If you want impeccable, reliable, fast service with competitive pricing look no further. This shop is ran extremely well and the manager John Wayne is professional and goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommend this tire shop.

Thankful for an extremely smooth, pleasant and professional experience. As a lady going to a tire shop these qualities are greatly appreciated. My son also enjoyed the complimentary snacks while we waited :)Amazing customer service! Will absolutely return here when I need these service and will recommend to anyone.

Great place to get quick tire change! Took my car in and got tire changed on the same day. Quality products, and they did my alignment! John Wayne was a great help!

Awesome tire shop. Got my Mazda aligned and they did a great job, they even showed me the before and after specs. Overall customer service and experience are top notch.

Tired Squad provided an excellent service, particularly with the speed of their service and the friendliness of their staff. If you're in a hurry and need quality, this is the place to go. Their efficiency is commendable and they never compromise on the quality of their service. The staff is always ready to assist and their professionalism is noteworthy. This place is scamming Tire Rack customers.When you place an order, they are listed as recommended installer with one quote for installation. When you call the store to set up an appointment, their quote becomes 60% higher. Luckily, Tire Rack compensated the difference Took more than 90 minutes to install 4 tires.I asked specifically to make sure the pressure is set according to the door placard. I was assured that that is what they do and I don t need to worry. Leaving the place computer shows, that pressure readings are the same in all tires despite placard showing different pressure for front and rear wheels. Why did I even bother asking!? Cannot be trusted avoid.

I was looking to installed 4 new tires on my 2020 Volvo XC40. I shopped around and called 8 different places and no one had them in stock, at least the ones I was looking for. Call Tire Squad this morning and John W pick up the phone and after checking his inventory he had the tires in stock. After few minutes on the phone I am getting the tires installed today!!. Really great service and felt that he was going out of his way to accommodate me in today. Really appreciate his efforts!!! Well finally got my tires installed, John W was very attentive and courteous, I have to wait a bit but it was no problem, actually I enjoyed waiting and talking to another customer also waiting. Overall thank you Tire Squad and John W for everything and for been very accommodating. I highly recommend this place for any future tires needs. Well done John!!!

Took my GT3RS for a flat and I felt I was at the dealer, they are trained and have the tools needed to work on centerlock wheels, everyone from management to shop is very professional and attentive. Im very satisfied with the work! Thanks

John is the best! Super chill and nice person. They got my front tires off, new ones on in less than 30 minutes. Brian did an amazing job changing and balancing my new tires. The waiting room was really nice and they offer complimentary snacks, water, and coffee. Love that. Overall, loved the service and will be back again soon. Thanks again!

I was worried about sending in my newly modified vehicle for it's 1st balancing and alignment. Because of my coilover install and new larger rims, bigger brands like Firestone couldn't do the custom camber work and do non OEM setups like Tire Squad. John Wayne and his tech did an amazing job and took great care of me and my car! All while I waited in a cool AC room with complementary drinks snacks!Not to mention that this is one of the cleanest facilities I have ever seen, super clean shop! Super professional and amazing work on my tire mount/balance and alignment. I would 100% reccomend tire squad, my car now rides perfect thanks to the time and care taken by them

I found this company by coincidence and am happy to state that they were able to get my tire in quickly from the wear house and get me in to replace the tire. John Wayne was professional, very knowledgeable, and personable. This is the type of service that we need in our world. Great price! Will highly recommend this company. Thanks for your service.

I purchased two tires from Tire Squad. They advertise their tires as air tested, but they aren t air tested (see pictures). Both tires had multiple bubbles in the side wall (not safe to sell) and one tire wasn t holding air because it had a hole in the tread. Air tested? I think not. Further, when I confronted the company about not air testing their tires before resale they got defensive: learn some customer service skills. I am stuck with two unsafe tires and I am out over $150. Lesson learned, I guess. No worries though I will spread the word about these business practices on every platform I can and open a case with the Better Business Bureau to prevent further bad business from being done. I truly hope that it was worth it, Tire Squad!
