It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them!From day one when I came to get an estimate to the last day when I had to go pick up my car after repairs (paint job actually), I was worried because it s a brand new Tesla, but they did amazing job with the paint.Thank you Marisol and everyone else for great service and getting my car back on time.

Got into a accident almost 2 weeks ago! Took it for a inspection the very next day! They got me in the following Monday 5/16 was told car would be ready 5/25 and my car was done 1 week later Monday 5/23! Exceptional service , kept me up to date, got done early and it looks like it was never in a accident !! Paint matches perfectly ! Appreciate it ! Was in a Car accident about a month ago in a Tesla Model Y. The whole front of the car was damaged so I knew it would take a while. Thankfully, Martin and his great team managed to get my car ready 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Car looks better than new. No problems what's so ever. I highly recommend them! If I could leave a 0 I would, worst customer service I have ever received since day one of dealing with this company first with the disrespectable employees to the lousy work they provide. My car was received by them on January 2023 we are now in April 2023 and my car is still not up to par. The trunk door was replace and when I received my car I came to notice scratches on the top of it and was told that s normal after a new paint job, I was promised it will be polished and was never done. Also huge gaps and misalignment on the trunk door and was told that teslas always have issues with gaps when my car never had these issues to begin with. As I drove off I realized the center console was broken and that both my front seats motors are not working, called them right away brought the car back and was told the seat were like that when the car arrived and also the center console until they finally agreed to fix the issue. A month later came back so they would polish off the scratches, fix the console and fix the seats. After four hours of waiting only the console was fixed and was told that the motors for the seats had to be approved and ordered. Just took my car to Tesla today explained then the problem that needed to be fixed and they informed me the cables on both seats were installed improperly therefore cutting the wires, what rainbow paint and body did to cover up this issue was wrap the wires with electrical tape. They will not admit it was their fault and their solution is to run it as part of the claim in order for my insurance to cover the cost. I will not recommend this compay to anyone who needs work done to their car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Unfortunately, we had an accident in the Tesla. I was very concerned about who was going to fix my car. The insurance company recommended Rainbow, and I'm very glad they did. The place was full of Teslas, and with reason. They know what they are doing. My car looks great, as if nothing ever happened. I will highly recommend it. Do not fault these heroes on a late delivery of a part. Upon part arrival I felt like it was witnessing an F1 pit crew repair my Tesla. Even with 2 additional parts needed, they sourced them from their existing inventory and had my bumper repaired within hours of receiving the part! Filled my tires and tried to even wash my car but I had to head to the airport. I will ALWAYS go to them when I have a problem with my Teslas

When I left the car it was a bumper and a light. When I picked up the car where radiator, hood, unit sides, and they destroyed my bumper and the bottom and cant longer open the hood a they removed everything but they never put it back a d it looks worse so from 5k estimate it went to 22k. They lost my nose cap. They removed my car the bumper and light when I was parking. It has been 6 weeks. The key was misplaced. The certified mechanics won't see my car without a key. Tesla refuses to make me a key because there is no power on policies. I need to see these policies. "Come to get your car now," and they hang up on me. We have to fix the bumper... It's ridiculous... 22k to fix it, geico says it's total and offering me 17k... 6 weeks without a car, and nobody is helping me....

Marisol answers the phone and scheduled my appointment. She is the absolute best! She is pleasant, patient, caring, and knowledgeable! She worked with me and my crazy schedule. The gentleman that helped me with my car this morning and afternoon was also kind and helpful! I will definitely recommend Rainbow for Tesla owners and return if I ever have another issue! Never did I think that dealing with a body shop would be this easy, they took care of everything. They called the rental company to pick me up and I dropped it off right outside. Car was finished faster than I thought and it's like it never happened. Thank you for you help Marisol!

Made an appointment on their online system for 5PM, instead of calling, Marisol emails me asking me to call them? Red flag already, I said I made my appointment at 5PM she says nobody will be here by then. Email back to see if what's the latest I can get there no response, I call back instead of saying hold please, it goes straight to hold music. Very unprofessional, I don't care if you are Progressive approved I'm taking my business elsewhere after being treated like this. If this is the first impression, no thanks.

Great Body Shop, I trust them 100% with my Tesla .very attentive, nice people , great energy and great prices they really care about their customers. They work with many insurance companies, very smooth process and fast turnaround. Super happy with the results. They are also very good with paint matching I was impressed on my pearl white model 3

Terrific body shop. They took great care of my Tesla, the repair was perfect, and they did it in LESS time than they said they would. They were very well organized and communicated very well. They even seamlessly handled all the details of the loaner rental (I just left it with them when I picked up my car). I just want to give a big shout out to Marisol Albert and the whole crew that works at Rainbow Body in Paint they did such an amazing job on my 2022 Toyota Camry they have left me speechless by the work professionalism and they are very very very reliable I would highly recommend Rainbow paint and body to all the people I know

Amazing service and repairs. I was in a car crash with my Tesla and they did a fantastic job with the repairs. My parts took a little long due to the whole shipment issue but they handled everything very professionally and accommodating. I even went back to fix my seat and they helped me out within 30 minutes. The go-to spot for Tesla repairs for sure.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

I would not use this body shop because at first when I took my car they told me it would be ready on a set amount of time and they still have not given me my vehicle back. They are rude, inconsiderate and I honestlyWould not recommend you using this shop.

I had my vehicle repaired here through State Farm. Everyone there is super nice, specially Georgina who helped me since the moment I called to the moment I picked up my car. Robert and another gentleman also helped me with some questions and made sure the job came out perfect.They really went above and beyond what they had to do and even had my car super clean ready for me when I picked it up.Excellent service!! I definitely recommend this place to anyone!!

I highly recommend Rainbow Paint & Body Shop. Martin and the rest of the team were professional and courteous. I got my Jeep repaired and returned on the date they estimated. The text notifications on the progress of the repairs was a nice surprise. My 7 year old Jeep looks brand new!!

They did a good job with the body/paint on my car; you can barely tell i had any work done. Unfortunately though, I brought by car in there in perfect condition and left with a dead battery and a missing spare tire. When I complained about the battery they told me that they could sell me a good one. It made me feel like they took the one i had and tried to sell it back to me. I didn t realize my spare is missing until now, weeks later. I am very disappointedService: Painting

Rainbow Paint and Body Shop is excellent with there work and service. I had found them through the allstate network to fix my front bumper after my neighbor back into it and from the time i took the car in i was always treated well and very quickly. Today I got my car back and it looks Awsome! just as if it was brand new, and they even detailed the car. There s a receptionist named Georgina who is amazing. She is probably the one who you will be in contact throughout your vehicle repair. I worked for Enterprise Holding, Inc. and she would refer various customers to us. She works very fast and always keeps customer aware of the progress of the car status. They work with all major insurance and the price is reasonable. The location is a little hidden but you can t miss there building.
