet they had no problem charging me. Shameful.

Ordered a pair of tires on their eBay store, and they listed them as a different size from what they actually sent. After ignoring emails and phone calls, they finally got a hold of the person who sent the tires out and he told me that I needed to pay to ship them back. He refused to admit fault as well. Luckily I got my money back. Don t take a chance yourself. The owner snorts more white powder than the president's son.In response to the shop s comment below: I am from Cali and ordered them from your shop in Florida. That s the magic of shipping. It was indeed your shop, and yes the person I spoke to was male. Also, eBay uses Usernames, not real names Einstein, so my eBay name and name on Google won t match. Also, you always seem to conveniently not find orders from anyone that leaves you negative reviews. You scam people. Grow up and admit fault. And lay off the white stuff.

Bought 4 tires last year and two have gone bad needing replacement within 12 months. Rep mentioned tires aren t covered by warranty and blamed coworker as she wasn t the one that sold me the tires.

Came in with a nail on a tire. I was out of there in 10 minutes. Got a new tire at a very competitive price. Awesome customer service and professionalism. We discussed brands, prices, and value to help me decide. Overall a wonderful experience. Thank you, Marcus.

Wow, called and the guy sounded like he was a little busy but he stopped everything and gave me his attention and gave me options. Gave me pricing over the phone and is going to try and make my four tires happened before I leave tomorrow morning on my trip, so I m super excited to get that kind of service just over the phone. btw John Wayne was his name

Worst place ever. Didn t even screw in the lug nuts. You have one job screw on the lug nuts! Really scary. Grossly negligent. The potential damage that could have happened is unimaginable. Clearly these are untrained workers. Or they are lazy or don t care. Or all of the above. Even when confronted with the issue, zero apology. Manager refused to call me back. Horrible customer service. Horrible workmanship. Find another location and be thankful.

This place opened my eyes to how customer service is a lost art nowadays! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, provided snacks and drinks while in the waiting room, and willing to share details about different types of tire brands just for the sake of educating the customer. After my horrible experience with my last shop I was searching for a new tire spot just to get my wheels fixed in the meanwhile but ended up finding a new go-to "for life" spot. This is 100% where people need to come get some new shoes for their car. Thank you again Tire Squad!

I bought 4 tires and went to get them installed today. The guy working on my car was new, took a long time, and made several mistakes while installing the tires. Although the guy made the mistakes, my experience was a great one and I would recommend this shop to everyone!!!They were 100% honest, admitted the mistakes, corrected them and were very apologetic. Everyone at the shop was very professional and super friendly...I am very happy with my tires and didn't mind the wait at all cause the great customer service more than made up for the issues.

I was in need of a patch, or so I thought. I googled tired services and this location appeared . From the moment I walked in to the very last moment I left , the customer service was amazing . They were very honest about the job . I thought I needed a patch as I saw a nail but it was superficial where I didn't need work done. However , the young Man did put air on all 4 tires as they were low :) . I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for great customer service and honesty.

Excellent service. Had my Pirellis mounted and balanced for my 911. Made appointment and was out in less than 30 minutes. Also had alignment checked . Professional service and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this shop.
