THIS THE WORST DEALERSHIP IN FLORIDA. THEY TELL YOU TO BRING YOUR CAR IN THEN HAVE IT SIT THERE FOR DAYS AT A TIME WHILE YOU ARE CARLESS. THEY DON'T GIVE OUT LOANER TO BLACK PEOPLE. MY TRUCK WENT THE FOR A SENSOR WHICH IM STLL UNDER WARRANTY FOR. THEY WAIT FOR YOUR WARRANTY TO EXPIRE THEN WANT TO SELL YOU A EXTENDED WARRANTY. THIS WHOLE DEALERSHIP IS A FREAKY JOKE NO ONE IS EVER WORKING THEY ARE ALWAYS ON THERE PHONES. YOU GET NO UPDATES ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE. IF I COULD RATE LOWER I REALLY WILL IT WILL BE -1

We stopped at Ocean Cadillac because we was tricked to go to Toyota of Hollywood on a 2022 escalade. After Toyota of Hollywood sales representatives lied to my wife and I about having one. Basically false advertising they had one. We drove 4hrs to buy it.Then we seen another advertising at Ocean Cadillac we drove there and after a few hours we come to a deal on a new 2023 Cadillac escalade esv 600. I definitely recommend this company for your next Cadillac purchase.

This ocean Cadillac is fantastic. The people who work here are very caring and really treat their customers with tender loving care and want to make sure that they get the car that they really love. It's nice to know that there are car dealerships that really care about the people that buy them. I would really I would recommend this place to anybody. The woman that works in the front she is awesome I give a shout out to her she helped me a lot in the bathroom.

I understand a 1pm appointment to get an estimate to sell my car. The contact person was no where around. He showed up around 115, I was told it would take 15 minutes, 30 minutes later still waiting after I told him I had to be somewhere at 2.

Good customer service by the writer first time i went for an oil change. But overall terrible. When I had an issue with my car. They tried to rip me off for a repair my car didn't need. Good thing they wouldn't negotiate the price. Took my car elsewhere and saved $900. Okay if all you need is an oil change but do not trust if your car actually needs repairs.

Barbara in the the service department is very committed to giving quality service. Thanks again. Barbara for giving me the highest standard of customer service from Cadillac. But Im still waiting on that warranty on the engine you should have my email thanks again.

Without a doubt, Maurizio Orengo is the person you want to see!Now, I say that with all sincerity. But, don't be fooled.Everyone that passed by me and/or interacted with me, were in a state of "are you being well cared for?"Not only the fine folks in the sales office!But, the financial guru, took out time to make things painless.I can only say,If you are in the market for a new caddy, don't waste time! Call Maurizio, if he is unavailable, not to worry.You are still in for a great day!

We bought a car from here and the pushed Ally which gave us a higher 8ntrest rate. Plus we signed up fr the service plan which they never entered into the system. And the leather on the dash is peeling!
