I had an accident on the passenger side door and the entire door had to be replaced. My main concern was to get the car repaired rather quickly as I didn t have any other means of getting around with my kids. The body shop ordered the door right away and helping with handling the Insurance and supplements and etc: they were very compassionate about my situation. The car was promised on Thursday and I got a call Monday afternoon that it was ready. I was so happy. They did an amazing job, the car was like brand new. Thank you to all the staff!!!

My experience with MTJ Paint Body Shop in Miami was nothing short of phenomenal, and I owe it all to Armando and his team! I flew into Miami for the weekend and accidentally scuffed my friend's car from Gainesville. Panicked and desperate to fix it before she left on Sunday, I reached out to several other shops in the area, but none could accommodate my urgent request over the weekend.Then, I called MTJ Paint Body Shop and explained my situation to Armando. Not only did he understand the urgency, but he also went above and beyond to help me out. Despite the rush, they managed to squeeze me in and completed the repair in record time. Armando even ensured that the pricing was reasonable, considering the circumstances.The quality of their work was truly immaculate; you wouldn't even know there was a scratch! But what truly set them apart was their exceptional customer service. The manager (Colombian), who was super friendly, not only gave me a ride back but also picked me up when the car was ready. This level of care and attention made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.Thanks to MTJ Paint Body Shop, I was able to return my friend's car the same day, in perfect condition. Posting this on behalf of my brother. "This has been the WORST body shop I've ever dealt with. They had my truck for 2 months and still managed to return it incomplete! They were quick to cash the checks from my insurance company but consistently gave me the runaround about work being completed on my truck. They kept saying parts were hard to find, but I'd easily find them online. Then they made excuses about not having the right key to work with, but they never called me to ask me for another key. The work itself was garbage: they took off the panel to my back driver side door which was not at all affected by accident, they replaced my front bumper with the wrong part, and left my truck without fog lights (aside from other small missing parts and screws)! They also left a ton of trash in the bed of my truck! WHY?!!!! I had to take my truck to another body shop and spend more money to fix the mistakes from this shop. If you care at all about your sanity and your vehicle, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Very unprofessional, full of excuses, and trash work."Bonus points for the condescending reply from the shop, "To better educate you on the auto industry"... for anyone wondering, these are basic parts that were available and fixed elsewhere 2 days after taking the truck out of this dump. First, i made mistakes with this place for not checking the reviews since they mostly all fake and they have good reason for itI ve scheduled two weeks before dropping off my car, for a week no progress on the carIve claimed also besides the scratch i have a flat tireThe entire time of back and fourth to get status of the car both the secretary and the worker there was ignoring my carFinally after two weeks the car is ready I see a flat tirePaint job is terribly doneThe mercedew emglem is crookedThe amg and model letters are been taking off and the interior full of dustThey are extremely UNPROFESSIONALNow i need to wait probably another week to bring adjuster to confirm a flat tire

MTJ Auto Body is the best!! This is a truly a family first body shop and I couldn t be more happy with their work. I have been frantically trying to repair my Tesla Model Y 2022 and I had no luck before I heard about this shop! They answered the phone at 1AM!! I was shocked! They were very courteous and knowledgeable! They have excellent customer and they had my car looking like I had never seen! Repairs were great, they kept me in the loop throughout the process and they even did more than what I had asked! I am truly thankful for their impressive work and the quality of their work! Don t even think twice this is the place to get your car repaired and TO MY TESLA OWNERS PLEASE GET YOUR TESLA REPAIRED HERE THEY HAVE TAKEN THE STRESS OUT OF REPAIRING TESLA!! First, I was probably the most annoying customer for this team. For over a week I told them id show up with the car and parts and never did due to urgent circumstances. They never showed frustration and were very flexible. They got the work done very fast and I couldn t be happier with the results. I had to replace my bumper, the lip and my splash shield. I m glad I chose this shop.

I called twice before actually before getting an estimate in person. They were very responsive and informative. They provided me with paint correction on my bumper and touch up paint here and there with a partial buff.

Awesome! Everyone, from Adi at the front desk to the owner and the mechanics, made coming here a great experience. They did a beautiful job on both my cars for almost HALF of what I had been quoted in Miami Beach. Also, practically the whole staff is Miami born or at least Miami raised, so they speak English perfectly (which is a big plus for me porque mi espanol es todavia bastante pobre). I always recommend MTJ and will definitely be coming back in the future!

I had a great experience getting my van fixed at MTJ body shop last week. After a minor collision, I was worried about the repairs, but they put my mind at ease. The timing was perfect, and they had my vehicle back to me in no time.The quality of their work was exceptional, and you can't even tell there was any damage. My wife and i went to this body shop looking to fix our car after an accident.At first it seemed like a normal body shop and later we found out how TERRIBLE this people work.The job took 3 times as long to the point that we had to pay out of pocket for continuing the rental car service.Finally, we we received the car, we found that the bumper had been mounted incorrectly, the paint job was very bad quality, and overall, very bad service.I highly recommend just finding a different body shop.

Make sure you have a very expensive car so that they give you the proper attention and that your parts are fitted correctly, because it will take you a while to realize it, *claiming for exceptional service would be very rare in a car that is not expensive. For my part, I would not return to the place. oh just a suggestion, take photos before leaving your car in the same place, because if they scratch you (sht) they see you as if you invented the fact. Thank you!!

I Requested a quote 09/24/2021 on car require repairs and sent pictures requesting a ball park estimate body work none was given. Because of the 5 star rating and free towing which was not true. I had my car towed there and I received an estimate in which I thought was extremely high over $11, 500. The Body Shop person Armando sent me the estimate and stated that he would get back to me later that day to locate part to give me an estimated time work would be completed . He never called back and after a week 10/04/21 I received a call from the receptionist asking if I wanted to continue with repair and make a deposit for half the repair cost. The next day I opted from repair at MTJ Paint & Body and was charged $2000.60 for storage fees which I believed to be unfair but if I did not pay it they would not have released my car. I told them I was a veteran and requested a discount. I explained Armando never tried to contact me, after the estimate which is $4,000 more than the Body Shop I will be using for repairs. From start to finish, my experience with them was absolutely outstanding.First and foremost, the quality of their work is top-notch.Additionally, the customer service at MTJ is exceptional. The staff and especially the owner Armando was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. They were also very transparent about pricing, and I felt like I got excellent value for the work they did.Another thing that impressed me was the efficiency of their service. My car was ready ahead of schedule.I highly recommend MTJ Paint and Body Shop to anyone in need of auto body repairs. They are a five-star operation in every sense of the word. MTJ is amazing! My car looks as good as new, and they made this process so easy. They updated me on the status of my car and kept their word on timeline, which is very hard to come by. Good job done on my KIA Forte 2020's rear bumper. The parts took some time to receive but after that they delivered with in 2 days. I found issue with the trunk door alignment (need more force to close) and the break lights. I informed them and they fixed it on the spot next day with no extra cost. Happy with their job and already recommended some friends.

It's hard enough when you are in a car accident and dealing with the stress, the time loss, inconvenience and also the anxiety of having your car repaired. They were recommended by a friend and I could not be more appreciative of the level of service I received. They are amazing from start to finish. It's a family owned and operated business and they make you feel like an old friend. The process was painless, they worked directly with Geico for the repairs and assisted me with the rental car pick up and kept me updated on repairs. They have an extremely well organized system and it's obvious why they are the best at what they do.The location is easily accessible as well and the shop is visible and clean. Line level employees are courteous, personable and very knowledgeable. I am extremely happy with the repairs, impossible to tell that I was in car accident. Your car will thank you for bringing it there, don't hesitate and go with the best. Thank you TMJ body shop for making my baby brand new again.

MTJ is definietly the best of the best. They are truley a family first business and everyone there is amazing! From the quality of work; smooth, honest & informative process; and quick amazing turn around time (Less than 2 weeks), there is honestly no where else I would ever take my car. This body shop was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I have never dealt with a body shop that was so freakin honest. The owner Alex is really a man of his word. I am extremely happy with these results! I have been screwed over bad in the past by other body shops but this place made me feel more than comfortable through this whole repair. They have most definitely earned a loyal customer.
