Prestige Auto Body is the only place I trust to repair my vehicle in South Florida! Prestige Auto Body has the best customer service! They were wonderful to work with and made the process of updating my car, very simple. Jason was a magnificent partner with a very High sense of customer service and communication skills. I m really happy, beyond words with their work on my car!I would recommend everyone to use Prestige.

this was the worst body shop I've ever been to after be given so many promises about the price and repairs at first it took me over 9 months to get my car fully fixed and the right way my car was given to me with less than half a tank and after i took it back for the rest of the job, I had to wait 2 weeks more, it was returned to me with scratches on the side, Jason kept on charging my insurance more money and the paint was cheap, since it chipped off after a month after it was all done, I would give this place Zero Stars if I could, this is the Worst shop in Miami and He will lie to you in your face and tell you what you want to hear, So beware! I will never recommend this shop to anyone at all.

Excellent service! I came across Prestige Auto through Google. Went with my gut feeling after reading awesome reviews. I called the shop and got an appointment to meet with Jason that very morning. Upon arriving I was greeted by the girl in the front who was very sweet and professional. Jason walked me through the process and within a week after sorting everything out with my insurance, I dropped off my car. During the process Jason was incredibly professional and informative about the repairs being done on my car and communication with my insurance. 10/10 I highly recommend! My car is back to new and I am super happy with how everything turned out. Thank you Jason and team!

After my accident I shopped around and wasn t convinced. The moment I called prestige Jason was very clear and informative. He made me feel at ease leaving my car there. Every step of the way we spoke about what was going on with my car. I really appreciated being treated like I was involved in the process. They did an excellent job on my car. Our experience with this company was nothing but amazing! Jason set us up for the repairs and worked with the (person at fault) insurance company which turned out to be very challenging. Vanessa was always polite and was great to work with. And last Jose was the nicest person I've ever met. This is a great place to bring your car for auto body repairs. The people at Prestige are the best they took great care of me. I first went to two other shops for estimates and then went to prestige. Out of the three shops Prestige was the only one who took their time to give me a through estimate. Hector took his time to explain everything that needs to be done to my vehicle and he also did his best to save me money, which the other two shops had no interest in doing. Not only did Hector give me a lower price than the other two shops but when I got my car back he exceeded my expectations, they did a flawless job repairing the damage on my car and the paint looks amazing. It is a family run organization and his mother is very sweet and will take her time to help you in any way that she can. I definitely recommend Prestige to anyone who is in need of body or paint work done on their vehicle, you will notice the difference in the quality of their work and in their customer service. Thanks Prestige for taking such great care of me.

I chose Prestige to repair my new truck (accident without making the first payment). Hector waited for me for around 2 hours after the shop closed in order to help me. Prestige is the definition of placing customers first. They are honest, respectful, and fair. But customer service in the body repair industry is only a portion of a shop s reputation; the actual repair outcome is crucial. My truck honestly looks better than when I bought it. Prestige should be your choice for auto body repairs, no questions asked. Thank you Hector, Jason, PT and the rest of the Prestige team for DELIVERING excellent service.

As a new mom, I rarely have the time to Yelp anymore, however, I felt that Prestige Auto Body deserved my "Yelping".After searching online for local body shops around the (33176) zip code, I came across Prestige and decided to contact them for some accessory work on my vehicle. The receptionist, Carmen, was a doll; she was beyond pleasant over the phone, and told me her son, Hector, would contact me before days end regarding a quote. Hector contacted me almost immediately after I spoke with his mother. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Although he had a lot of work, he told me to bring my vehicle in the following day. My husband dropped my car off in the morning, and by 1:00 pm. we received a call that it was ready to be picked up.From the moment I contacted Prestige Auto Body to the moment I picked up my vehicle, the service was second to none. I truly appreciate their kindness, honesty, and above all, their professionalism!Thank you for taking such great care of my car. Hopefully we won't need any bodywork done to our vehicles, but if we do, we will be sure to contact Prestige!

Over a Year ago our 2010 Chevy Malibu needed body repair including engine replacement. The car was evaluated by Prestige Auto who dealt with the insurance co. The service was super fast and the car looked and felt like new. It was a good experience.Here we go again...but this time with a rare catastrophic engine/alternator problem. We were expecting horrible news and out of pocket expenses thru the roof. We had the Malibu towed to Prestige Auto for damage assessment. Hector called the next day to let us know that the engine warranty was extended due to nature of the damage and I would bet his negotiation skills had a lot to do with it. He went out of the way and got us another engine at no charges. Wow!Totally unexpected!People out there should know that "Prestige Auto Body" has great mechanics and rare honest management that will protect you. Citizens of Kendall, Perrine, The Falls and Palmetto Bay should take notice and pay a visit.You are the best Hector!Alex and Marie

Prestige Auto Body did an outstanding job repairing my daughter's car. It had a sizable dent with some rust, and we had to ask for a rush job since she was going back up to college. They got it done on time, and the car looks like new. They even went above and beyond with cleaning and detailing the car afterwards. Awesome work at a great price! I highly recommend them!

I was in for a pleasant surprise when I originally went in for an estimate for a problem I had with my car. I expressed to Hector, the owner, that I wanted to fix my car to sell it at a good price. He told me that he would not only assess and fix any immediate problems with the vehicle but could also assist me in selling the vehicle.In a matter of a couple of weeks, my car was sold. Hector not only showed a great level of service in fixing my car but a high level of professionalism in carrying out the sale at a great price.I definitely recommend his services and I can definitely say I found a mechanic I can trust.

From the moment i arrived had a professional attention. Excellent explanation of the fees and expenses of the arrangement, they even helped me with a touch of paint in some scratches. the car was ready at the time they told me and for my surprise they handed me a super clean car. They also helped me with the car rental service. I hope I don't have to go back, but I will surely come back here if I need to. Impeccable work! Highly recommend prestige auto body

Prestige Auto Body is great. When I picked up my car it got a big WOW! The repair work was impeccable and they returned the car clean and shiny. Hector was extremely courteous and attentive. I would recommend this shop very highly. And, should I need an auto body shop in the future, they would be my number one choice.

Prestige Auto Body is forthright with issues, priced fairly, and staffed by exceedingly competent people. I have zero complaints with the brake job they did on my '87 Firebird. It's clear they take the quality of their work very seriously.Hector, Carmen, and Paul are personable and understand the importance of building strong customer relationships. I am definitely coming to them with future work.

Hector and Prestige Auto helped me with my Tesla. Amazing work. I can t say enough. Hector and his staff would provide me updates regularly and got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Amazing. Would definitely recommend.

I ve worked with them two times and both have been great. Jas�n and Hector have both been amazing. They truly care about making sure you have the best posible experience with something so unpleasant as having your car being repaired. Hector went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and my car got repaired to my satisfaction.

Brought my Chrysler 300 in for front collision damage. They worked with the dealer to match prices for OEM equipment even when my insurance wouldn't cover the cost. Hector (the owner) personally addressed all my concerns and the work performed was flawless and professional. The shop was clean and the workers all seemed happy to work there. Great environment. Great work. Great service.

Working with Prestige Auto Body was a wonderful and an easy experience. Everyone was very polite and friendly. My Honda Accord turned out looking like new after the damages that were done to the left side. Not only did they repair the damages but they left it looking immaculate inside and out. I was happy with their work!

Went there to get ignition coils done. They charged me 1/3 of what my dealership had asked me to pay for the same service and my car has been running smoothly for the past 3 weeks. Happy with the service. One negative is that they did not keep me updated with the status of the vehicle and I had to call to find out my car had been repaired hours ago...

Prestige Auto Body Inc. was a very positive experience. We were referred to by our insurance co. and a colleague at work. We did not know what to expect. My colleague describe Hector as honest and fair.I was not disappointed. Hector was friendly, direct and specific to the fact. I expected the car to be available in over 4 weeks. Within two weeks I received a call from Pamela...the car will be ready in two days. Wow!The car looks so much better, replaced engine run well and the exterior is sparkling.Super service by Hector and staff. Highly recommended....5+ !

I've dealt with Prestige several times now and have been completely satisfied every time. Their business is very professionally run. They are courteous, helpful and honest. Hector Lopez is very knowledgeable and willingly shares his wealth of information with his customers. The shop is very detail oriented which results in top notch work. My experience was the best customer service and job well done I've ever had anywhere. They look out for the best possible solution that's most cost effective for people like me who are paying out of pocket. They inspect the vehicle, give you an estimate and possible outcomes as far as what might be behind the wreckage. They repaired my vehicle at least 2 weeks before I thought it would be ready and when I arrived to pick up my ride I was shocked at how much better my car was even before my wreck. The paint matched perfectly it was just beautiful and the cost was less than the estimate they gave me. I recommend Prestige auto to anybody who needs superb quality customer service and work needed on their car. SIMPLY THE BEST IN FLORIDA! I brought my Chevy Tahoe to get my front bumper repainted after closing the garage door accidentally on it. Hector was patient and broke everything down in explaining the process of bringing my front end back to its original beauty. The work done was flawless, and the vehicle came back looking better than it did before the accident. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Carmen who was a pleasure to meet when it came down to settling my bill. You will not be disappointed, the work speaks for itself.

I found Prestige through reviews and If there were 10 stars then that s what they deserve. From the moment I called to the moment I picked up my car I was helped by Louis and Jason one of the owners. Everyone is on the same page and that is providing a service that makes you feel like you are family.I met Jason one of the owners when I came by to bring the estimate on the repairs from my adjuster from Geico. I felt very comfortable with how straight forward and honest he was.I was walked through everything by Jason & Hector. They were honest and respectful and I was never left waiting for an answer or given the run around. These guys picked up the phone and spoke to me each time I called.They were also really great about working with my car insurance (Geico) and worked for meas the customer to receive the best fitting parts from for my car. These guys worked for me and to make sure that my car looked like it did the day I bought it. As a woman, I am always cautious. I felt very comfortable Thru out the entire process.Not only will I return to them for any other body work but I refer them to my friends.I can t thank you guys enough!Thank youJason, Hector and Luis

Please READ everyone....!!!! I never really sit down to write a review so listen carefully guys.1. I went to multiple locations to get a quote on my bumper, and my fender and it was around the same price every where.2. But once I arrived at this location and I spoke to Hector I knew just in a few short minutes that I was at the right location to get the job done.3. Don't take my word for it guys go to the location and speak to ether Hector or Jason and once you let them explain your options you will understand the point I'm trying to make.4. Hector even went as far ask calling the dealership right in front of me so I could see for myself how much the parts were going to equal up to. ( He was on Speaker phone )I truly your experience is as good as mine and good luck.

I can't tell you how much this company helped me in repairing my SUV but ill try. The SUV that I own had a little Boo Boo. The damage almost totaled the SUV. But because we love this car so much and it is still in good shape Hector worked with me and the insurance company to bring the total cost of the repair under the total estimate. I have never dealt with a company that actually cared about the customer as much as Hector. Thus Auto Body shop is top notch in my book, you will leave as a satisfied customer. Trust me the SUV looked better when i picked it up than it looked before the Boo Boo.THANK YOU HECTOR and the Employes that worked on the SUV. 7/29/2013
