These two workers are terrible. SOOOOOO rude in so many ways. I came there to get my tire plugged and spent 30 mins with no help. I was told to park in the corner and no one assisted me. I asked for help after waiting 30 mins and was completely ignored. VERY VERY unprofessional

Great place to get a good used tire. Owner is a super guy. Always helpful and fair. Ive been using their services for a few yrs now. Since they had another shop not far from this one.

We were in town from Ohio with a rental Suburban that had a leak. It was right at closing time when we called but the guys still stayed on a Saturday night to help me and my family out. They weren t able to fix the tire but helped put on the spare so we could get back to the airport. Very friendly and helpful, polite service and went above and beyond to help a stranded family out. Highly recommended!

I had a nail on my rear driver's side tire and the previous day I had all my tires inflated, also the dash board light has been on for a year. Online it says they open at 7 AM, I had difficulties in finding this place and when I did the fence was chained, I called them and they actually open at 8AM. When I arrived the service man was so nice, he offered me a chair but I told him I could stand. I watched everything he did, so efficient. It took less than 10 minutes, including air in all tires. The cost $20 and I gave this sweet man a $10 tip. The owner was there and he was very friendly, I guess he sits outside and supervises the service persons. My tire light went out on my dashboard and I m so happy. I will be going back again. Wonderful place and safe in a shady neighborhood!

i had a really weird experience with this place. ultimately, i never gave them my business because the call i made prior to my potential visit was very surreal. i was calling around to different auto shops trying to figure out where i could get a patch job, who could do it today, prices, etc. this place, tire repair, while priced this particular job at $20 and would have been able to have seen me same day, the technician on the other end, unfortunately, was very indifferent, smug and generally unprofessional and rude. upon him answering, there was no greeting and a mentioning of the business i was calling - i thought maybe i had the wrong number. therefore, i had to ask, is this tire repair? to which he replied, yup and the next several questions i asked, which happened to be yes or no questions, were answered with a yup . it all came off as though he couldn t be bothered. right before i hung up he asked and i quote, will you be long getting here? which came extremely rude coupled with the tone of voice and the conversation prior. that last question was said with a tone of irritation and implied that i needed to hurry up. i work in customer service and i believe there are retail 101 rules or just phone etiquette - some rules, answer the phone with a proper greeting, hi, tire repair, this is so and so, ok, we close at this time. if you need your tire patched today, please make it by this time to account for other customers, time of job, etc anyway the whole experience rubbed me the wrong way.

We got a nail in our tire during Memorial Day. Monday. We called them, arrived, no waiting time and got our tire fixed for a very reasonable price compared to big corporations. Always choose small business. Thank you guys.

Steven the tire man at the shop is the best he gave me four tires for a price I couldn't argue with and he's such funny and respectful person he also help me with certain issue I had with my car. Had a great experience with his shop I recommend everyone to come here !!!!

Owner Jorge sweetest guy. I arrived at 7:45am and called because establishment was closed and the entrance gate was locked. To my surprise, he answered the phone . He said he opens at 8:30 am and I advised him that I would wait. He was knocking on my window at 8:04 . Very pleasant and delightful gentleman. He patched my tire in less than 15 min. Very fast for an older man . Wish I could give him 105 stars.

Do not stop here if someone punctures your tire in that neighborhood. They are colluded with the thieves.They will come anyway for you and steal what they wanted.Just call the police and ask them to be there first before getting off your car.

I came to this shop and Steve help me out with my tire he could of lied and told me I need a new/used tire but repaired it instead which help me a lot because the price of the used tire was good but I couldn t afford it at the moment. PLEASE come to this shop if you are ever in the area Steve will get you right !!!!!

Do not buy tire from here they give you bad tires and if something happens they say they can t help you. I remember go find another place please it s not worth it. I spent $85 after I found damage on the tire I they told me no we can t help you.

They fixed my punctured car tire in less than 15 minutes for only $15. Couldn't have asked for friendlier or better service.
