Truck was towed to a different auto shop that wanted to charge an outrageous amount for a thermostat replacement. I have had this issue on another vehicle and know he was trying to screw me. I called Sierra Auto Service and for starters, the woman who answered the phone was extremely friendly and helpful. After a short discussion I decided to tow my truck to Sierras and I m so glad I did. I paid a VERY reasonable price and the work was completed in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend, and will be taking my vehicles there in the future.

I came from out of state. Messed up calipers and brakes. The owner handle the situation with no appointment and price was very reasonable. Remind you,I m very economical. Very friendly as well. really I know and I use this business for 17 years , is familiar, the mechanic Roger Sierra the owner has a lot of knowledge in the field, to me is excellent , and honest , I never pay more that the normal price, sometime give me service free ,because he know has to take care of their old customers, this place is the best to me , maybe is to look big but is honest and excellent work.to me this is sufficient. Had an emergency with a blown radiator just before a meeting. A quick Google search led me to these guys who were close by and had some good reviews. I dropped the car and first thing the next morning I had a quote and a two hour turnaround time. They were fast, friendly and had honest prices. Not much more you can ask for.

Went in to go get a price estimate on a fix up and the man refused due to the fact I went and got a price estimate at the place next door first . Terrible business, very unprofessional !You do not decline a customer cause your buddies with your next door neighbor. His exact words you went to Tony s first? Ok then you can go somewhere else I won t do that not at all what I expected from a business .

Excellent service. Roger did a diagnostic of my vehicle and explained the various issues in detail. He repaired it in a timely fashion and didn t overcharge me like the estimates I had received at other shops. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.
