We went towards the end of the day... and well even if it was another hour for their shift... you can see that we're not at all there... rushing through the service and ready to leave... They made everything to finish fast and get me out... while being fast is great... Rushing makes you diminish the quality and attention to detail... they forgot to put the back tire caps on my tire... and they did not balance any of the tires.. even if I bought from them 4 new... not a complete job in there..I will not go back...

Terrible customer service. Purchased new tires within a year ago. Called to inquire info about warranty. I was forwarded to VM a few times. When someone FINALLY answered, the person rudely stated "That is with manufacture". I stated I am aware I just would like to know when does the warranty expire. I was placed on hold and after 5 minutes the call hung up. I called back a few times and was fwd to VM.

I was having problems with my front passenger tire low air pressure. I, was actually told by another dealer i, needed four new tires and not just one repaired. The sales manager, and the technician, all about the truth. It was determined I didn't need four new tires at over 1600.00. I had a nail my tire. Also the attitudes were pleasant. I personally would recommend this establishment to my family and friends.Service: Tires

Went in for a free alignment check expecting to get my alignment done and willing to get rotation done and oil change as well.Front desk guy (who was very friendly) took me back to the lot, took my keys and then drove my pickup truck partially on to, and then (with quite a loud thud) off of the on-ramp to lift the car, where the car was stuck for the next 20 minutes or so.As this same guy revved his (my) engine full speed up against a metal barrier (and then a snapped 2x4) my back tires literally smoking, I began to contemplate whether he had damaged my truck and what exactly was going on. I don't know what the heck they were doing but they looked like idiots and My car looked like it was taking a beating from these "professionals".Then, after much ado they got my car back on to the on-ramp and about thirty seconds later the formerly friendly guy quickly muttered to me under his breath that the bearings seem damaged on the front of my car (ironically, the part that fell about 3/4 feet off of a ramp), and saying that the mechanic could explain better but he only speaks Spanish (I don't, at least not very well), at which point he ran off to "deal with other customers". They said they couldn't do an alignment because my bearings were "dead", that it would cost anywhere from 900-1500 to replace, and that the car was unsafe to drive anywhere.I took my truck back and haven't looked back. My regular mechanic says the bearing seem alright but recommended an honest shop to get them checked at. Ever since this incident my front tire (where the car was dropped in free-fall) feels a little odd. That being said, this thing has done three trips on the turnpike to homestead and back from Miami without issues. No intense wobbling, no growling, no Play on the tires. Honestly, I believe that these guys are either incompetent or are MAJOR CON MEN and I will never be back. I recommend that anybody with a vehicle they want to continue driving should stay as far away as humanly possible from this place.Complete joke. I could've driven my car off of a sidewalk 50 times and gotten the same result as this "Free Alignment Check". Incompetence? Maybe. But I suspect foul play.Attached picture is the approximate height they DROPPED MY Ford F150 PICKUP TRUCK from. (Photo from their page). Total hucksters.DON'T GET SHAFTED.***EDIT/UPDATE***My trusted mechanic says nothing is wrong with my bearings. I've also been researching and testing myself. No uneven tire wear, no bearing growling when driving, and no play on the tires. Mistake going here, glad I left before shelling over any money.

I had a horrible experience here, they tried to charge me $600 for replacing a starter. Almost $300 for a starter and $300 for less than an hour of labor alone. I was able to buy a starter from advance auto for less than $200 and labor at $300 an hour. I would implore anyone looking to repair their car to go anywhere else. ESPECIALLY If you're a woman, they definitely WILL try to take advantage. Good luck!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I went for an alignment and the person who did it is not a person trained for the job, he scratched my car's skirt and his excuse was "that my car is already in bad condition and that is the least of what I owe worry me (all this with a bad attitude and arrogance). It doesn't seem to me that in addition to scratching my car they make such a comment, I went for a service and I was always polite with all of them, the condition of my car is none of their concern. My car is not in bad condition and if that were the case, they would not have to damage it more than it is. I would not go to this place again and I recommend the manager to be more careful with the employees he hires.

They keep the doors locked during business hours. The worker was on the phone, so I had to wait 5 minutes outside in the hot sun for him to finish before he opened the door. I would expect him to place the call on the brief hold to allow me inside to wait, but he kept putting up his hand saying wait there. Had my car been driveable, I would have left. It took about 45 minutes to change my tire. They only offer new, no used tires and I wish I did not have patronize this business.

I woke up to a flat tire and since this place is close to my house I was able to drive to Russo Tires. I should ve paid the money to have it towed to my usual tire shop because I had a bit so great experience. Upon arriving everyone just looked at me (the mechanics) never offering assistance. Horrible customer service. When I finally did get some help, the gentleman was very blunt and instead of helping with my problem, preferred to elaborate on how bad it was even after i told him I just wanted a brand new tire. While waiting for someone to deny another customer a refund after they sold her the wrong part (I felt so bad for the lady) they continued to tell me about a problem with my wheel but when I asked about getting the sort to replace the issue surprisingly he just brushed me off and said yeah I think that s the part you need but this is by far the worst dent I ve ever seen. The car must dance when you drive. It s dangerous. I got it. I also wanted a solution to this issue but unfortunately I wasn t given a clear one. Horrible service. I felt used after buying a new tire so you know it was bad.

My boss had a nail in her rear drivers side tire and we were desperate to get it fixed to drive to Orlando for a work conference. Every shop we had called was either an hour or more wait, or had closed early. Russo Tires definitely came in as a life saver and attended to us very quick, mechanics were friendly and professional. Nice COVID-19 social distancing waiting area.

I always go to Russo tires Doral location but I decided to come here since I moved to north Miami.. my experience was a bad service, with the oil change they didn t restart the odometer so I had to restart it myself, the alignment is bad, when I came back to check the alignment again they told me that one wheel is more worn than the other so because of that the alignment is bad, but the didn t tell me that before I pay the service, even in venezuela the mechanic warns you that the alignment is not going to be perfect before doing the service, I arrived at 5pm and tell them that my boyfriend would come at 5:30pm for oil change and after he arrived they tell him they couldn t change the oil because they close at 6 and they were doing a service to another car so next day he went to Doral.. at Doral location they check if you need or not coolant, motor filter, cabin filter, wipers, etc.. but here they don t check anything.. I think is the same owner but I prefer to drive to Doral location next time..

I urge all those who are considering to use Russo Tires for engine maintenance to think twice. Russo tires does have reasonable prices when it comes to tires but that s about it.I went to Russo Tires for something as simple as oil change. I thought, who could mess up an oil change. I informed the clerk that I have a high mileage BMW and the consistent oil it run is a 5w30 full synthetic oil. After 15 minutes I get an alert that the service was complete. After paying I noticed on the receipt that 0w40 oil was added instead of the consistent 5w30. After confronting the clerk of the issue, the clerk repeatedly informed me that it did not matter that it was a totally different oil. After driving the car for a few mile I noticed the car started to drive a bit funny. I checked my vehicle s Manuel and discovered that it clearly states that my vehicle was to run 1 specific oil and should not be changed if consistent, for the risk of engine damage. The following week I went to a BMW specialist and not only did he inform me that the correct oil should have been used, the specialist informed me that the drain plug of a BMW must be changed at every oil change and it was obvious that it was not recently changed. The BMW specialist informed that it was standard procedure for the plug to be changed at each oil change. I tried settling this with Russo Tires but they continue to give me the run around and ask me to come to the main office to basically repeat everything I informed them in writing. Russo Fires creates a massive oil leak throughout my engine. There was nothing wrong with my car prior to this service. As my car was being taken out I saw multiple people at the shop looking underneath the hood of my car. The mechanic informed me after the fact that he has no knowledge about BMW engines and that the leak could be coming from a leak within my vehicles turbos.Save yourself the stress the stress that is to come and avoid Russo Tires.
