Great explanation of work done on my vehicle. Miguel runs a tight crew. Everyone was helpful, Jean took my info over the phone to set an appointment. Andres greeted me and took my vehicle info. My vehicle was serviced and Miguel showed and explained to me exactly what repairs need to be performed. Ozy then gave me pricing and estimate and Miguel sealed the deal with the best possible price. I m very satisfied with my visit and the extraordinary customer service and support this young team has.

Highly recommend this Tire Kingdom location! An efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable team run a smooth operation at this facility.I came in with a handful of concerns and requests and walked away feeling confident and taken care of. Ozzy and the mechanics inspected my car and brought their findings to me. Before charging me or beginning service on my vehicle, Ozzy patiently walked me through each line item on the proposed invoice, describing the nature of each maintenance need and why the mechanic recommended each service order. I had the pleasure of meeting Ivan, the mechanic who serviced my vehicle I respected the level of transparency and insight he displayed, offering educational information regarding when it is necessary to replace brake pads and brake rotors. And to top it off, I was genuinely surprised at how quickly my car was serviced, especially at their reasonable rates!Both employees demonstrated they were profoundly knowledgeable while delivering exemplary, professional customer service. I ll be recommending this location to my friends and family.

I've been coming here for 5 years .. I've never once felt cheated and the staff always does their very best to give me their best service at the most economical price; never hesitating to offer me a promotion from online or in store. I always leave feeling confident and relieved that as a female, I'm not being cheated in any way, my car is serviced running optimally and I am sent on my way getting on the road safely.THANK YOU TIRE KINGDOM & YOUR TEAM!GOD BLESS YOU!!

I ve been coming to this location for years and I honestly can t complain. Employees have always been courteous and funny.Miguel has a great attitude and is very honest about what your car needs. Prices are competitive and I drive home confident that my car received proper service.

I showed up today late after work super nervous because I had a problem with my tire and my spare tire was on the bed of my truck. A young man named Miguel not only helped me but guided me made an appointment for me found me the right tire and he even backed my truck into the shop and put my spare tire back in its place because I was afraid it was going to get stolen. He was super patient and he recognized that I was scared and pretty much had no knowledge. I drive a truck because my late husband passed away and he knew how to handle everything and I was literally terrified maybe it was something small to other people but it meant the world to me to find somebody in this city that would go out of his way to help me. He did not charge me and he even refused a tip. I had forgotten that gentleman still do exist and he is definitely one of them. Miguel was professional he was kind and even took the time to help me just as they were closing. I don't think he was even a mechanic or a technician I think he was a manager but he got on the floor just to make it happen for me. I will definitely be back there tomorrow for my scheduled appointment and I will never do business with anyone else but this location and hopefully with Miguel. There should be more people like him in this city. Thank you u.

A great experience starting one day on the phone with the guy that answered the phone. I asked about getting 4 tires & the price. He gave me a better price than I was looking at on the internet for the same tires. I made an appointment for the next day & was in & out in 2 hours. I love my new tires & feel much safer.

I m very satisfied with the service at Tire Kingdom! I got 4 new tires, and an oil change. Their prices are excellent (and I shopped around!) Jean Carlos and Miguel are courteous, professional and friendly. I made an appointment and was assisted on time.I recommend this business to all my family and friends!

So I had been rolling around with my spare tire on for a week dreading finding a new tire place.I had a nail in my original tire & I wanted to get it patched instead of buying a brand new one right now.Anyway I booked online this morning & within 10 minutes of my booking, Miguel called me to confirm the work I needed done! That was great, and when I arrived, Jean took care of me. He was very helpful with pricing and options.I would highly recommend Tire Kingdom. Very professional and speedy!

I had a nail in my tire and it was fixed within 30 minutes. They did great work, for a great price. Jean was super helpful in getting everything sorted! The manager Miguel was also a huge help. Definitely my spot of choice for tire repairs.

I have been a loyal customer for years get all my tires and full synthetic oil changes. I drive a lot for work and they keep me safe on the road and they are always courteous professional on time. I make appointments and prices are always fair.

Gean & Kevin took great care of me at this location. Quick to answer the phone, quick to get me in and get my tire ordered. Came in a day later installed it less than an hour. Great service. I had a puncture/nail in my sidewall so the entire tire had to be replaced. Shop is clean and plenty of parking which is really convenient. Make sure everything was ok before I left.

Amazing experience! I brought my Porsche in to Tire Kingdom with a nail and within minutes, the friendly guys checked my car, determined the nail didn't puncture the tire and didn't even charge me! It is so hard to find people in Miami who care about their customers and their work! I am happy to say that I will not take my card anywhere else in Miami - this is my go-to spot!!! Couldn't recommend them more :)

This establishment is run by friendly and knowledgeable professionals, at the front desk and in the service area, and that's the experience that you'll get; every service that my car has had (new drive shaft, wheels, brakes, battery, and oil changes) has been solid.You can wait in the AC'd waiting area or pick up your car when service is done.Highly recommended!

Got a flat tire on a super rare size and this shop helped me out a lot. Great service, very reliable and awesome manager Miguel who helped me and made sure the process was as smooth as possible. Would definitely recommend these guys!

Visited this location some days ago and was very happy with their service. I usually come here to get my car oil changed but this time my tire light turned on and turned out I had a huge nail in my tire. Was helped by Miguel, he showed me the damage on the old tire and gave me a great deal on a new tire. I recommend this Tire Kingdom to anyone.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION. My mom needed a new tire and the staff at this location installed the WRONG TIRE. She went back to get a new tire and spoke with Miguel who was EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE to her for no reason. He denied accountability and did not resolve the problem that they had created. Now she is going to another location because of the AWFUL SERVICE she had at this location. DO NOT GO HERE.
