Worst service ever. We waited one month for our vehicle to be repaired. They ordered the wrong parts many time. The problem was an electrical repair which the manager recognized after 4 weeks he doesn t have the right person to this kind of repair. At the end the Manager Ramon decided to give me a refund because I paid the repair in advance because they told me I have to pay before the repair was done. After two months I have not received my refund about a thousand dollars. The manager say the refunds was in process after 4 weeks I checked back about the refund in the customer service phone and I discovered the refund was never issued by this Manager Ray o Ramon and still waiting . Last but not least our car was not repaired. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Don t even think about going to this place.

I always have a good experience at tire choice. This time it was getting my tires rotated. I work across the street, I believe his name is Robert and even drove me back to work so I wasn t late. They are all knowledgeable and actually greet you with a smile. Highly recommend this Establishment. Keep up the good work.

Previous Tire Choice in South Beach did not align my car as requested and advise my shocks need replacement. I had new shocks replaced, 2 weeks prior by a mechanic friend. Alton road in South Beach.. avoid these scammers.This Tire Choice on Byscane did an excellent job on alignment. The Mecanics on Byscane shop are a big thumps up

ATTENTION! Don't go service your car to this location. The staff is unprofessional and rude most of all. We took our car for a scheduled tire replacement appointment (4 tires purchased online), they confirmed having recieved the 4 tires but they claimed they could not serve us because they were fully committed, and one of their mechanics was out sick so they asked to leave the cartherr. They said they will call us at a later time. My wife took a day off from work that day, the service was prepaid and the appointment confirmed twice. We needed the car to be serviced that day, we asked for the tires so they can be taken somewhere else, they made us wait 45 minutes ! Before they released the tires.

Unfortunately, my first attempt at a nearby tire store left me feeling stranded. They redirected me to a neighboring gas station where the car washer offered a quick fix for a steep $40 in cash. It seemed like a shady situation, and I declined.Taking a chance, I drove to Tire Choice, arriving just 20 minutes before closing time. To my relief, I was directed to the back of the shop, where I met Leo. His immediate assistance and genuine care were like a breath of fresh air. In a world where exceptional customer service and honest businesses can be hard to find, Leo and Tire Choice truly stood out.Leo's promptness, professionalism, and willingness to assist me, even near closing time, made a significant difference in my experience. Really really bad service !!! Don t do your car service here! I order 4 tires on Amazon and select the installation on this location and pay for the service online and make my appointment and they have availability for my appointment 2 weeks later and I whait and when I get to my appointment day they don t know how to check on the system your appointment info , they don t know if Amazon delivery the tires or not , I tell to the representative all my info and they domt care and they can t found the order . I have to go to Amazon and give tire tire size and then he go on back and check and told me that they recibe the tires but I have to whait 2 hours becouse he have 4 cars in front of me ! How I going to whait 2 hours if I already have my appointment 2 weeks before !? And he told me that if I can t whait then he can put the tires on the back of my car and I can go somewhere else for the installation! How I going to go to another place if I already pay for the installation on this store , doesn t make sense!! I call corporate to make a complaint and see if they can help me and the answer was that they short of workers and that y have to whait 2 extra hours . Bad company bad service bad place ! What happens is that they take people whit no appointment to make more work and more money during the day and don t respect people whit appointment and if you don t have all the workers then don t approve to many orders durning the day that you can t handle becouse of costumer make appointment is because have scheduled or more staff to do ! Note :No customer service and when the recibe the call from company the start talking to my more rude and whit more bad actitud . I will not unplod the representative name here becouse on the end I don t want people know that you really don t suppose to be working whit customer but if any manager or company supervisor read this later you just need to see the day and time that I m posting this bad reviews and check on the schedule on this day and time how was in the counter (Helping) customers. First time here and last time here and including talk whit all my friend and family to advise then to not come here in any reason ! Plus I will tell my experience and my recommendations to all the follower on my social media

They said two hours, it took 7 hours. They could not solve the problem I came for repair. Because the part was changed without mechanical inspection. I had to come again. Apart from that, they were wearing the wrong tire size for tire change and they corrected it accordingly.

Fast service, good discounts to loyal customers. They will answer any questions you have about your vehicle, whether or not you need a service, tell you what might happen if you don't get the service, give you alternatives to the service when possible. Ask for Ray or Burly. Burly was able to answer my automotive questions without being condescending, like most mechanics are. He's been working on cars for 35 years and knows his stuff. He's the only guy I will bring my cars to here in Miami.

Steering wheel kept shimmying until I did a wheel rebalance at a different shop. I went to Tire Choice once at this location and twice at a different location, and they kept moving weights around each time, and the steering wheel shimmy continued until I rebalanced with a different company. At this location, the desk person also first mysteriously lied in saying they didn't do wheel rebalances at all, until we called a different Tire Choice location that then called this location to make them do their job (with poor results)

If I could give this store and company a -5 I would have. I had seen some positive reviews and so made a booking. Unfortunately booking confirmations mean nothing as I was then told I would need to wait 3-4 hours by an unprofessional and rude front desk person named Ray. Calling the customer service on the number only added to my frustration as Liz the call centre agent and her supervisor were both rude and unhelpful. No solutions were offered. The system is what it is and there is nothing they will do to improve their service and customer experience

Honestly the bald guy at the front desk always acts like I m bothering him if I come in trying to give them my business.If someone is rude one time, I ll let it slide but it s now been twice with less than stellar customer service. I get if you re stressed and understaffed but don t let that frustration out on your customers.I quietly left and went to a locally owned tire and auto shop down the street and was treated infinitely better.

Been lots of times for nails in my tires. Every time Jose helps out with a real patch from the inside of the tire. These guys are legit and friendly

SCAM SCAM SCAM do not go here!!!!!! I would give zero stars if I could. Paid $270 for a new tire, drove home not even 5 minutes away and when I went back out to my car an hour later the tire was flat. Brought it back in like they told me to and they said there was nothing they could do. Not even an hour after getting it fixed, the tire was flat. TERRIBLE service. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

This was a very challenging situation but I'm glad I waited and really reflected on what happened before I made a review. I as a woman don't particularly care for or care to understand anything involving mechanics or tires or cars. I was unable to explain to Mr. Roberto Martinez what I needed in order to have my neighbor change a tire. I brought my brother with me who only speaks Spanish and asked him to explain to Mr. Martinez what I needed. For some very odd reason Mr. Martinez did not want to communicate in Spanish. I am unsure if this was a case where he was feeling a sense of superiority or inferiority. I knew that he spoke Spanish because I heard him speaking Spanish with the the painter in the shop who happened to be Cuban.The actual issue I had was taken care of. Roberto's customer service was definitely questionable in that particular interaction.

Robert is a good dude. Has taken care of my issues fast each time and is a down to earth guy. The mechanics seem to be pretty damn good as well.. no issues using their service. Fair prices I would say overall. I get good vibes from the place. Highly recommend. Can t see how anyone says otherwise

I was very pleased with Robert Martinez and his employees for performing an excellent service! KUDOS to all! Robert was professional took time with me and listened to my concerns and needs for purchase of new tires for my car. He made it easy, ordered my tires, was in the next day and within an hour I had 4 new tires! Excellent team!

I used these guys because they were really stout when I needed two rear tires a while back - what is it with Miami and nails in the road? 18 months later, a screw in the tire this time... I was told by a dealer it wasn't repairable, too close to the shoulder, but the mechanic here took a look, pulled the screw, which was a small one - and no air came out! He gave it a double check, still nothing. So I was on my way again. These guys are great - straight talking, no BS, and very fair to deal with. I will be back again when the next nail comes, for sure!

Do not use this service.I brought my car to change two tires and perform an alignment and when I got it back a rear tire came off after few miles. They put my life at risk and when I went back to the shop ,the manager, Ramon Piedra, told me he never touch those tires.I recommend to not use this service because their total incompetence and disregard for the safety of their clients

Price gouging at its finest. Left my car at their shop. After 2 hours, they quoted me $1300 for the repair. When I told him no, he lowered it to $1100. When I went to pick up my car, he lowered it to $800.I went somewhere else and got the same repair for $600.

Don't take your car here, don't let these people touch your car.Ralph claims he is a master mechanic but could not fix my problem. He was acting arrogant and he has attitude.Ray the manager is a loud, rude and unprofessional manager.I took my car for a wheel bearing problem and then they told me that I have a problem with my brakes, then they said it wasn't the breaks, I needed new tires, they sold me tires. Then they finally "realized" it was the wheel bearing.They also broke my door light.They like to lift the car 10 feet and hop on it, squeezing through the tight space (because the door can barely open when lifted) hitting the doors with their work boots.After spending $900 and 4 consecutive days coming back, and still not fixing my wheel bearing, I took my car to Lexus.Lexus told me they did not install wheel bearing properly.These people are not professional and upsell you stuff you don't need.
