If you need vehicle service this is the place. I came in for 4 tires. Great prices, ask about discounts. Reggie, is amazing, very informative, great customer service over all great experience.I ll be back for any service needed.

I took my vehicle to this location to have my tires balanced and rotated. The service took longer than average, and I consistently asked what was taking so long. Upon receiving my car, I noticed damage to the fender, and my car door made a thumping noise when opening. I suspect something went wrong, and the attendant was attempting to rectify the problem, hence the extended duration of the service. I immediately asked the mechanic what happened to my car and why there was damaged. He lied and said my car already had damaged to it before I brought it to them which was a lie. Another attendant, who happened to be the manager, drove my car back into the garage and challenged me, stating that my vehicle was already damaged and then proceeded to take pictures and videos after I complained. No videos or photos were taken before I left my car unattended, nor did an attendant bring any damages to my awareness beforehand. He used the photos he took afterwards as false evidence to conspire with the regional manager to defend their lies.After speaking to the regional manager, Christian Silva, he sided with the service team and dismissed my complaint, ignoring my frustration. His dismissal does not align with the customer satisfaction that I expected from this business and the corporate office hasn t been diligent helping me to rectify the damages to my vehicle.Do not take your car to this unprofessional team and business. They do not take accountability for their mistakes.

They took care of my moms car with spectacular care. They made suggestions, but were not pushy. This allowed her to feel comfortable making her own decision based on the information presented to her. We will definitely be returning time and time again.

A young professional gentleman named Kelvin helped me out today and was extremely awesome! This guy made my trip unexpectedly pleasant. I was able to get everything I needed for my car at a great price and a peace of mind knowing my safety is valued as well as my wallet! Brought in our 2021 Ram to get some new tires. Eddie helped us out and we were able to get the 2 new tires installed. Customer service was great and he would update us as the service was being done. 10/10 recommend coming here for your service.

I've been here on a few occasions and I'm a true fan for customer service and knowledge regarding the visit. Mr. Reginald is VERY knowledgeable regarding car mechanics and ALWAYS recommends the best course of action for your needs. I would recommend this location if you're in need of service.

My experience here was a great one. I can as a walk in and the service and wait wasn t that long and that was able to give me an oil change and check on things that I needed done in a hour span. Great customer service and friendly workers here.

Great customer service! I had my car brought in and from the start the manager, Reginald, was very helpful and made it easy to obtain an inspection and schedule service. He answered all my questions in detail as well as explaining their different services. Highly recommend this location!

Manager and equally (no surprise) his employer were both unnecessarily rude and argumentative when Mavis (their owners) told me to go there to follow up with an issue after a tire installation. The waiting area is ridiculous, some old torn seats or high tops with no seats, no water bottles, no snacks, no decent coffee like u come to expect these days. No reason to recommend this location.

When you have to be there for 3 hrs it would be nice to have coffee or a drink and snack machine and a TV big enough to see. I have used tire kingdom for over thirty years I think it's to find a more customer friendly place

Had Appointment 8am for oil change. 10am not even tended to. Was told by Manager Regie that an Appointment doesn t mean anything. Things are done by priority. Wasted time and NEVER AGAIN !!!
