Brandon was my Service Advisor and I couldn t have asked for anyone better! I had a failing engine and was really worried that there was going to be a bunch of holes to jump through. Brandon came as an answered prayer and patiently guided me through the whole process.I was worried I d have to get a new car, but he worked really hard to get me approved for a new engine. The turn around time was about 2 weeks and I had a rental for that time (they were amazing by the way).I ve got my Angel back and I m very glad to have had Brandon s help along the way.

Dropped off my Hyundai Palisade at 8:00am after taking an appointment from 5 days prior. Called Dewis Avila to get an update at 12:00 noon and he said he doesn't have an update and will get an update at 3pm. Didn't hear from him at 3pm so I called at 3:30pm and he didn't answer. Then I called at 5 no one answered called again at 5:15pm and finally got an answer. He said they didn't even looked at my vehicle yet. What the hell is wrong with this service??? I lost en entire day of work and you didn't even start with my car. It was dropped off at 8am????? It has been 9 hours and no one even bothered to give me an update or start working on my vehicle.

Much improved. Before was disorganized and took months for appointments, and no one answers the phone. I would have given it -100000.But things are much improved. I got an appointment the same day. The lady who answers the phone did it right away and was on top of things and friendly. Also given how bad Rick Case and Braman service is this is your best option in south Florida.

I called in for an oil change appointment and was told it was $60. When I showed up to the appointment I was told it would be $80. It s my fault for not walking out right then but I am not from the area and just wanted to get the oil change done so I could leave the car to my daughter. About two hours later (yes, for an oil change) I was told the car was ready. I mentioned the price discrepancy a second time to the advisor and he (very nicely) said I was given bad information and the fee was $81.77. I didn t feel like arguing so I left but I won t be coming back. It s not the $20 I care about - it s the principle.P.S. - The reason it s such an expensive oil change is because they charge $28.50 for a $15 filter. All around rip off. See the recent reviews if you think I m alone.

My experience here at Lehman Hyundai SERVICE DEPT for my car with Dewis Avila was excellent. He was friendly, hear my necessities, Honest ! I could see in him how what he does is right , cause as a woman we don t understand much of car issue but with him I saw his transparency more than just a sale $$$ Amazing customer service highly recommended this guy.

My experience at Lehman Hyundai was amazing!My 2018 Elantra was stolen and the car was badly damaged when it was found. I approached Dewis Avila and explained what happened, his words were "Send the car to me" the best decision I have ever made!Dewis was supportive from beginning to end. I was updated on the progression of the repairs. He communicated with the insurance Co. on my behalf every step of the way. My confidence in him grew while the car was in his care! Do not hesitate to reach out to Dewis Avila and his manager Victor Lara who supported him every step of the way. Those gentlemen are the definition of team players! Thank you guys my car is like new!

I will not be coming back to Lehman Hyundai for ANY future services. My service agent was Julian who is a pleasant individual but horrible at customer service. My case was a simple one. The door handle to the driver side of car needed repair. I arrived to my 10am appt expecting for details regarding my vehicle by noon ( maybe 1pm) but I didn't get any status updates all afternoon. So I called to speak to him and he wasn't available. Finally I received a callback at 3pm for a 10am appt regarding the status of the estimate I requested. (I didn't think getting an estimate would take so long). I was willing to look past that lack of communication and continue with the service so I picked up my vehicle and paid for the part and service that would be performed in 1 weeks time. I was told that the part would in on Tuesday January 9th. I informed Julian, due to my work schedule, the earliest I would be able to return to install the door handle and have it painted would be Thursday the 11th. He said that would be perfect because it would give them extra time. He also told me that he would give me a call on Tuesday when the part arrives to keep me updated. I asked if we should schedule an appointment for Thursday and he told me NO. It wouldn't be necessary because he'll be working. I can just show up at anytime. Never got a call on Tuesday to let me know the part had arrived so I called the parts department and verified that it was in.So I arrive on Thursday the 11th at 11:45am where I was told by an older lady that I should've had an appointment and that all of the service agent take a 2 hour lunch ( from 11:30-1:30) so no one is available to take my car in and more than likely Julian would not be returning until 1:30. I told her what Julian said and it apparently didn't matter. She directed me to wait inside until 1:30 when he returns from break. At 12:30, Julian walks up to me and says that he has bad news because my part isn't ready. I informed him that I spoke some one on the phone who said the part was ready, so I was confused as why we couldn't have it painted and installed today as per our previous conversations.He said that would impossible to have it painted today and that if I decided to have the handle installed today, I would have to reschedule for another appt, have the handle removed from the car, and drive around without a door handle while they painted. This makes zero sense to me, so I told him to have the handle installed TODAY and I would go elsewhere to be have it painted. When my car was ready, no one called me. I essentially returned to the service department before it closed to find out it was ready. NEVER AGAIN will I set 1 foot at this dealership again. I've had better service at both Braman and Rick Case Hyundai and that's where I'll be going from this day forth.The lack of tact, communication, and overall customer service is mind boggling.

I went to this dealership over 20 years ago looking to purchase a vehicle. I encountered a salesperson who, instead of trying to provide good customer relations, insulted my wife in my presence causing us to storm out of this dealership.We have since purchased two Hyundai's on two separate occasions in that time span. Both at other dealerships. One at Rick Case and the other at Delray. Both were good experiences.But, it's been 20 plus years. I'm not looking to purchase a vehicle from them. Because of appointment difficulties at other dealership locations I decided to give these folks a try. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly, compared to other places. Maybe that should've been a clue.I had an appointment and arrived ahead of schedule. There were several attendants at the service side. I was not greeted. Matter of fact I waited almost half an hour before someone came over to help me.I wanted a simple oil change. I thought I was within my allotted maintenance by Hyundai. Long story short, they found a way to say I was outside my allotment and I would have to pay. $160. For an oil change and filter. They throw in a few other words to make it sound as if I'm getting more for my money when in reality I'm not. It's an oil change and filter. Let's face it. The car wash they throw in is not anything fancy. They don't even vacuum the inside.I told the service rep I'm not interested. I'll go elsewhere if I'm going to have to pay. The rep had no interest in providing customer service or attempting to obtain my business. He only said goodbye.Maybe the staff working inside should be trained on good attentive customer service rather than hugging each other and laughing like they're in a school yard. On top of that. A lady asked if I would be interested in trading my car in for a new vehicle. After all my negative experience at this location? That lady, the owner, this dealership and all those people they call staff can go kick rocks. I could recommend the sales staff at either Rick Case, Delray. Even Braman. Not here. If you need service on your Hyundai. I would recommend Rick Case if you have patience and time or a rental. But this place... They can go ahead and bulldoze it and build a park. We need some beautiful greenery that helps cleanse the air and is pleasant to the eyes and remove this blight called Lehman.

Great staff, always ready to help, at least the ones I encountered. The wait time can be spent in the lounge area where there are comfortable chairs, free coffee and snacks. Best bet is to make an early appointment and bring along a book or watch a movie on your phone.

We had a terrible experience ever since management change and all the people who worked there left is a mess. My car was there for almost a month and a half . My insurance cover my rental for one month . Then I asked them for a rental and never had one. I had to spend money out of my pocket. The communication was horrible also. Never returned calls or email's. Management everything was just bad for for Us.

Quality of my Hyundai is very low, vehicle running fine but relatively small things making me very unhappy. First the fuel tank door was broken last September and it took me three visits to get it done. Now the problem is with blue tooth not working properly, touchscreen not working too, etc. I made an appointment on 1/17/24 and was told that it can take more than 1 day, so after checking my work calendar it was decided that I am dropping car early morning 1/22/24 per I have 3 free days. Today is the last free day and I need my car back, but no one ever called me and my service advisor Mr. Kevin Calvo Mutis simply disappeared, I called him few times and left texts - nothing. Finally I got thru on general telephone number and all they say that they waiting for parts. But I need car for tomorrow! Very BAD service!Service: Oil change

Was not quite happy with the wait for service but was ok after the second person told me that someone would be with me soon and not even a minute later Junior Medor came to me. Very attentive person, and let me know exactly what need to be done. I got one of the three important things done.Next month I will take care of the other two.

DONT COME FOR ANYTHING BESIDES OIL CHANGEDropped my car off for maintenance before opening on day 1 and was told it would be 4 maybe 5 days to get it back. No loaner was offered. Its the end of day 5 now, I've called 5 separate times throughout the day, and I've been hung up on after waiting on hold forever each time. Rodrick, "Rod", was my service advisor and couldn't be reached at anytime between 8:30-5pm because of "how busy he is" according to the operators. I asked to be transferred to literally any other service advisor and again had the call end after being on hold forever. Strongly recommend management start incorporating maintenance updates to the customer. Even if it's gonna take a few extra days, that's fine, just keep people in the loop.Update: it s the end of day 6 and I finally got in touch with my service advisor. They have NOT EVEN LOOKED at my car yet......THEN WHY WAS THE APPOINTMENT FOR 6 DAYS AGO???? JUST TELL ME WHAT DAY TO DROP IT OFF SO I CAN USE MY CAR.You understand each time you go they just don't want you to be there. I'd recommend anyone try a different Hyundai service department before this one if they can help it.

The bumper they replace about two weeks ago is now falling off and the car have over spray all over the car. It looks like I have to go to a different work shop to get it fix properly.After my post and the promise to do some thing about it ,I return to the body shop and I was told it was not there fault but the insurance company who paid for the repair.So Mr Siddiqui what should I do now .Today is the 20 of July and no reply no one seems to care. I was glad I was able to get the assistant I needed a car that took me over 6 10 months to look for finally I was able to have it, there was able to help me with the price I needed and I was able to sign out with the car I wanted All I got to say is thank you

It's been 4 months since my shoes were stolen. The problem has not been rectified. I spoke with the GM Edward Esquivel and still nothing. HORRIBLE customer service. I went for an oil change and my car had a recall. I had a 2pm appointment. No one asked to help me for 15 minutes. I got of my car and went inside. I had to wait another 15 minutes before anyone said anything to me. I was told to go wait by car. I waited another 15 minutes before I had to get out again. My car was FINALLY taken to the back at 3pm. I informed them that I was on my lunch break I couldn't wait long. I was told it would only take 1 hour. At 5:55 pm I was told my car wouldn't be ready and was given a loaner vehicle. A lyft ride was ordered for me and my daughter. I called 6 times to get a lyft ride back to the dealership and was told each time a manager would order it. That NEVER happened I had to pay for my own lyft back. I forgot and left a pair of shoes under the driver seat. My shoes were stolen. Now I'm getting the run around from Victor, Kevin, Dawn. All are supposed to be managers.Service: Oil change

Avoid this place to all cost !!!Unbelievable customer "service" , the only reason this place is still in service is because of there are too few Hyundai service places ...Told me that my car had to be in the shop for 7 - 10 business days for a Diagnosis ... ( that takes about 5min to do )The young black " customer service " gentleman obviously just wanted to get rid of me and my car problem.If you have a chance to book somewhere else do yourself a favor and do so.

14 days and $1500 later, I can tell you their diagnostic does not work. I have older, manual transmission car, so maybe that was the problem.Took it to Brake World. Two days and $275 I am back on the road.Sorry to say, the "fix"was none of the things Lehman Service replaced.

Excellent Customer Service!I just moved in town and came to this Hyundai service center to get a few recalls fixed. Customer service was very accommodating, despite me not making an appointment ahead of time. Everything was fixed in a reasonable time. I recommend you Make an appointment for quicker service. All staff were friendly and professional. This will be my new Hyundai mechanic here in Miami.

The Manager Ariel let me drop off my vehicle even though they had no openings. Let me know it could be a few days before they could look at it. Brandon walked me through the process and got me out quick. The next day they called me to tell me the car was ready. Could not ask for better service.

Friendly employees and good waiting room. Service was good but some delay. They sent me home and picked me up later when the service was done. They did the two jobs I reported when I scheduled my appointment online, but missed the one I asked to the employee who took care of me when I got there, so I have to go there a second time to fix this problem.

Although it took over 3 days - as we were advised - to get to my car after it had to be towed in, they were able to fix it quickly with a computer upgrade and there was no charge even tho it was no longer under warranty. And we got a courtesy carwash. Service writer Roderick was great. He called to tell me they had not gotten to it yet, and then multiple times until he reached me to let me know it was done.We called another dealer before we had it towed and they said they would not get to it for 15 days!

Fast and friendly. They even sent a Lyft take me back home while the service was beeing done and pick me up again when it was finished. They even gave the car back washed and vacuumed. AAA+ service. Very impressive... Will moss certainly recommend to others.

The new manager Henry is very disrespectful towards women and dismissive. He deflects and doesn't take accountability as a manager for how poor the quality of the department has been since he has been there. He is rude and makes accusatory and prejudiced statements.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT is unreliable and unprofessional. Consider when buying a vehicle, if you would trust your family and passengers' safety to a service department who is willing to cut corners at every opportunity presented.I complained about my headlight-light going off and on multiple times and no action was taken. I was told to ignore it. I was serviced by Nestor and Orlando. My headlights are not operational at this moment. I cannot drive my vehicle. Moreover, I was told to wait 1 month for the next available appointment.This could have been prevented if the proper due diligence and inspections were made on time. Total and complete unawareness on the importance of listening to customers.

THEY DAMAGED MY CAR, DROVE IT FOR PERSONAL ERRANDS AND DID NOT FIX THE INITIAL ISSUE THE CAR WAS BROUGHT IN FOR.Worst Customer Service, I DO NOT recommend this Hyundai Service location unless you want your car damaged, used by staff for personal errands and your issue unresolved.Today I dropped my car off for the drive shaft replacement, which should take only a couple of hours. I dropped it at 7:30am and picked it up at 5:30pm a whole business day, just to find out my CAR WAS DAMAGED, was NOT serviced and it was also used by the staff for picking up their lunch and driving around! I have a camera in my car and a GPS and everything has been recorded. In addition to ALL of that, I also found a dent on the left side , above the driver's door. Below are the attached images with the damage and one of the staff members who was picked up to be driven for personal errands. Neither the location Manager nor anyone else in charge has taken responsibility.

Rany was amazing. I really appreciate the entire staff. However, Rany, helped me from the first phone call I had until he delivered the keys back into my hands after the car was finished being serviced. I ve been to two other Hyundai dealerships, the one I bought my car at, in Jacksonville. And then Rick case, where I thought I would do my free oil changes and warranty work. After my first, and last, 7-hour oil change at Rick Case, and terrible customer service to boot, I decided it wasn t worth it to get the free oil changes if I had to go there.I am glad I didn t write off Lehman Hyundai. They re great. And a particular thank you to Rany.Service: General repairs & maintenance
