Owner/operators, beware of taking your truck here. You will be better taken care off at an independent diesel mechanic shop. Took my truck in for rough idling and brakes, first time, work was deemed complete by dealer (changed an injector, Egr valve and a sensor at the intake), I took off and was left stranded on side of road a couple of days later, $1k tow. Their mechanic came back with another diagnosis, this time on high level soot dpf, took them 2 weeks to remove and reinstall, I of course paid for this second bill, no questions asked. Truck continued to have same rough idling, brakes were never fully solved, almost left me stranded a second time. They asked me to take it in a third time but I decided to take my $10k loss and take it some somewhere else. I sensed their mechanic would come back with another diagnosis and I would have to pay once again to find out if maybe my truck would work normally. I have since taken it to another shop and everything is pointing at an injection issue, either loss of pressure at rail, injector or failing fuel pump.Rechtien cost me $10k in bills and $30k in lost revenue and I am still having the same issue. My take is, the mechanic that worked on my truck, is not qualified, he is simply a part changer and the person at sales just relays what the mechanic says as they themselves aren t mechanics.

Parts department personal are non professional and dry people, it's hard to get a help from them.. the expend more time in they mobil phone than trying to help customers.

My service advisor Julio was awesome. He kept me informed during the time my truck was in the shop. His expertise, knowledge, polite and just being a great listener, he s truly a great representative of Rechtien.

Slow Slow Slow If You re a solo owner operator I wouldn t recommend bringing your tractor here, My truck has been here for 15 days and still haven t made it to the bay, Every time I call they tell me my tractor is next in line for diagnostic testing, they don t call you to update you on any information STAY AWAY

Worst place for you to service you truck, I have a yard truck Ottawa waiting for a month to go into the shop to clear a computer error. Sitting on their lot for a month and still not in the shop!!!! At the Miami location, it was informed the truck never got in the shop, so can you provide me a ETA to when the truck will be ready?

I called 4 times. I was transferred to parts 3 times. Nobody answered. The fifth call receptionist rejected my call.Terrible customer service.I called West Palm and on the second ring they answered. VIN number requested. 5 minutes later I had a call with my parts estimate shipped to Naples. Sorry. Owner lost $1,300.00 in sale due annoying and rude personnel

Great dealership to do business with. I start looking for trucks and send 122 emails to all dealers that have some similar of what I was looking for. The only dealer that reply to me was this one. Humberto call me and told about a truck they took in trade he described to me send me photos because I live in GA. We start the process and Abel help me a lot with process too while Humberto was on vacation. They went above and beyond to be sure my truck was in great condition. When I get there to sign the paperwork Alex was amazing helping to get a great rate on the finance for my new company. This is my first truck from them but I already made my mind that I will only be buying from them. I recommend everyone to give them the opportunity to them to earn your business you won t be disappointed. GREAT PEOPLE GREAT DEALER GREAT PRODUCT

Abel customer service is outstanding. I purchased a truck from this place simply because of how outstanding he is to deal with. He takes great care of you during and after the sale. If you need a Truck he is the guy to see. He is honest and and all around great guy.

Great experience! Alex Polo made the whole process very easy to understand, he had everything ready to go and sign to get our new truck. Burt was our salesman he is fantastic super energetic great guy and ready to help with everything we wanted. I highly recommend Rechtien.

On my personal opinion this place is very good!There are accessories for looking everything over you needed for your truck . The work team is very nice and with out let to mention Valentin this guy is very professional and smart worker who knows perfectly his skills and experience job!

Very slow at the parts department, 1,5h for 3 costumers, will never came back again! Don't recommend this place for service also, till I was in my line of 3 people they just talk, I have impression that nobody work here. Now I understand why the charge 1h labor for each bolt... Very dissatisfied

The customer service was unfortunately very bad they refused to apply my tax exempt being recognized in the state of Florida as a corporation business to business requires exemption on sales tax the cashier stated that s not my problem I m not a cashier and ignored me with a serious attitude. it s unfortunate that an establishment that represents international trucks sales parts and service would have such a lack of professionalism and respect for the client.

This company was amazing to deal with. Alex was quick, calm and made the Finance very smooth. Rechtien International Trucks the are true to their word and value of unit. I bought my truck in because of a transmission light was on.they had me finished within three hours. I m very pleased. The gentleman I spoke with in service his name was Angel and was very responsive to my concerns.

This place is pretty good as compared to other internation around united states !!!The guy aulio at the office and the mechianic very very nice humble and helpfull !!!Recommend every one to go this place as they are fast and pretty helpull..!!!

We took our new motorhome in with suspension problems. It is built on an International Durastar chassis. Even though not quite the type of truck they service, they still searched high and low for solutions. We are in awe of their patience and breath of knowledge.

sorry don't want to be negative but if you call both locations ft.lauderdale location at least answers the phone, walking in waiting time are better also so it's not a Rechtien problem it's a location problem

They don't acknowledge you. They walk past you, some sit prentend like they don't see you and when you finally speak out and ask for help, they say "O... I thought someone was helping you." As if they didnt see you walk in. 1st in the parts department then in the Will Call department. Which tell me this behavior is acceptable in this work place
