This place was recommended to me by a friend and while I was skeptical, I would recommend this place. It did take longer than quoted, but I d rather them take their time, and it paid off. Shop was very professional from the moment I walked in. The gentlemen working the front assured me and my roommate via FaceTime and explained everything professionally. I ve come here to do my tints before and recommended my roommate to do hers here. I just had IRC 30 Window Tint applied to the Front Driver & Passenger Windows. The owner Carlos gave me a wealth of education on the 3 M product selected and applied to my vehicle and it is Street Legal Tint. A shout out to Carlos and his installer. Excellent Job. Overpriced and not professional. They take forever to install the tinting as they never let go of their phone call conversations. I always appreciate it when the professionals coming to my house are careful not to stain or leave dirty tracks when coming in and out. In this case, it was a rainy day and they seemed not to notice the poodles and tracks they were leaving all over. I am sorry but I would not recommend this Company.

I m still perplexed, but by the reviews I see it has happened before. I was on time for my appointment at 10:30am. Carlos/ President was on the phone all the time and 10 minutes into it, he said sorry his boss schedules appointments back to back, and he had another appointment. But in the conversation he did confirm to si coffee. So Carlos President has someone above that apparently makes his life miserable with all the appointments. Carlos came early but like many other people today just because working from home I have meetings and was not available until 10:30am, my confirmed time. Carlos had to go by 10:45am. Really.So, here it is as a professional sales coach andconsultant. My recommendation, don t lie. Got something else tell the truth, but your boss excusedwas unprofessional, lacked integrity, and not to mentioned plain out rude. If you have so much business in the pandemic that allows you only to book appointments for home consultation for 15 minutes. Good for you, you are doing well, anddon t need the work. So prompted to check with other vendors that may need it more. And I hope the coffee was worth it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Got my car tinted here and they told me the tints came with a lifetime warranty, my receipt says so as well. When all the tints started bubbling I called them to get my tints replaced. The lady said I needed the warranty card. I told her I never received one because they never gave it to me but I did have my receipt stating it comes with a lifetime warranty. Apparently this wasn t enough so now I m stuck with bubbled windows. Save your money and go somewhere that values their customers and actually uses quality products.

I don't understand companies. I called up on Monday and asked them if they took appointments. The receptionist tells me that the sole window tinter is at a doctors appointment and has no clue when he will be back. Huh? I ask about bringing my car in for a tint job. She tells me not today, maybe tomorrow. I ask about appointments, they don't take them.I call back the next day around 9:30 am. She tells me that they have a car already and that I should try to bring mine in around 12:00 pm. It takes their installer 2 1/2 hours to tint a vehicle. Must be a huge vehicle. I then tell her that i'm only a couple of miles from the shop and that if she calls me, i can be there in like 10 minutes. Nope, can't do it and we don't take appointments.It's amazing that a company has a client like me that is willing to give them money and all I ask in return is for a phone call, so that neither of our time is wasted. Nope can't be done.Went with another company that was a little further away but had the same product (3M) and was more than willing to give me an appointment. I would recommend you pass on this place, unless you want to sit there all day waiting for an opening.

Terrible tinting business. Overpriced and inefficient. They take all day to install the tints, which are not done properly. Therefore, customers have to return and waste another day for them to hopefully get it right. Not worth the price or the hassle. Make sure you inspect every inch of your vehicle before and after if you take it to them, which I don't recommend. Just about the only good thing they have is the 3M material. Stay away from this place

Dear Ms. Clark:I have known Mr. DeCespedes since childhood and the birth of this business, many, many years ago. If you put together all the film this man personally and his company professionally has installed, it would probably reach Pluto and back. There is a reason the company is known by its title, Professional Window Tinters, because he is the kind of person that lives by that code. I'm certain if there was some way to satisfy a disgruntled client, he would have found it. Imagine having a company in SoFla in the same location for 40 years..Name two...Please, Carlos, please keep serving customers as you have for so long.
