Bad experience !!! I was charged $650 and the car still have the same problem! after they did the job they said that it was another problem. The lady has the worst attitude from them all. She acts like she is doing you a favor and taunts you of not giving you the vehicle if you are not satisfied with the service. Stay sway from these scammers. if i cpud i wuld give zero stars.

Brought my car in to get my CV Axle on the front left side repaired. OEM part was on backorder with no ETA, so my only option was getting the axle fixed. I brought it here, and the axle broke 4 times since bringing it to them. Each time they would repair it, it would last less than a week. They charged me $600 to repair an axle, which they never even properly fixed. Now they re refusing to honor the warranty despite a paying for a $600 job that fixed nothing. They also refuse to give me a refund for the parts. I understand not refunding the labor but $400 for a CV Axle is just a straight up scam. Only reason I paid for this in the first place was because they claimed to be able to fix my original axle without needing to order a new one, since the new one was backordered. The owner of this shop is also extremely disrespectful. She would not take responsibility for the cv axle, and she would go on to blame me for the damage, saying I race my car and it s my fault. If this was true, both axles would be broken, not just the one that YOUR shop repaired 4 times unsuccessfully. This place is nothing but a SCAM. None of them know what they re doing, they just put tape and call it a day. This place should be shut down to be honest, that s how disrespectful the whole experience was.Service: Steering & suspension repair

These work shop are a bunch of crooks.I work 2 blocks away, I got to work in the morning and rite when I park 1 of mine lower a arms bolt snapped while car was parked I had my car towed to them and left It. They called me that my lower a arm was bent due to bolt snapping. So I told them to go ahead and replaced, since I work 2 blocks away I passed by there just to have a look and 1 of there mechanics had my old a arm out and he was painting it to make it look like new, when he saw me he looked like he saw a ghost didn t even want to talk to me. Had my old lower a arm put back on. Don t take your car there people they are robbing the hard working people.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is one of the worst rack and pinion companies. Do not take your car to this place. They are a total rip-off. They were supposed to stop the power steering, leaks but my car continues to leak. I went back several times and they took my car around the back and pretended as if they stopped the leak for the third time. They never changed certain parts as indicated on the receipt. They are ALL in it together. Do not let the older noncertified mechanic work on your car. When I went back for the last time the screaming lady and the other mechanics were saying I needed something else done to stop the leaks which should have been done in the beginning, and wanted additional monies from me. . CUSTOMERS BE AWARE. THESE REVIEWS ARE REAL. The City of Miami should not allow this company to be in business, especially when they have been reported multiple times. Their licenses should be revoked permanently. They deserved no star, not even a half-star.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Will not recommend it. I went there cause it had good reviews but definitely not good at all. Went to get a job done and they left my engine cross member loose. I had to take it to a mechanic the next day. There he showed me what they had done. He said it's normal practice so that the customer goes back and they tell you it's engine mounts gone bad. You pa y them for new mounts and all they do is tighten what they left loose. Should have known better when I saw another customer yelling at one of the mechanics and calling them thieves. Go else where and save yourself the trouble.

They are the worst stay away from these people. They charged me almost double of what the repair for a rack and pinion job cost and they don't honor the 1 year warranty on parts and labor. The rack and pinion broke 10 months later and they got mad and told me I had to give them $200 for the same job I paid them $750 for. Please stay away from these crooks.

Took my Volkswagen GTI to get 2 CV Boots replaced since they were the most affordable shop at $80 per boot. Within one month, one of them cracked open and started leaking grease. Got that one replaced at no charge but now 1 year later both CV Boots are once again cracked and leaking nasty and sticky black grease all over my brand new rims. Warranty is only good for 3 months and for labor only. After calling the shop, and explaining to them that the boots should last several years, I was told that my only option would be to pay for another set of boots. On top of that they take forever to do the job, I got there at 11am and left at almost 5pm. The customer service area is an open bay with no A/C with one hot, dirty couch. Plus be aware that the shop is located in Allapattah, one of the worst ghettos in Miami. So, like the saying goes, "You get what you pay for". Not worth it, go somewhere else.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING TO THIS PLACE. THE ARE CROOKS. THE REBUILD THE STEERING RACK WITH OUT REPLACING THE BUSHING WHICH DOES LET YOUR CAR BE ALIGN. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY LIED TO MY FACE THAT THE BUSHING WERE GOOD AND THEY WEREN'T. AFTER THE OWNER TOLD ME TO TAKE THE CAR BACK TWICE NOTHING WAS DONE. I RECOMMEND SPENDING A LITTLE MORE MONEY AND GOING ELSEWHERE. THE LADY WHICH OWNS THIS PLACE IS A CROOK AND HER EMPLOYEES ARE DRUNK ALL DAY CAUSE I HAVE SEEN THEM DRINKING WHILE WORKING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCAL CROOK.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Called to get a quote for my Honda 2000. they give me a fair Price. next day in the morning i took my car and as soon i got there they started to work on my Car. i got my car back the same day nice job!!!

Not recommended. Check the alledged lifetime warranty they claim to give you on their products. Read the repair paperwork and you will see it's only 30 days. Not organized at all and the manager is constantly screaming orders or questions to employees.

These guys are not professional at all. I dropped my Acura TSX at 12:00 noon they said the car will be ready in 3-4 hours I called back at 4:00 pm the car was not ready. The guy said someone had an accident and it will be done next day but they never call me. And they also install the wrong rack and pinion now I am calling them they don't pick up the phone.

Fast service! My car was done quicker than expected. Woman at front counter spoke English and Spanish. Very friendly. They also garranty their work.

Worst place ever bad customer service had to come back to fix the problem I paid to fix in the first place. They had my car for four days even when I came with a appointment. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER CAME HERE
