Silvio Andr�s and the whole team are super cool people and very responsible! I ve been working with them since 2020 and they fix all my cars specially classics. I recommend this place to anyone that has an AC issue. Pricing is great and the customer service is the best.

Broke my car's display and then showed me photos trying to 'prove' the car's display was already broken before I took it to them to disassemble the dash to fix the AC. Don't care about the broken display, mistakes happen, but taking 'before' photos after breaking it is dishonest. I've looked at that display multiple times a day for 11 years straight - there isn't a chance I wouldn't have seen it broken before dropping it off.

I have been taking my vehicles to this locationFor a good while already.No complaints, and prizes are reasonable comparing other shops.Personal always here's your concerns and address them!I will continue to service my family vehicles here,And do recommend them.

I ve been here each time for a/c repair and while you do need to wait they always come through with cold a/c, the prices are fair but you get what you pay for.

I barely ever go out of my way to write a review but in this occasion I believe it's the right thing to do, I've been a customer for years and have brought several of my vehicles here, The staff is courteous and attentive. They are well equipped, organized, knowledgeable and with certified mechanics. They have earn my trust. They are straight forward with their pricing and service. Just today, I took in my 2005 Ford Escape for an estimate due to a leak. They spent over and hour to come up with the diagnostics and my estimate. I told them that I will have to come back during my vacation in about two weeks. They waived the cost of the estimate. Now, who else does that? Thank you OA Auto, Keep up the great service.

Went today at 8 am. I stayed there to know the diagnostic. Finally after eleven they checked the car. Estimate was $2368.08 . My car is a Patriot 2017 and a/c stop working. I decided to take the car to another workshop. In the other workshop a mechanic did a deep diagnostic and found the clutch of the compressor destroyed, so they installed a new compressor, flushing, new filter and three hours later my A/C start working as a brand new car. Price $750.00 . Never be back there again and my suggestion never, never, never go there. One more thing. Something similar happens to me in this place 4 years ago.

This place charged me for parts I did not need. Labor of over $500 for supposedly 5 hours of work. The back seats and carpet of my car were full of grease marks. It seems that the mechanic took a nap in my car.

Outstanding service! I started taking one of my vehicles there over two years ago to start evaluating their level of service. Eventually I have taken all three of my family s vehicles there for regularly scheduled maintenance to other issues (AC work, CV Joints, and tune-ups)

this people are one of them another scam,they sale you parts that you no need , and said the parts are originals for your car and every thing is after marker they beet me two times and still have the same problem , one honest person fixed for 70 dollars and OA charge me 1000 and nothing happens .Just be careful with this people

I just had my Infiniti Serviced and once again I have to come back for something. They told me i needed a new, NEW compressor only lasted 2 years? They used to be great but I cant sacrifice dealer quality anymore for convenience if they dont make this right. Wasting my time and money trying to be loyal. I hate writing bad reviews..

Waited 2 years to write this review. Came in, and service was 5/10 to start with. Gentlemen told me the car I brought in had a compressor that was shot, and that the A/C would be toast in a matter of no time. He quoted me $1100. I went to "eagle" or something along those lines in Hialeah, they hit me with some freon and my a/c has been golden ever since, they told me I was lied to and that my a/c was in fine condition. 2 years later its still running strong. I think there's only 2 options here, I was either almost the victim of a scam, or OA auto techs don't know enough about cars to work on them, Either way, I would never bring my car here or recommend them.

While visiting Miami my AC stopped working. They were able to take me in, diagnose the issue and fixed it the same day (cracked hose).

Something is definitely NOT RIGHT in this place. Everyone seems normal and nice. If they tell you about a problem with your car get a second opinion! Not sure who is to blame but good luck with these people! No integrity! Not professionalism! They will squeeze every dollar out of you as much as they can and won t hear you out when you try to tel them about your car! Crooked as it gets!

Took my car in because my throttle body was making my car turn off, they gave me a 1900$ estimate. Good thing I took it somewhere else. Do not go there. They're not fair or honest at all. All they had to do was reset my computer and that was it. They still charged me 304.00 dollars for the "diagnostic" and they said they reset the computer. Something that they never did. If they do this to all their costumers they'll go out of business soon.

Been a loyal local customer of OA for years. They don't do me any favors and I realized you have to do whats best for yourself when that's the case. Every time I service my Infiniti, and pay out the big bux. Their handy work always only lasting a few days. This time a whopping 2 days. Last time a leak they missed and a new compressor and condenser only 2 years? This time another compressor and what a new mystery leak? They used to be the AC kings but their warranty should have covered this but only give you three months... Think again people before coming here before a dealership with real warranties and quality. If they don't make this right. This review stays and Im spreading the word be weary and im going to the dealer.

Let me start by saying the service is horrible. I went that I needed my a/c fixed he told me buy this piece and that will remediate the problem. Once done I drive back home and air still not functioning. Conclusion I went they said they can't do nothing about it because it was another piece than why did you tell me to purchase the other piece no work ethic and don't warrant their job. I had to put one star because couldn't do no less. If the owner wants to call and discuss you are welcome too.

I had gotten a $1700 quote somewhere else for the evaporator on my 2002 BMW 318Ic. They did it for $1100. No complaints. Do yourself a favor and check with them first before doing the work at another shop.

My air conditioner on my Volvo was blowing hot on a Saturday morning . Was sent to OA by Advanced Auto . The compressor had to be replaced. I m very satisfied with the repair.the cost and the personnel I met . Will definitely return and refer others.

I went to the workshop and just to check the ac they charged $65 and I already came to tell me that the ac didn't work that we had to be done complete they had to change everything that was going to cost me everything $1,700 I decided to go to another workshop they checked it and I only had the worms of the high and the low that didn't work the

I've been here since 9 this morning to check out my fuel tank. At 1 o'clock the mechanic tells me that he's checked the hoses and they seem to be working. I also need a fuel sensor replaced. 2 o'clock he was going to take lunch. He comes back at 3 to say he's just now going to take lunch and will check on my tank when he gets back....their prices are not reasonable and the time spent isn't worth it...

In June had another car checked out recently and was told it was the AC compressor. $700 to replace, so I did the work with them. 2 months later they are saying the evap core needs to be replaced for another $725.Back in 2013 I had an AC compressor replaced. The moment I drove my car off the alternator starting acting up. Hmmmm suspect... I wouldn't have any work done at this shop.Once is a blip twice is a trend however

Andres and Orlando and there staff are the most honest in the state of Florida, I have been doing business with that place for over 12 yrs., they will give you a diagnostic for only $35.00. Thank you for being honest.

I dropped of my car on monday 20 at 8am I tried making a appointment and they said they don t do that I told them Saturday and then again Monday that I need my car too be done by Wednesday afternoon let me mind you the job there doing is a 8 hour job Maybe 2 days max but here I am still waiting for my car mad and frustrated cuz I m losing money and on top of that the supervisor or owner don t answer emails so...... I m here leaving a review because there is Apparently no Way to get in contact with the supervisor so since they don t wanna answer Here you go.

Very bad customer services claimed it was just a charge 3 days later a entire a/c system went bad and treated my with like a dog when I refuse there service don t ever go there bunch of Thieves and actually broke the car
