They changed my tires but they damaged my rims during the process.When I received my car, the tires hardly had any air in them as well. The manager claimed that the damages would be fixed. He said that he filed a claim but it has been over one month now and still there has been no resolution. I have a strong indication that I am receiving the run around. I do not recommend this establishment for tire replacements. They do a careless job and they will most likely damage your vehicle. I will not be going here ever again.

The team at Tire Kingdom is great they did quality work and did it quickly. From the top down everyone was honest, ethical and very friendly. Juan, Jeremy and the entire team are A+ and I would recommend them to anyone.

I am so pleased and satisfied with the service I got on my car, all thanks to Jason Almodovar! He s a lifesaver! Definitely ask for him, very friendly, fast and efficient! Thanks again! Will definitely come back again and refer anyone who needs to get their car up to par!

Tire Kingdom on Bird Road is excellent! I had to go in very last minute on a Friday before a big trip because my maintenance light came on unexpectedly and they were able to work me into the schedule! I was so grateful. Fast and friendly service always!

Had an excellent experience at this Tire Kingdom! The staff was efficient, knowledgeable, and I want to commend Manager Juan who explained entire process of work being completed and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Highly recommend this shop for their professionalism and top-notch service!

I had the pleasure of visiting Tire Kingdom on Bird Rd. this week for some repairs needed on my car. I was skeptical because my experience at other locations has been a nightmare, but the customer service, professionalism and honesty were a fresh air. Saeed, Gabriel and Jason were very knowledgeable and I will definitely use TK the next time around.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Jason fixed my car and tires right up after I had to have it towed, and had it back to me within two days like brand new. They were helpful, communicative, and answered all my questions. Can t speak highly enough of these guys; if you re looking for any kind of vehicle service, this is the place, hands-down. I will definitely be going back!!

Exceptional Customer Service!I am almost afraid to write this review, I don t want the word to get out. This place treats every customer as if they are the only one. Jason & Juan have saved me many times! I call this Tire Kingdom the Urgent Care for Cars. I used to go to a different Tire place on Bird. Every time I went there they had an issue or a story.Jason, Juan and the crew at Tore Kingdom always welcome you with a Can Do attitude!!

I picked up my car expecting them to at least inflate the new tire I bought. To my surprise, the system indicating low air was still on, and they hadn't inspected it. The new tire is still low on air.

Here at tire kingdom expect good and fast service. I brought my car in for a tire rotation and they took it in immediately and had it ready in 10 minutes. Didn t take them longer than 5 minutes to do the actual rotation! Absolutely amazing and great customer service!

This place is the best for customer service. On Saturday morning Jason had my tire that was sliced open fixed in less than 40 minutes. I am beyond grateful.

Juan Tejera provided a great customer experience. I came in for a flat tire and asked if it was possible to get it ready before the estimated time provided. Juan check out if it was actually possible and came back with a positive response. I was in and out in about 30 minutes.

Just can't say enough good things about these guys. Quick, efficient, kind, and reasonable. This team helped me out so much when I needed to get my tires replaced! If you're in town and in need of car services, drive straight here. Big thanks to Jason!

Waking up to a flat tire is never fun, but Cory and the rest of the team at Tire Kingdom on Bird Road saved this busy mom. They were able to order a new tire, get it delivered same day, and install it in a few minutes. I'm so glad I came here for my tire needs.Recommend 10/10

These guys were great. Had to swap wheels and they did it in no time flat. Watched them guide a customer through proper tire selection without pushing her towards anything more than she needed. Incredibly friendly, great service, knowledgeable, and clean facilities.

I've gone to this shop a few times now for oil changes & tires. Jason behind the front desk always gives a warm welcome & helps as quickly as possible with all your needs. The whole staff is always extremely friendly making you feel at home. Definitely not easy to find good friendly service like this in Miami. I'd highly recommend this shop.

i have a german car, audi. i needed my schrader valve replaced they were the only tire service that was able to do it. everyone else denied me service. they did it very quick, service was great. jason and the men were very polite and helpful.

Excellent service from Store manager Yenner Lopez. I arrived there on a Saturday afternoon at 3:30pm and they agreed to put on my 4 tires, with alignment on the spot before close time of 5pm. They also gave me the best price from all the places I got a quote from. Friendly and professional service. Highly recommend this store.

Have to give it to tire kingdom! I got a flat and was the only thing near me, it was literally 10 minutes till closing and thanks to the store manager Jenner Lopez, he brought me in and helped me out with my tire. He was very knowledgeable and advised me of other things my vehicle needed and will be coming back to see him. Thank you again Jenner for all your help and your professionalism! You deserve not only 5 stars but 100 stars!

Customer service was excellent. I got in very quickly got served and prices were fair. All technicians were very professional. I have been coming here for over 10 years and have had excellent service.
