RIP ME OF OUT OF 108 DOLLARS, PLACE AN INTERNET ORDER I PAY THRU PAYPAL. WENT I WENT TO PICK UP THE PART THEY COULD NOT FIND THE ORDER AND THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE CANCELLED AND I WILL RECEIVE A REFUND. PAID FOR THE PART CASH ON THE SPOT, NEVER RECEIVED THE REFUND. BOTTOM LINE DONT BUY NOTHING ONLINE WITH THIS PEOPLE OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. I GUESS THEY NEED THE MONEY MORE THAT I DO. THIS IS HIALEAH YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, LESSON LEARNED.

Gave us the run around. Cashier wanted to act like she didn t speak English to my black boyfriend & when I come in to speak Spanish to her, she knew how to speak English quickly. Never again a customer!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! NO RETURN POLICY!!!! I BOUGHT A HOOD FROM THEM AND IT ARRIVED DAMAGED AND THEY NEGLECTED ME.I WAS STUCK WITH A DAMAGED PART AND LOSSED MY MONEY.THE SHIPPING WAS ALSO EXPENSIVE BUT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING AFTER YOU MADE YOUR PURCHASE.I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT THE SHAM THEY HAVE GOIN ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a set of headlights and the driver was a cool guy but the 2 boxes where dirty with hand prints everywhere and one headlights was used and scratch it look like a butcher returned them and they accept them back and didn t even bother to open the box, I had no other choice to take them like that since I was hours of transporting my daughters car to California for college. At least they answer the phone at all times and they are real nice people I guess whoever is doing returns is not doing his job the right way.

They called the police on me and had me charged for trespassing because I voiced my opinion about a incorrect part they sold me. Wasn't trying to get refunded. Just needed credit for new parts I ordered. Because they did not have correct part. Manager offered me $28 on a part I paid $140 for. Because it passed 15 days even though they sold me the wrong part. I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at this establishment over a 16 years period and this is how they reward their customers.

My part was perfect. The employee that took my order was nice but, when it came time to pay now that is another story. It was a older woman who didn't speak English well. This woman had an attitude and was very rude. I had to ask for someone else to cash me out. Also if you don't have an account with them or if you're not paying in cash except to PAY MORE!

Wow!! Customer service on the phone has changed! We have been purchasing here since it first started with Manny and Migdonio.Great people to deal with. Great pricing and fast shipping.Our delivery is usually done by Bryan which is a pleasure to have our parts delivered by him.We usually speak to Jesus, sales associate, great customer service and very polite on the phone.

Worst customer services ever online depart never answers and when other department answers they care less about your issues . It s been 3 days now and I can t get my part or a refund they sent a guy to deliver my part the first day he does even speak English he couldn t even explain to security where he was going even though I provided all the information the company needed to deliver I will never do business with this place again and don t recommend anyone too . Please refund my money or get my part to me before tomorrow

I was calling to find a part for my vehicle and eddy or at least he told me he was eddy had a very rude customer service I always bought my parts with ypu guys but you need to improve your customer service especially with eddy this person was very unprofessional and rude to me , I never had this problem before

You can t beat their prices and not having to wait for shipping! All of the staff is very friendly and efficient as possible! They also sell tires and have some good deals on those as well depending on your tire size. All the products are good quality

I am a shop and I purchased from them in the past every time I order the part never arrives when you call they tell you today when it should have been yesterday like they said when it would be but they don t call to inform you then you call to speak to the manager (Ralph) and he will put the blame on the customer when this happens 99% of the time maybe none of the staff including Ralph doesn t want to take the blame for anything when they can t get it right not the customer it s simple with this place you place the order correctly and hope to get your parts on time and correct! They lost our business a long while ago!

Good place to find wherever parts that you need. But prices are high. So high . Plus if you trying to return your item . They just give you a credit for the amount that you spend. No fair because they don't give you your money back .so before you try to buy something with them make sure that your buying is the right product good luck

Surprised to find out the warranty on parts is non existent, was transferred to a manager who said warranty was 1 or two months.. bought set of headlamps for a customer 10 months later the moisture is getting inside lamp called in for replacement under warranty.. paper work does not list warranty period. surprised really - otherwise they have good prices and good delivery.

I placed an order on Friday morning to be delivered that afternoon to an address different than what's listed on my account. The rep confirmed and repeated the address back to me. The delivery never made it to me because for some reason it still had the main address on the order. I was told there was a glitch in the system. Nevertheless I needed those parts that day. I spoke to a manager who said there was nothing he could do other give me a 5% discount if I came to pick up the parts. I explained it was not my fault, but nothing could be done. I picked up the parts the next morning, Saturday, and was given a 10% discount and an apology for the incident. I have been doing business with them for years and I look forward to many more.

They have the best parts in the whole of South Florida. Other people are trying to compete with them but they're are losing the fight. I love how you can walk in there and get served fast and be on with your day. I been going there for 6 years strong I would love to work with them in there warehouse but I be scared to go there and get turn down because of all the employees they have there. But the place is awesome they deliver to you and they speak Spanish and English I love them. And the owner is a cool dude I sat in his office one very cool Individual

This place is heading down the drain, they went front being the best aftermarket company to the worst. The drivers are awesome, they have a big inventory with the best prices around town.They use to deliver twice a day, now I'd be lucky if I get my parts in 2 days, which that just really screw up the flow of work through the shop. Big inconvenience.

Worse customer service I've ever experienced. Will not own up to their mistakes and will put the customer through the ringer on a return that they clearly messed up. The online rep needs a lot of customer service training. As a fairly new customer, I will never buy from them again once a return the item.

THE WOREST RETURN PROCESS- THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM SELL THE PRODUCTS BUT IF ITS TIME TO REPLACE IT UNDER WARRANTY-THERE IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM.

Terrible terrible. I have called and the person who answers can t help you so they transfer you to a line where no one answers. If someone does answer you can hear them take the phone off hold dial some numbers then place you back on hold.
