Super expensive. 100% retail markup on parts!?! If your part is $100 retail they will charge you $200 for the same part. Most places charge 20-50% markup. I was told they "only used the best parts." Based on their pricing, I thought I was paying for high performance parts. Well, after the installation, I found they used aftermarket, entry-level replacement parts. A good part maybe, but nowhere near the "best parts" like they claim. I was upset that I spent over $3000 to redo my suspension basically back to stock. So, I called around. It should have been half that price for what I got. However, for that same $3000 price, I could have gone to another shop and had a performance air-ride suspension installed instead of a basic OEM replacement. My mistake. Don't make the same mistake I did.

We had a great first time experience at Pro Works. The owner is honest and so nice and friendly. He could have done thousands of dollars worth of repairs on our car and instead gave us an honest suggestion that more and more problems would arise and it just wasn't worth it. I will continue to use this shop in the future.

I've been going to Pro Works for over 10 years. The experience there is hands down the best. I always see Randy and the guy is a master at what he does and will never stir you the wrong way. Everyone else there is great too! I've never been over-charged and my cars have always been repaired the right way.

Very accommodating and honest. Been taking my various cars there for years. Never had a problem even though the ownership changed.
