My car buying experience at Ocean Club exceeded any expectations I had about purchasing my new car. Ricky and his team went above and beyond to make me comfortable when weighing the options available to me on the lot. Ricky was transparent and provided me all of the information for my car up front to help me make an educated decision. The process was quick once I made the final choice of which car I was going to be driving off with. I honestly appreciate their patience with me and all of my questions/concerns. Not for a second did I feel pressured by anyone or overwhelmed.The location is very easy to find on an iconic road (bird road). Ocean Club maintains their space clean starting the parking lot to their offices inside. It really makes a difference when you work with a team of people who really love what they do and demonstrate that through their customer experience.10 s across the board from me on this car buying experience.

If you re looking for a smooth, yet exciting experience when buying a car, this are going to be your people. They really take the time to understand your needs, they explain to you every single detail without any pressure. In my personal experience, Ruben Gonzalez treated me as a Family member, this is my 3rd purchase with him and honestly I don t see myself going somewhere else to fulfill my car needs but here. From Ruben, to the manager, to the finance guy Gaby, I just have to say THANK YOU ALL!! You guys are Family to me, can t wait to keep growing with you!!

This dealership has messed up my business partners credit we ask them that the deal had to be under the business only and they lied. I will be making a video post on my social media talking about this dealership and Gabriel is a lier and will do anything to get a car sold. His lucky Miguel don t go over there and knock his teeth out. If the owner wants to call me he can call me.

Most embarrassing and horrible experience of my entire life, so over the weekend i go play golf with my friends and they see my new car two of them are lawyers and ask me if i made a downpayment on my company car, i told them that they said at the dealership, i had to put a down payment to get the car. they was all laughing at me and telling me they got me. i thought i was dealing with someone professional and this dealership would not rip me off they was going over the contract laughing at me cause i put a downpayment. they are telling me i did not have to do any down payment if i did not want to make one. one of them gave me this agencies to contact, im going file a complaint with the federal trade commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the state attorney and then take this information over to him. you live and learn never doing business with this dealership again i was even going to tell the CEO and president of the company to purchase more cars from here.

We had the best experience with Ocean Auto Club. We live about 6 hours away but found the perfect car online. Ruben was incredibly helpful and responsive during the purchasing process. The Ocean Auto team was able to reserve the car for us and do all the paperwork via DocuSign. Quick and painless! We picked up our car the next weekend and they had it ready to go for us when we arrived. Worth the drive and we will be loyal customers for life. Thank you!

WORST PLACE TO SHOP FOR A VEHICLE , THEY DONT CARE ABOUT HOW CUSTOMERS FEEL .I BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM CAR WAS FULL OF SCRATCHES AND HITS SO THEY MADE ME WAIT A WHOLE WEEK TO EVEN USE YHE CARE AFTER THE WEEK THEY TOLD ME MY CAR WAS READY AND I WAS WAITING 3 HOURS AT THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE CAR . THEY LIE AND SAY WHATEVER TO MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD BUT NEVER IS IT TRUE .TBEY TOLD ME THEY WILL FILL UP MY CAR AND END UP LYING AND GIVING IT TO ME EMPTY

Incredibly helpful. The staff and management were extremely courteous. There wasn't any pressure to buy. Very honest and upfront dealership. Dealership boasts high end high quality cars. They also have the best hot chocolate in South Florida!

Bought a vehicle from this dealer and was initially impressed by there willingness to work with me. However everything became a disappointment soon after. I was buying the vehicle out of state and had to fly to get there. I had initially requested the possibility of a ride from the airport at arrival and when I finally arrived they told me they had other customers and I should Uber. After arriving maybe 15 minutes later there was no one there except staff. The vehicle also had a 1/4 tank gas which they never filled and when mentioned they didn't do anything about it. After purchasing I found the vehicle has an issue with filling at the pump which they said the vehicles still under warranty. At my first oil change at a dealer closer to home I was told all four of my wheels were bent which cost me a fortune to repair. They also told me my tires were 3/32nds and one was below that. I was never told any of this when purchasing the vehicle and feel as though I should never have been sold a vehicle with such issues. When I tried calling the manager multiple times for weeks I got no call in response and the closest I got was the receptionist saying she will give me concern to the manager. I regret purchasing a vehicle from Ocean Auto Club and am not considering purchasing from them again.

Started off super convenient I was told to just come in to pay the down payment and leave with the vehicle. Of course I arrive and they want to charge me a ridiculous amount when that s not what I agreed to. Bait and switch! I literally did everything online and asked several times for them not to waste my time. Yet, my time was wasted. Thanks.

I had been to about 8 dealers prior to going to Ocean Auto Club, which is more of a car-club than a dealership. It's so suave in its appearance and everyone there was EXTREMELY friendly and catering to the customer's requests and desires. Absolutely recommend.

Called after seeing a CLA listing online. Car was clean, sounded good and they took my trade with no hassle basically giving me what I was quoted on THOSE sites (She was super clean though). Miguel Greeted me at the door, Pedro, mi HERMANO, was super cool through the test drives and selling process. And the man of the hour was Gabriel, he did what needed to be done to secure the drive off. One of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. GO HOLLA AT PEDRO!!!!Thank you Ocean Mazda team.

Lies Lies Lies sales people lie to you credit management try to sell you upgrades on a contract you have no legal recourse on and then the Best part the general manager is guy has no sham what he dose to a poor woman starts screaming at you on the phone over talks yell at the top of his lungs unbelievable she just wanted help to make repair to a problem they knew existed horrible place don't buy a car there floks.
