My car broke down.And I had a towed to South park Auto Care. I have had work done there before. They're very reliable, to the point and professional. My car was done within a day. And Robin is wonderful and work with you. I still need additional work done. And you bet I will bring it back to South Park auto care.

They are so awesome, the HYPE is real South Park auto are the most honest body shop around good work at an extremely fair price they re definitely not out trying to scam others like a so many of these other sharks in the industry. They definitely earned a loyal customer with me and they re named after my favorite show win/win.

Had my car towed here by them for a water pump, thermostat, belts, and A/C compressor + low line install (parts provided by me). They do live up to their honesty as mentioned by other reviews, but it felt like they really didn't want to deal with my car, granted it is an older vehicle (1993).Throughout the process, Tom sounded reluctant about taking the job. With all the new parts installed, he mentioned there was something up with my head gasket as when he tried to bleed the cooling system, the coolant broiled over. He installed the compressor + low line, but did not want to continue working on the car's A/C system due to the mentioned head gasket issue. I asked how much it would be to do the head gasket, but he said he doesn't do that type of work anymore. I felt like I was charged a little too much for the work that was already done.I got the car back, fixed the thermostat gauge, took the rad cap off, and checked the oil. Nothing seemed to point towards head gasket failure/combustion entering the cooling system. Took the car to another shop, they flushed the A/C system, added refrigerant and got the A/C working. They also did a once over the car and found nothing that could lead to head gasket failure.If you got anything of the likes that is a 2012 Corolla needing an oil change and don't mind paying about 15% more for honesty. Then this is the place for you, otherwise, look elsewhere.Service: General repairs & maintenance

INTEGRITY it's hard to find this day and age, especially when it comes to auto mechanics. South Park Auto Care has been in business for at least 25 years that I know of. My father has used them extensively, and he has nothing but rave reviews when he speaks about them. I recently had my front brake rotors/pads replaced, and the price was extremely affordable.I asked her if she could please rotate my tires, and she told me that since the car is already on the lift, she'll do it for free. This is the type of mentality that auto mechanics and any organization should have. Extremely professional, trustworthy, highly qualified and very friendly. Robin is the manager/bookkeeper/secretary, has a very friendly disposition, is a stellar multi-tasker and has excellent communication skills. And her husband and team of mechanics are highly knowledgeable in their trade. You can't beat over 25-30 years of experience.Truly I tell you, that from their actions, you can tell that they truly believe that what you sow, you shall reap in the end. I give them 10 stars, because they are highly qualified ASE Certified mechanics, and they run their business very professionally and with integrity. For me, this is the number one qualifying factor. They are very transparent, and are not shady like some (or should I say many) automobile mechanics are. My parents have a house that they purchased in 1978, 3 MI away. They have been taking their vehicles, high-end vehicles at that, to South Park auto care for over 25 years.South Park used to actually be on the west side of the highway, in what is now the village of pinecrest. But they have had their own location in the industrial Area off SW 87th Ave for at least 15 years (if not more) North of the Falls shopping center.If you truly want an honest mechanic, was an expert on what he does, then South Park Auto Care is highly highly recommended!

First of all, I took my car in because they were recommended to me. However, when I went to talk with Robin about my issue, she was not able to handle it properly. Keep in mind, I spoke to her calmly and wanted to get to a settlement point for the faulty part they gave me. Therefore, I expected her to keep her composure, instead of giving me actitude. I know they did their best they could with my car, but the way she addressed the situation was not professional at all. I will not recommend this place to anyone, just because of the bad customer service and their way of solving issues. As a customer I was not satisfied when I left.

Wouldn't bring my cobra anywhere else. Tom and Robin will take great care of your vehicle! South Park Auto Care is great for new tires, oil changes or any repairs you need!! I have used their shop for the last 10 years! Outstanding service!

Tom and Robin have been our go-to mechanics for almost 25 years. They are scrupulously honest and do top quality work. My family and I have been going to South Park for over 30 years. You will not find any mechanics out there that is as honest as Tommy and Robin are. Such a relief to know that my mechanic it's not working to rip me off. If they tell you something needs to be replaced is because it has to. If not they will tell you you have a time frame before it needs to get replaced. There is no other place that I know of that does that. Very upfront and honest.

This is a REAL auto repair shop, not just a place where they install parts. Tom is really good at problem solving and trouble shooting, and very fair when it comes to the prices charged. I've been using them for years and am always happy.

I have brought a couple of my vehicles here. The first time was me leaving another shop that damaged my van. They got it right, a bit expensive. Brought them another vehicle from my fleet. Couple of weeks later, it was doing same thing. They didn't charge me and said they used inferior non (delco) parts.Turns out, they only replaced the distributor cap. The entire distributor was bad. Took to somewhere else. Same price they did EVERYTHING. Complete distributor cap, replaced old worn ECU, changed all fluids. I bought the ECU ($150), they bought, installed everything else for under $500. Beat SouthPark's $600 bill for doing next to nothing.I don't know, but it would appear they are becoming like all the other hi priced, poor work mom n pop shops. My new place is awesome. A bit further but not worth it. LIke Tom and his wife, but not to be able to fix a standard old Chevy in two attempts and to charge my up the wazoo??? CMon guys.

We've known these people forever they are fair, accurate, and most importantly honest. Great family friends and great place to go whenever you run into a problem... We've been jerked around so many places and whenever we come back here everything gets sorted out. Great people, Joe

Tom and Robin were great! I took my 70 Chevelle to them and Tom took his time to diagnose and help resolve any issues for a minimal fee!

The folks at South Park take great care of you. From the prices, to the customer service, to the work itself, I highly recommend them. If something doesn't NEED to be done or can wait, they'll tell you.

Had very bad experiences with them. Never again will I go there. I had one problem and then they fix it for a minute then a new problem occurred. They take money from people basically so you can go back to them to fix the problems they made
